How does it feel to live in Bab-e-Lud/Lod (approximately 15 km southeast of Tel Aviv)?

Lod is a Jewish city. It is mentioned in the Talmud. Jerusalem and Hebron are also Jewish cities. They are mentioned in the Bible. God gave them to the Israelite Nation as an everlasting possession. Since the Jews are kind-hearted some Arabs still dwell in those places. I wonder how they feel? Most of them would agree to accept financial assistance and move overseas. Why are other Arabs not doing the right thing and helping them to do so?
