The Arabs in the West Bank (i.e. Judah and Samaria) live in villages, large towns, and virtual cities. Contrary to expectations the standard of their buildings is quite high. In most cases it is as good as, or even better than, Jewish dwellings.
In cases where such is not the case a modest investment in renovation could quickly make it so.
As indicated, the Arabs often live in large luxurious family villas surrounded by spacious yards. The cost of all this construction was about one-fifth what it would cost the Jews to do the same. In some cases the building was assisted by subsidies from Saudia and Japan and other such places.
The Arabs do not have to pay outrageous taxers nor go through endless bureaucratic regulations. The Arabs are not really happy (it is claimed ) where they are and would prefer to be somewhere else.
Meanwhile the Jews are not going anywhere. The Jews are building their own settlements and houses. This apparently irritates and greatly aggravates people around the world especially Germans, Japanese, and similarly enlightened races.
So why not have the Arabs move to the west (say Germany, or Brazil, etc), and assist them financially to re-settle.
Meanwhile all those empty evacuated Arab houses that would then be available could be given to the Jews. That way the Jews would not need to build more settlements in the west bank, at least for a while.
The Jews however will need to show their gratitude to God Almighty for what they will have received.
Deuteronomy (NKJV) 6:
10 So it shall be, when the LORD your God brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you large and beautiful cities which you did not build, 11 houses full of all good things, which you did not fill, hewn-out wells which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant, when you have eaten and are full 12 then beware, lest you forget the LORD who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
