(a) The Tribe of Gad and the Problem of ALL Israel.
Yair said:
"In the lights of this even the recent Swedish acceptance of many Syrian refugees may be significant.
The Tribe of Gad, now in Sweden, was formerly in Syria!"
Mark Willimas:
Does that also explain the British love for the Palestinian Arabs? (smile)

2. The British in Palestine Were Not that Bad!
By (a) "British love for the Palestinian Arabs" do you mean the time when the British Ruled over what was then called "Palestine," i.e. the Mandate Period before 1948?
Or
(b) The Present Time?
If you intend (a) then it should be noted that this has been somewhat exaggerated. The British were actually much more in support of the Jews.
One day we may write a book on this matter.
Nevertheless many in the British administration were pro-Arab and some were anti-Jewish.

3. Non-Israelite Ancestry Often Results in anti-Jewish Sentiments!
In the case of (b) then it is true that Britain supports the Palestinians too often for comfort even though it is also sometimes supportive towards Israel.
The Lost Ten Tribes are among Western Peoples including the British.
Even though in many ways the Israelite input is dominant other blood strains exist.
The offspring of Edomites and Canaanites and others is also to be found. The Palestinians also contain such elements.
The Book of Judges (ch. 1) shows how EACH and EVERY Israelite tribe intermixed with Canaanites!
The Ten Tribes were exiled because of they allowed themselves to be influenced by the neighboring peoples (2-Kings chs. 17 and 18)
The very name Palestinian is derived from a Latinized version of the name Philistine.
As has been noted by others support for the Palestinians is usually a cloak for hatred of the Jews.
If the Jews were not involved nobody would care at all about the Palestinians.
The world is not lacking much worse cases.

4. The Mixed Multitude ("Erev Rav") Among Us!
The Erev Rav is a generic name for people of bad qualities who are often of mixed blood.
Exodus 12:
37 Â The Children of Israel traveled from Ramses towards Succot.
38Â There were about 600,000 adult males on foot, besides the children. The Erev Rav [usually translated as "mixed multitude'] also went up with them.
AÂ Hasidic Rabbi once said that we are all a mixture of pure Israelites and the Erev Rav.
Most religious Jews would be vehemently against such a statement so do not go around repeating it. [Also I have not yet found anyone else who held such an opinion so be careful about quoting it.]
Nevertheless the point the Rabbi was making was that we all have a mixture of good and evil, of positive and negative.
By strengthening the good side within us we help enforce that within the whole nation.
Biblical values attract a better type of person and also enhance the good side of whoever adopts them.
It is not a coincidence that they who are against the Jews and the State of Israel are usually on the side of homosexuals, witchcraft, and moral corruption.
In other words evil is evil and evil goes to evil.
And even more concerning the good going to the good.
