He was a man who lowered himself to below the level of a dog. Under-dog is a demeaning term since it assumes our canine friends would wish to associate with his ilk, i.e. to call Hitler an under-dog is insulting to dogs. His father beat him. His mother loved him and he slept with her. In his youth and during his time in Vienna he seems to have had access to friends and resources . He was not as penniless as is usually claimed. He did not live in affluence but had what he needed for what he then wanted. Just like today rich people sometimes cultivate potential political leaders on the off chance that something might come of them so too with Hitler. The question remains who, if anybody, was behind him?
