a. Biblical Proof:
Scripture proves that the Lost Ten Trbies are NOW to be found among Western Peoples especially the English-speaking ones.
The exiled Israelites were to become one of the most numerous groups of people on earth (Genesis 15:5, 22:17, 24:60, 32:12, Numbers 23:10, Deuteronomy 1:11, Isaiah 10:22, 24:16, 26:15, Hosea 1:10); to be the most powerful (Genesis 27:9, Numbers 24:7, Michah 5:7-9), to be the richest, to possess the most mineral and agricultural resources (Genesis 27:28, 49:25, Deuteronomy 33:13-16, Hosea 2:8), to live in the best places (Isaiah 41:8-9), to be in islands (Isaiah 42:4, 49:1-6 Jeremiah 31:9-10), peninsulas (Jeremiah 31:8), and at continental extremities (Deuteronomy 33:13, Isaiah 24:16, 26:15, 41:8-9, 49:6), to be sea-farers (Isaiah 42:6), to gain control over strategic points regarding their potential adversaries (Genesis 22:16-17, 24:60), to be like a lion, and unicorn (Numbers 24:8-9), and bald-headed eagle (Micah 1:16). They were also to be largely unaware of their Israelite identity and to practice a non--Jewish religion (Hosea 2:8, 2:13, 2:16 11:12). Judah in the End Times would not know who they were (Isaiah 49:21). Scripture gives numerous other identifying characteristics that taken as a whole can only fit THE one group of people that were to be found in Western Europe especially in Britain and its offshoots in North America, etc.

b. Jewish Sages:
In addition to the Biblical Proofs (and we have many more like the above) the Jewish Sages and Great Rabbis throughout the Ages have also provides us with much evidence confirming the identification of Western Peoples with the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel.
B 1. Commentators (Rashi, Iben Ezra, Radak, Nachmanidres, Abarbanel) on Obadiah 1:20 indicate that the Lost Tribes settled in the West.
B2. Mashiach ben Yoseph: Traditions spoke of a future Anointed Leader who would lead the Lost Tribes in the Last days and who also epitomized and culminated a process of support for Judah and ingathering the Jews to Israel. This description is only applicable historically to Britain and the USA.
B3. Midrashim and Rabbinical sources also interpreted the texts the same way as Brit-Am has done.
Our interpretations of the Biblical Text according to its literal meaning prove Brit-Am Identifications.
B4. Hebrew Meanings of Names and Tribal Characteristics in the light of Rabbinical Commentary confirmed Brit-Am Identifications, e.g. Machir first born son of Manasseh gave his name to America.
Machir means Capitalism. Manasseh means Responsible Representations, Ephraim means Aristocracy.

This is a second group that will also be redeemed, that is us, Judah and Benjamin, the Dispersed...
Rabbeinu Bachai in effect suggests that the Ten Tribes must repent before Judah can do so.

Rashi (Rabbi Solomon ben Isaac, 1040-1105, Champagne, France) explained the verse to say:

...THE EXEGETES [Commentators] SAY THAT ZAREPHATH [Tserefat] MEANS THE KINGDOM CALLED `FRANCE' IN COMMON SPEECH.."
i.e. Rashi says that the Lost Ten Tribes are in France!
Rabbi Avraham Iben Ezra (1092-1167, Spain):
" `..FROM THE CANAANITES': WE HAVE HEARD FROM GREAT MEN THAT THE LAND OF ALLEMAGNE [i.e. GERMANY] ARE THE CANAANITES WHO FLED FROM BEFORE THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL WHEN THEY CAME INTO THE LAND. SO TOO, ZERAPHATH MEANS FRANCE...",
Radak (Rabbi David Kimhi, 1160-1235, Narbonne, southern France) agrees with Iben Ezra. Both of them say that Canaanites settled in Germany. Place-names recorded by Ptolemy recalling Tsidon (i.e. "Sidon") a major Canaanite city are found in Western Germany on the Maps of Ptolemy.
Ramban (Nachmanides, Rabbi Mosheh ben Nachman, 1194-1270, Spain; from "The Book of Redemption", chapter 1.):
"THE VISION OF OBADIAH ..THE HOUSE OF JOSEPH REFERS TO THE TEN TRIBES ...WHO WERE EXILED AND STILL ARE IN THEIR PLACE OF EXILE, THE EXILE OF ZAREPHATH AND CANAAN WHICH ARE IN THE FARTHEST NORTH..."

