To learn Torah one should learn Hebrew. It does not matter much whether the Hebrew you learn is Biblical, Classical, or Modern. If you know one reasonably well you will quickly become accustomed to the other. Aramaic you can pick up from the Aramaic portions of the Bible (e.g. Daniel), and from Aramaic linear translations, and from the Talmud if you learn that as well. Aramic is worth knowing. It shares much with Hebrew and assists in broadening an appreciation of Hebrew. Many will tell you that Yiddish is now superfluous and maybe it is. I would recommend it anyway.
