My impression is that the German war against the Slavs was part of their world view. They glorified in war and wanted living space. They considered it more worthwhile to take what they thought they needed by force than by any other way. This attitude is echoed in the philosophy of Nietsche. The Slavs had space and resources and they wanted them. The Slavs also had human lives the Nazis considered lesser than their own.
The Anglo-Saxons consisted of the British and British Commonwealth peoples and Americans. Adolf may not have wished to fight against the British People but he had contempt for their leadership. They were more of an obstacle that needed to be removed rather than a target to be exterminated and/or eaten up.
Nevertheless he would have wipe them out if he could have. The Americans in the eyes of Adolf had been corrupted by racial mixing and Jewish influence.
They would need to be removed at some stage.
It could be that Adolph waged war against the Jews because he thought that Germany wanted it. The Germans thought that killing Jews was being truly German. Adolph wanted to exterminate a people as part of a bonding act and an experiment to create a super race without pity. The Jews were available to be victims.
