Who has a right to the Holy Land?
When I was much younger I had a discussion in Australia with a man who had served with the British in Palestine in WW2.
He sympathized with the Arabs and defended their claim to the Land of Israel.
I said that the Israelites historically had a prior claim to all the Land.
He suggested that many of the present day Jews are not descended from the Ancient Hebrews.-
I replied with an analogy to modern nations that accept new immigrants and naturalize them.
So too, the Jews throughout their generations may have taken in foreigners but these became Jewish.
That is a valid point.
More importantly than that however it the fact that:
The Bible identifies the Jews of Judah according to characteristics that today are ONLY fullfilled by the Jewish People.
Scripture tells us that in the End Times Judah will be identifiable.

The Bible says:
1. The Jews shall always recognized as Judah.
Genesis (TCT) 49:
10 THE SCEPTER SHALL NOT DEPART FROM JUDAH, NOR THE STUDENT OF THE LAW FROM BETWEEN HIS FEET, UNTIL SHILOH COMES, AND TO HIM WILL BE A GATHERING OF PEOPLES.
The word translated above as "sceptre" in Hebrew is "shevet". Rabbi Manasseh ben Israel (1604-1657) in his book "Conciliator," pointed out that this Hebrew word "shevet" also means 'Tribe' and that, unlike the Lost Ten Tribes, the Jews (i.e. Judah) will always be recognizable for who they are.
The Ten Tribes would get Lost, not Judah (Genesis 34:10 cf. Isaiah 24:3, 49:13-14, 21 Hosea 1:8, Jeremiah 3:6-7).
2. Always learning. So too, "THE STUDENT OF THE LAW" sometimes translated as "Lawgiver" but connoting the same. This type still exists among the Jews. I see them every day and every night. They never stop, still studying.
3. The Jews will have kept the Law (Psalms 60:9, 108:90; Genesis 49:10; Zechariah 8:23).
4. The Jews will have kept the Four Fasts (Zechariah 8:19) as they still do today as they mourn the destruction of the Temple on four days of the year, every year!
5. The Jews will have been persecuted (Zechariah 1:15, Zechariah 8:13, Isaiah ch.53, Isaiah 42:10, Psalm 44:22).
6. The Jews of Judah will be incorrectly known as Israel (Isaiah 48:1).
7. In their Places of Exile Judah will have been defenceless (Hosea 1:7, Psalm 44:22).
8. In the End Times Judah will assert himself (Isaiah 63).
An old lion and a new one.
When the Jews return (as they have begun to do) they will be like lions,

Genesis (CTC) 49:9 THE CUB (of a lion) [and] A GROWN LION (Aryeh) IS JUDAH. FROM THE PREY, MY SON, YOU WITHDREW. HE CROUCHED, RESTED LIKE A LION ("Aryeh"), AND LIKE A MATURE LION ("Lavi"), WHO WILL ROUSE HIM?
Judah will be an Old-New Nation as the State of Israel now is ("Atlneuland," cf. Genesis 49: 8-12).
9. The Lineages of Levi and the House of David will be present among Judah, Jeremiah 33:20-26. Today among the Jews we find Cohen s (Priests) and Levites desceded fromt he Tribe of Levi. Wew also find families who have traditions that they descend from King David.
10. Judah will possess the coast lands of Palestine (Zephaniah ch.2).
11. Judah will dwell in Jerusalem (Zechariah 14:14).
12. The Jews of Judah will Return before the Ten Tribes (Micah 4:8 cf. Hosea 6:10).
The Land of Israel was promised to the 12 Tribes of Israel of whom Judah was to begin its redemption (Hosea 6:11).
The land had been promised to Isrel and Judah was to be the Tribe that begins its liberation.
Psalm (NASB) 105:
10 THEN HE CONFIRMED IT TO JACOB FOR A STATUTE,
TO ISRAEL AS AN EVERLASTING COVENANT,
11 SAYING, 'TO YOU I WILL GIVE THE LAND OF CANAAN
AS THE PORTION OF YOUR INHERITANCE.'
Living in the Land however had conditions attached to it:

Numbers (NKJV) 33: 55 BUT IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE OUT THE INHABITANTS OF THE LAND FROM BEFORE YOU, THEN IT SHALL BE THAT THOSE WHOM YOU LET REMAIN SHALL BE IRRITANTS IN YOUR EYES AND THORNS IN YOUR SIDES, AND THEY SHALL HARASS YOU IN THE LAND WHERE YOU DWELL. 56 MOREOVER IT SHALL BE THAT I WILL DO TO YOU AS I THOUGHT TO DO TO THEM.
Leviticus (NASB) 20:
22 YOU ARE THEREFORE TO KEEP ALL MY STATUTES AND ALL MY ORDINANCES AND DO THEM, SO THAT THE LAND TO WHICH I AM BRINGING YOU TO LIVE WILL NOT SPEW YOU OUT.
Micah 4:8 predicts that in the end times at the beginning of the return "THE FIRST DOMINION" in the final return of Israel shall be "TO THE DAUGHTER OF JERUSALEM" meaning descendants of Judah.
Hosea 6:11 say that Judah will lead the way for the other Tribes and prepare the path for their return.

11 ALSO, O JUDAH, THERE IS A HARVEST APPOINTED FOR YOU,
WHEN I RESTORE THE FORTUNES OF MY PEOPLE.
The name "Palestine" derives from the Roman Latin form of the word for Philistine.
The PALESTINIANS were descended from non-Israelite peoes who entered the Land after the Jews had been expelled from it.
A portion of them came in at a very late date at about the same times as the Zionist Jews had begun their return.
This is a minor point but worth noting.
The Palestinian Arabs fought wars with the Jews over the Land and lost. Some of them became refugees in neighboring regions.
The Palestinians could have been easily assimilated by the surrounding Arab countries.
Instead they were used as a weapon for those seeking the destruction of Israel.

Other Sunni Muslim Arabs include Syria and Iraq and Saudia and Qater and Oman and Kuwait.

Jews are not allowed in Saudia Arabia nor in most other Sunni lands. So why should Arabs be permitted in Israel?
The Palestinians exist mainly to oppose Israel. They get paid to be who they are.
The rest of the world supports them in order to circumscribe and prepare the end of Jewish existence.

Some of these nations are partially descended from the Lost Ten Tribes but they still are against the Jewish State of Israel.
They need to repenet, to recognize where they came from and support the Jews in Israel and in Judah and Samaria.
There is no room for two states one besides the other in this space. The Palestinians need to leave.
Most of the ROW (Rest of the World) are against the Jews in the State of Israel.
For some opposition to Israel is very important, for others the question only comes up when they are asked about it.
Nevertheless hostility exists either in a latent form or a virulent one.
