A supporter of ours, Richard Balfour, strongly believes that descendants from the tribe of Benjamin are to be found in Quebec.

In principle both Benjamin and Levi were part of Judah. They were not exiled with the LTTs (Lost Ten Tribes)
but segments of them may have been.
Nevertheless, we would requite more evidence than that so far available.

For a colonizer with Spanish roots Galiaica is the most likely single source.

input from Canary Island where the Guanches are ca. 25% North African.
The Basques were small in numbers but disproportionately wealthy and influential in Argentina and Chile as ranchers and landowners.
