Do all Haredi women wear sheitals or is it only within the Hasidic group? For example do non-Hasidic Yeshivish women wear sheitals or another type of head covering?

All Ultra-Orthodox married women cover their hair. So do a good portion of the Modern Orthodox. Many wear ordinary head coverings during the week and a wig on Shabat or other special occasions. This applies to Hasidim and non-Hasidim. There are also those who are against wigs because they are too similar to real hair. These however are a minority and are mostly to be found among a few of the Hasidim and the Ultra-Orthodox Sephardim.
