What should Judah (the present-day Jews) say to the Ten Tribes?
Judah tells the Ten Tribes that they should be aware of their Israelite Ancestry. They should know that they are brother nations to the Jews. Knowledge is the first step. The two brother nations should be aware of who they are and how they relate to each other. They should draw closer together.

Assuming our identification of Western Peoples with the Ten Tribes is correct, what attitude should Judah take towards them?
They should tell them:
You, or a significant proportion amongst you as the case may be, are descended from Israel. So are we.
Originally the Israelite nations as whole had several tasks.
At present each section has its own private mission to fulfill.
Eventually we shall re-unite.
Until we do unite we should know who we are.
You (the Ten Tribes)Â got lost. We (the Jews) did not.
You made it quite well in the world you found yourself in. You all live in relatively safe countries with the best standards of living in the world. You have earned respect and prestige among the nations.
We (the Jews) did not. We were scattered and persecuted.
We however remained closer to home and did not forget who we are.
Now we are coming home and establishing a State in the Land of Israel.
In a sense we are also preparing the way for you.
Perhaps we may learn from each other and be of mutual assistance?
At the least a process of gradually drawing together should begin.
At first suffice for us to know who you are, and for you to know who you are, and that we are ancestral brothers to each other. This is the first step. It is a beginning.
Note: Brit-Am/Hebrew Nations thinks that, apart from needing to recognize who the Ten Tribes are, Judah should attempt to effect a Religious Renaissance emphasizing learning the Torah, obeying the Laws, and encouraging other Jews to do likewise. A Judah that is strong both spiritually and physically will be a blessing for everyone.
