Peter Salemi interviewed Yair Davidiy for his program which may be sseen in the video clip shown above..
Before the interview Peter sent me a list of questions we would probably be touching upon.
Here are the answers in outline form that we prepared.
It will be noticed that the actual questions and the answers that later featured in the interview did not stick to the Script given below.
On the other hand neither did they depart that far from it.

1b. When did you come into the knowledge of the Brit-Am truth?
Answer:
As a young boy I was exposed to literature on the matter while still in Australia.
At that time I was unsure as to whether its true or not.
I came to Israel in 1974 and spent time studying Judaism in a yeshiva. Over the years I kept coming across sources and indications pointing in the direction of the Lost Ten Tribes indeed being present among Western Peoples.
In ca. 1984 I began intensive research on the matter. Within that same year I became convinced of its truth.
In 1994 "The Tribes" was first published.

2. Has Judaism recognized this doctrine?
Answer:
No. Judaism today strictly avoids anything not directly and immediately of practical application.
From the Jewish religious establishment we have received neither real support nor opposition in our activities.
Individual Jews have however encouraged and supported us.
The presentation to Judah needs to be exact, pertinent to Jewish exigencies,
and consistent with Jewish sources. This is our endeavor and we are have been making progress along the necessary lines.

3. Why do you think man scholars and historians have rejected this truth?
Answer:
There are several causes:
(a) It is connected with Scripture. Today Atheism and skepticism is all the fashion.
(b) Racist "Identity" types have grafted the concept of Israelite Identity onto anti-Jewish and evil negative doctrines. This has given everyone who is occupied with these matters a bad name.
(c) Historical Proofs exist but they need a certain Biblical perspective to be appreciated.
(d) The proofs exist but are not overwhelming. Pertinent phenomenon when considered in isolation have other explanations. The whole of the evidence needs to be taken into account as one whole. This requires a multi-disciplined approach.
It also needs time and effort.
(e) It is not conventional and at first glance appears far-fetched.
(f) It goes against the accepted doctrines in nearly every relevant discipline, e.g. Genetics (DNA), linguistics, archaeology, known historiography, etc.

Answer:
We accept DNA findings in the short run.
DNA ultimately is derived from environment or a combination of inherited potential interacting with environment.
For example, elephants in Africa were being wiped out because poachers kill them for their tusks. Elephants now are being born without tusks. This did not happen gradually with tuskes getting shorter generation after generation. it happened immediately because it was immediately needed. So too, with DNA.
We are still studying this matter.
In the long run DNA findings may well help us prove the case.
For the moment however some DNA teachings at the simple level are against what we say.
Our DNA researches so far have been along the following lines.
(1) Cases in which DNA haplogroups in the west may ultimately relate back to the Middle East area.
(2) Proofs showing how DNA findings now relied upon have environmental explanations.
Brit-Am emphasizes research and publication of research findings.

5. What are some of the main points that identify Ephraim as Britain and the USA as Manasseh?
Answer:
Genesis 48:
13 AND JOSEPH TOOK THEM BOTH, EPHRAIM IN HIS RIGHT HAND TOWARD ISRAEL'S LEFT HAND, AND MANASSEH IN HIS LEFT HAND TOWARD ISRAEL'S RIGHT HAND, AND BROUGHT THEM NEAR UNTO HIM.
14 AND ISRAEL STRETCHED OUT HIS RIGHT HAND, AND LAID IT UPON EPHRAIM'S HEAD, WHO WAS THE YOUNGER, AND HIS LEFT HAND UPON MANASSEH'S HEAD, GUIDING HIS HANDS WITTINGLY; FOR MANASSEH WAS THE FIRSTBORN.
The Bible (Genesis 48:8-17) tells us that Joseph brought his two sons Ephraim and Manasseh to receive a blessing from Jacob.
Manasseh was the older and Joseph placed him to his left facing the right-hand side of Jacob.
Ephraim was the younger so Joseph placed him to his right facing the left-hand side of Jacob.
Jacob however crossed his hands over. He placed his righthand on the head of Ephraim and his left on the hand of Manasseh. He placed Ephraim before Manasseh. He did not however change the position of the boys. Manasseh remained on his right and Ephraim on his left. There are Rabbinical explanations that say the crossing over of the hands did not change the relative importance of the two but it did change the time schedule. From now on Ephraim was to receive his blessing BEFORE Manasseh.
The "Bnei Yissachar" (Tzvi Elimelech Shapira of Dinov, 1784-1840) writes:
## Why did Jacob not command that Manasseh be placed on his left side and Ephraim on his right?
Why did Jacob have to cross his hands over?
The truth is that Manasseh is the firstborn!
This is why it says "GUIDING HIS HAND WITTINGLY" (Genesis 48:14). He did not change Manasseh over to the left side) for in truth Manasseh is the firstborn and the most important but he put Ephraim before Manasseh concerning the chronological precedence ##.
Fishel Mael ("Hashevetim" p.490) based on the above and other sources comments:
## The order of placing of the sons was important both in regards to their positioning concerning Joseph and in that concerning Jacob. Concerning Joseph....Ephraim is the one who fulfills his place and most continues his path...Therefore Joseph set Ephraim on his right-hand side to show that Ephraim is the main principle of his might and the continuer of his path...However concerning Jacob it is just the opposite. Manasseh is closer ... to the path of Jacob...Jacob however guided his hands wittingly to indicate that the greatness of Manasseh would not be revealed so soon...Jacob agreed only that Manasseh remain at his right-hand side for he is destined to complete the quality ...of Jacob himself in the building of the Third Temple ##.

