End-Time Prophecies (Balak)

The Prophecies of Balaam Summarized.

Numbers (NKJV) 23:
7 AND HE TOOK UP HIS ORACLE AND SAID:
"BALAK THE KING OF MOAB HAS BROUGHT ME FROM ARAM,
FROM THE MOUNTAINS OF THE EAST.
'COME, CURSE JACOB FOR ME,
AND COME, DENOUNCE ISRAEL!'

8 "HOW SHALL I CURSE WHOM GOD HAS NOT CURSED?
AND HOW SHALL I DENOUNCE WHOM THE LORD HAS NOT DENOUNCED?
9 FOR FROM THE TOP OF THE ROCKS I SEE HIM,
AND FROM THE HILLS I BEHOLD HIM;
THERE! A PEOPLE DWELLING ALONE,
NOT RECKONING ITSELF AMONG THE NATIONS.

10 "WHO CAN COUNT THE DUST OF JACOB,
OR NUMBER ONE-FOURTH OF ISRAEL?
LET ME DIE THE DEATH OF THE RIGHTEOUS,
AND LET MY END BE LIKE HIS!"

THE MULTITUDE OF YOUR POSTERITY ALSO SHALL LIVE AS WELL IN THE ISLANDS AS ON THE CONTINENT, AND THAT MORE IN NUMBER THAN ARE THE STARS OF HEAVEN.

Historically the 12 Tribes of Israel divided into two sections.
The southern portion centered around the Tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levi with minority representatives of the other Tribes became the Jewish People.
They were destined to Keep the faith, remain identifiable, and to be scattered all over the world.
In our time a portion of them (ca. 50%) of those whose ancestry is known have returned and now live in the State of Israel.
The majority of the Israelites, i.e. Ten of the Tribes, were exiled, lost consciousness of their ancestry and religion but stayed together more or less.
They eventually all migrated to the west, creating peoples of Western Europe. From there many of them moved to North America, Australia, New Zealand, and other places.
These areas were first established out of colonies created by the British and Irish. The British were descendants of Joseph.
Out of the Ten Tribes the two Tribes of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, were especially important.
We find the USA to have been dominated by Manasseh whereas Britain and its offshoots pertain more to Ephraim.
It was prophesied that the two Tribes of Joseph  would play the major role in fulfilling the Prophesied Destiny of Israel.

Population:
World Population today is ca. 8,500, 000,000.
The USA is third largest after China and India.
The USA has 331 million, other Israelite nations combine give us ca. 170 million, so the total is 500 million.
ROUGH TOTAL CA. 500 MILLION.
1/17 of world population lives in an Israelite nation, ca. 5.3 %.
US share ca. 4.25%.

Israelite nations possess or control in terms of monetary value on  the market more than 50% of world natural resources.
The real numbers in fact may reach much higher.

Who Dwell Alone.
Areas in which descendants of the British were predominant were all isolated from other nations, i.e. Britain itself, Canada,and the USA, Austrlia, New Zealand.
Culturally and politically these nations are somewhat apart from other nations.

Israel Will Be Separate From Other Nations.

[Numbers 23:9] FOR FROM THE TOP OF THE ROCKS I SEE HIM, AND FROM THE HILLS I BEHOLD HIM: LO, THE PEOPLE SHALL DWELL ALONE, AND SHALL NOT BE RECKONED AMONG THE NATIONS.
Israel is to be alone and not with other peoples. Israel is not subject to the same limitations as they are, but rather, above them though bearing heavier responsibilities. Britain and after her, the USA in a sense did retain a certain separateness in regard to other peoples.

HE HAS STRENGTH LIKE A WILD OX (raem - one-horned unicorn -TOAFOTH (translated as strength actually connoting horns, rad in the plural but written in the singular -  "TOAFAT" indicating that the plurality has become one, i.e. one horn)..

23 "FOR THERE IS NO SORCERY AGAINST JACOB,
NOR ANY DIVINATION AGAINST ISRAEL.
IT NOW MUST BE SAID OF JACOB
AND OF ISRAEL, 'OH, WHAT GOD HAS DONE!'
24 LOOK, A PEOPLE RISES LIKE A LIONESS (Hebrew, "LAVI" menaing mature lion),
AND LIFTS ITSELF UP LIKE A LION (Hebrew "ARYEH" meaining adult lion);
IT SHALL NOT LIE DOWN UNTIL IT DEVOURS THE PREY,
AND DRINKS THE BLOOD OF THE SLAIN."

Predictions:

AND AS A LION (LAVI), WHO SHALL ROUSE HIM?'

Predictions.
"Israel encamped according to their Tribes" indicating that even when they are in Exile they will stay together to some degree in recognizable Tribal Formations.

4. End of Days. Predictions.

Numbers 24:10-14 King Balak is angered by the favorable predictions concerning Israel. He tells Balaam to go back to where he came from and that he will not paid of his efforts.
Balaam then prophesies what "this people will do to your people in the latter days" (Numbers 25:14).