FRANCE] IS SPOKEN OF AND ANGLETERRE [i.e. ENGLAND] IS NOT RECALLED, FOR THERE TOO DID THE EXILES GO, FOR LO AND BEHOLD, THAT ISLAND IS CONSIDERED A PART OF ZAREPHATH AND IN THE BEGINNING BELONGED TO IT AND IN THEIR ANCIENT BOOKS THEY CALL IT THE ISLE OF ZAREPHATH [i.e. OF FRANCE] EVEN THOUGH IT LATER SEPARATED ITSELF FROM ZAREPHATH [FRANCE] AND BECAME A KINGDOM IN ITS OWN RIGHT.
Taking these sources as a whole we see that the Lost ten Tribes are thought to have gone to France and the north and to England.

We find that the individual personality of each of the fathers and sons is not personal and separate, but all of them together constitute a unit of mutual interaction and interchange. God considers the children of a man as if they were a long arm of their father. Therefore the consequences of all their actions, both good and bad, may be considered as belonging to each other. Accordingly, just as the son is bequeathed material acquisitions from his father, so shall he inherit spiritual assets. It follows that in the general account of Creation, God adds the reckoning of the fathers to their sons and that of the sons to their fathers...

4. A Spiritual Dimension of Ten Tribes Teaching.

The Patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob) represent the soul of the Hebrew People. By realizing the Israelite aspects of one's being a drawing closer to the Patriarchs is effected. Joseph gives expression to the Role of Israel in this world. Joseph has the ability to induce Israelite Awareness among the other Tribes.
Judah and Joseph have separate tasks and personalities. One prepares the other and they complement each other. In the future it will be seen that both aspects of Israelite Existence were necessary.
Both parts of the Israelite Nation has its own role to play. By each one doing what it has to the other side is helped and enabled to do its task.
Both Judah and Joseph have their own tasks and that at some level they need each other to fulfill these tasks. Joseph needs Judah to learn and teach the Law in the Land of Israel. Judah needs Joseph to rule the world.
Sefas Emes on Exodus 28:12. The Shoham (translated as "onyx") TWO SHOULDERPIECES stone on which the names of the twelve tribes were engraved was also the special stone of Joseph in the breastplate in which each tribe had its own stone. "Sefas Emes" says on the significance of the Shoham stone being that of Joseph:
"The main point of the Memorial [Exodus 28:12 above] concerns Joseph and that is why on the Ephod [shoulder-piece of the High Priest] there was only the Shoham which is the stone of Joseph. By means of the stone of Joseph all the twelve stones are unified at their roots".
This means that Joseph has the power through which all twelve tribes may be unified and each find their unique expression in this unity.
Rabbi Yisrael Alter (1895-1977) in his work "Beis Yisroel" (VeYechi, 5710 (ca. 1950-51), # Genesis 47:28) wrote that the Children of Israel, especially as associated with Joseph, were known as Gomer and as Gomerites. Gomer is the name given by the Assyrians to the Cimmerian Federation that rebelled agaionst them and from whom the Scythians and Goths emerged.
What exactly the Rabbi meant may not be certain BUT the fact is that the Ten Tribes became confederate of Cimmerian Federation which was identified by the Assyrians and others as Gomer. It was as part of this Gomerite Federation that the Ten Tribes moved to Western Europe.
The identification of the Ten Tribes with Gomer is found in the Bible in the Book of Hosea chapters 1 and 2.
Hosea refers to the Ten Tribes as Children of a woman named Gomer.

Josephus in his paraphrase of the Prophecy of Balaam, gives the prophecy as saying:

This to our mind would be a reference to the British Isles.