Genesis 48:
19 AND HIS FATHER REFUSED, AND SAID, I KNOW IT, MY SON, I KNOW IT: HE ALSO SHALL BECOME A PEOPLE, AND HE ALSO SHALL BE GREAT: BUT TRULY HIS YOUNGER BROTHER SHALL BE GREATER THAN HE, AND HIS SEED SHALL BECOME A MULTITUDE OF NATIONS.
"HIS SEED SHALL BECOME A MULTITUDE OF NATIONS": In Hebrew "malo hagoim" or literally the fullness of nations.
Onkelos translates this as saying that his seed will rule over the nations.
Iben Ezra says it means that many peoples will emerge from him.
Brit-Am understands the expression to mean that other nations will be dependent upon him for their very existence.
Ephraim would become great before Manasseh the same as Britain became great before the USA.
Ephraim was represented by a bull (Jeremiah 31:18) and we have the nickname "John Bull" for Britain.
The name England is derived from Angle-Land i.e. Land of the Angles after the Angles and Saxons who conquered England.
The name Angle is interchangeable in both Ancient European Continental terminology and in Hebrew with Aegloi i.e. The Aegel Peope. "Aegel" in Hebrew means Bull-Calf. This was a nickname of Ephraim.
Ephraim was associated with the principle of arstocracy. This still exists in Britain almost unique (in our time) to themselves.
Manasseh was to become great after Ephraim just like the USA.
Manasseh was to be great in material terms.
Clans associated with Manasseh were more dominant in the west and north of the British Isles. From these areas came most of the early settlers of the USA.
The name America is derived from the first name of Americo Vespucci. The name "America" is derived from the Hebrew "Ha-Machiri" meaning "Descendants of Machir." Machir was the first-born son of Manasseh.
The name "Machir" (from which the term "America" is derived) in Hebrew can means "Capital" or "Trade" or the Principle of Capitalism. America is the foremost Capitalist nation.

6. I was amazed how you described the current situation with Islam in Britain out of the book of Hosea. Can you briefly explain this prophecy?
Answer:
The Book of Hosea in general speaks of the Lost Ten Tribes in general:
Hosea foresaw the Ten Tribes linking up with Gomer meaning the European and Gemanic peoples (ch.1, 2).
The Lost Tribes of Israel will be rejected, then accepted (1:10) (Yebamot 17), (2:23).
They will be extremely numerous (1:10).
They will have worshipped the baal (2:8, 2:13).
Ephraim will have brought forth "strange children"(5:7) meaning of mixed ancestry.
The Exiles will return from the West (11:10).
Ephraim is described as a cheating merchant (12:7). cf. Terms applied to Britain, "Nation of shopkeepers", "Perfidious Albion".
Ephraim is to the west (mostly) from the Land of Israel (11:10).
Ephraim is rich.
Ephraim is a merchant (12:7).
The Lost Ten Tribes must Return to God, to Jerusalem [reconciliation with Judah], and to the Kingdom of David (3:5).
Hosea also spoke of the future reunion of Judah and Ephraim i.e. of Judah and Ephraim together and of Judah alone.
Righteousness, judgment, lovingkindness, and mercy are required of us (2:19).
Judah will be preparing the foundations of the Land for all the Tribes to Return (Hosea 6:11).
Judah will have remained faithful (11:14).
In chapter 9 of the Book of Hosea we have special reference to Ephraim in the future and the problems Ephraim will have with the followers of Islam.
Hosea 9:
6 For behold they have gone due to the Robbery of Egypt,
Memphis shall gather them up.
Machmad [i.e. Mohamed] shall bury them for the sake of their silver.
Knettles [or Chemosh] will inherit them in their tents.
Hosea 9:
7 The days of punishment have come;
The days of recompense have come.
Israel knows!
The prophet is a fool,
The spiritual man is insane [Hebrew "Meshuga" referring says Maimonides to Mahomad],
Because of the greatness of your iniquity and great hatred.
Paraphrased from the Hebrew:
Hosea 9:
8 Ephraim looks to the god of the prophet.
A hidden trap [Pach YaKush] on all his paths
Hatred in the house of his god.

Conventional Translation:
Hosea 9:
8 The watchman of Ephraim is with my God;
But the prophet is a fowlers snare in all his ways
Enmity in the house of his God.
The overall message is that Ephraim shall seek to make some kind of rapport with the forces or religion of Islam. The Mahomeddans however will betray Ephraim. They will prepare a trap against him, possibly involving some kind of bomb. The Mahommedans preach hatred of Ephraim and Judah in their house of their god i.e. in their mosques.