Numbers (NKJV) 24:
15 SO HE TOOK UP HIS ORACLE AND SAID:
"THE UTTERANCE OF BALAAM THE SON OF BEOR,
AND THE UTTERANCE OF THE MAN WHOSE EYES ARE OPENED;
16 THE UTTERANCE OF HIM WHO HEARS THE WORDS OF GOD,
AND HAS THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MOST HIGH,
WHO SEES THE VISION OF THE ALMIGHTY,
WHO FALLS DOWN, WITH EYES WIDE OPEN:

17 "I SEE HIM, BUT NOT NOW;
I BEHOLD HIM, BUT NOT NEAR;
A STAR SHALL COME OUT OF JACOB;
A SCEPTER SHALL RISE OUT OF ISRAEL,
AND BATTER THE BROW OF MOAB,
AND DESTROY ALL THE SONS OF TUMULT (SETH).(The word translated as "Tumult" in Hebrew is Seth which is the proper name of ta person. Seth (Genesis 4:25) was the son of Adam and Eve and the ancestor of Noah who continued humane civlization. The intention here may be all those Gentiles who deny the God of Israel).

18 "AND EDOM SHALL BE A POSSESSION;
SEIR ALSO, HIS ENEMIES, SHALL BE A POSSESSION,
WHILE ISRAEL DOES VALIANTLY.
19 OUT OF JACOB ONE SHALL HAVE DOMINION,
AND DESTROY THE REMAINS OF THE CITY."

20 THEN HE LOOKED ON AMALEK, AND HE TOOK UP HIS ORACLE AND SAID:
"AMALEK WAS FIRST AMONG THE NATIONS,
BUT SHALL BE LAST UNTIL HE PERISHES."

21 THEN HE LOOKED ON THE KENITES, AND HE TOOK UP HIS ORACLE AND SAID:
"FIRM IS YOUR DWELLING PLACE,
AND YOUR NEST IS SET IN THE ROCK;
22 NEVERTHELESS KAIN SHALL BE BURNED.
HOW LONG UNTIL ASSHUR CARRIES YOU AWAY CAPTIVE?"

23 THEN HE TOOK UP HIS ORACLE AND SAID:
"ALAS! WHO SHALL LIVE WHEN GOD DOES THIS?
24 BUT SHIPS SHALL COME FROM THE COASTS OF CYPRUS (KITTIM),
AND THEY SHALL AFFLICT ASSHUR AND AFFLICT EBER,
AND SO SHALL AMALEK, UNTIL HE PERISHES."

A Star out of Jacob (i.e. Judah, MBD), and a Scepter out of Israel (i.e. the TTs, MBJ).
Moab and Seth will be powerful nations. They will be subjugated. Edom will be conquered. Someone from Jacob (MBD?) will conquer the city.
Amaelek will be destroyed.
The Kenites descendants of Jethro will be been taken into exile along with the TTs (Rashi) by Assyria. They shall return together with the TTs.
Jewish Tradition traced the Kenites tot he Blessed Isles of Britain and Ireland. Irish source show Kenite settlement in Northern Ireland.
The Kenties accortding to Rashi were exiled with the Ten Tribes. The presence of Kenites indicates the presence of other Hebrews alongside them.

Rabbi Moshe David Vali ("Shivtei-Ya",1697- 1776), comments:
# THEY [THE KENITES OF JETHRO] WERE DESTINED TO BE EXILED WITH THE TEN TRIBES WHO WERE EXILED BY THE KING OF ASSYRIA... HE [JETHRO] SHOULD NOT MOURN OVER THIS . THE EXILE MERELY INVOLVES MOVING FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER...IT DOES NOT INVOLVE EXTINCTION. IN THE SAME WAY AS THE TEN TRIBES ARE DESTINED TO RETURN SO ARE THEY [THE PEOPLE OF JETHRO] TO COME BACK WITH THEM....
#... THERE WILL BE REALIZATION AND COMPLETE COMPREHENSION GIVEN TO ISRAEL. THIS HAD BEEN TAKEN AWAY WHEN THEY WERE EXILED.

5. Summation of Prophecies.
Balaam (Numbers 22:2-25:9) prophesied concerning Israel. He foresaw the future division between Judah and the Ten Tribes (Numbers 23:7).  The Israelites would be a nation counted Alone and not with other peoples. They would not be subject to the same limitations as the others are (23:9). They would be above the other peoples though bearing heavier responsibilities.
They would be an innumerous people, a very great multitude (23:10). They were to receive an unconditional blessing (23:8,19-20). A portion of them would be governed by a monarch (23:21). Their symbols would include a lion (23:24,  24:9) and unicorn (23:22,  24:8) like the British Coat of Arms. They were to dwell according to their Tribes (Numbers 24:2), and in fertile rich areas (24:6), to be in  many waters, in every sea,  and to rule the waves (24:7). They would become the most powerful national grouping in world history (24:7). They would defeat Edomite nations such as Germany and Japan (24:9).
The Kenites (Rechabites) would be exiled along with the Ten Tribes and return alongside them (24:22 see Rashi).

For us, the most important aspect of the whole scenario involves the Prophecies. These are predictions about Israel that are especially pertinent towards the End Times and period leading up to them.
The Prophecies concentrate upon Israel as an independent active polity on the World Scene.
This would mainly concern the Ten Tribes.

In this case "Israel" represents the Ten Tribes, "Jacob" is Judah.

6. Aftermath.

Deuteronomy 23:36 summarizes the events, and further states that the Ammonites were associated with the Moabites. Joshua, in his farewell speech, also makes reference to it. With God's protection taken from him, Balaam is later listed among the Midianites who were killed in revenge for the "matter of Peor". Joshua 13:22 records that Balaam died "by the sword" during a battle for the Reubenite occupation of Moabite land.
