Do ordinary Israelis actually use the term "Judea and Samaria", or do they call it the West Bank like the rest of the world?

I live in the West Bank in the territory of Judah south of Jerusalem. In the past I lived in the north in the "Shomron" (Samaria).
Where I live these regions are known as "Yehudah ve-Shomron" or as "Ha-Gada Ha-Maaravi" (The West Bank), or rarely as "Ha-Shetachim" i.e. the Territories.
We do not really worry much about what these lands are called. They are no different from the rest of Israel so we seldom have need to find special terms for them.
They actually are the regions of Judah and Samaria. They are also the West Bank of the Land of Israel. The East Bank is now illegally occupied by Jordan and Syria.
But not to worry:
Deuteronomy 7:
21 No, do not be afraid of those nations, for the LORD your God is among you, and he is a great and awesome God. 22 He will cast them out a little at a time; he will not do it all at once, for if he did, the wild animals would multiply too quickly and become dangerous.
