1. Creation of the World and the Deluge.
The Creation of the World is dated from 5782 years before the present, i.e. 3760 BCE.
What does this mean?
We do not know BUT we assume it means that the First Man then came into being. He was the ancestor of all humanity.
GENESIS (NKJV) 1:
26 THEN GOD SAID, LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE, ACCORDING TO OUR LIKENESS; LET THEM HAVE DOMINION OVER THE FISH OF THE SEA, OVER THE BIRDS OF THE AIR, AND OVER THE CATTLE, OVER ALL THE EARTH AND OVER EVERY CREEPING THING THAT CREEPS ON THE EARTH. 27 SO GOD CREATED MAN IN HIS OWN IMAGE; IN THE IMAGE OF GOD HE CREATED HIM; MALE AND FEMALE HE CREATED THEM. 28 THEN GOD BLESSED THEM, AND GOD SAID TO THEM, BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY; FILL THE EARTH AND SUBDUE IT; HAVE DOMINION OVER THE FISH OF THE SEA, OVER THE BIRDS OF THE AIR, AND OVER EVERY LIVING THING THAT MOVES ON THE EARTH.
After the First Man the world was destroyed by the Deluge and re-populated by descendants of Noah, i.e. Shem, Ham, and Japhet.
GENESIS (NKJV) 9:18 NOW THE SONS OF NOAH WHO WENT OUT OF THE ARK WERE SHEM, HAM, AND JAPHETH. AND HAM WAS THE FATHER OF CANAAN. 19 THESE THREE WERE THE SONS OF NOAH, AND FROM THESE THE WHOLE EARTH WAS POPULATED.
The Flood took place in the Year of the World (A.M. i.e. Anno Mundi). 1656 i.e. 2105 BCE.
That is what concerns us. From then till now (2022 CE) we have 4127 years. All human history can be condensed within that time space with room to spare!
That is what we have to know. All the rest is speculation and from our point of view superfluous.
Theoretically this too could be presented as consistent with the Theory of Evolution.
In practice it would not be since Evolution takes on an all-encompassing significance and requires that everything be considered in its light.
2. Ancient Views on Evolution and Religious Orthodox Jewish Ones.
The Ancient Hndus had writings describing Creation in terms similar to those of Evolutionary ones. So too did the Ancient Greeks.
Here are some Orthodox Jewish views concerning Creation in general.
These are presented as answers to, or accommodations with, the Theory of Evolution.
The problem is that the Theory of Evolution is no longer relevant. It died. Darwin is dead.
Our source is partly based on the answer to a Quora Question:
"What are the views of Judaism on evolutionary biology?"
by Micha Berger, Studied at Yeshiva University
We have summarized the summarization of Berger and added comments in some places.
(1- Rejection of scientific conclusions, Rabbi Avigdor Miller arguing from common logic used similar arguments, examples, and even terminology to that found in Creationist Literature.
(2- Prehistory as an artificial backdrop. Adam was created as a fully mature man of 20, and trees were created fully grown, etc., The Lubavitcher Rebbe concludes that this opinion would hold that the universe as a whole was formed with a history consistent with a natural, scientific, progression.
In effect he accepts the possibility of Evolution but uses philosophical argumentation to negate it.
(3- Concordism - conflict resolution. Invoking relativity or whatnot to show that 15 billion years can be 5758 years in another frame of reference promoted by Rabbi Yaakov "Gerald" Shroeder. The 'birds' of day 5 are actually dinosaurs, which are ancestors of birds among anything living today. Creation of the sun on day 4 is actually about the sky clearing to the point the sun could be seen on earth, etc.
# R. Menahem Kasher, in Torah Shelemah (Genesis #738), quotes a responsum from the Geonim (early medieval rabbis) in which it is stated that Adam was first created as a speechless creature, like an animal, and only later was given speech. This could certainly be interpreted as a precedent for the claim that Adam was descended from humanoids. Rabbi Kasher suggests that this is a matter of dispute between the Ramban and his student Rabbeinu Bahya ben Asher, with the Ramban on the side of the Gaon's responsum. [later interpreted to imply that] Adam evolved from lower creatures and became human when God created and implanted in him a human soul.
This is quoting obscure minority opinions, which nevertheless exist, to justify Evolution.
(4- Multiple creation times. This is the approach of the "Tif'eres Yisrael" (Rabbi Yisrael Lifschitz, 1782-1860) . He cites an opinion of the Tannaim (rabbis of Israel from around the 100s BCE until the100s CE), that Hashem created worlds and destroyed them before this one. Dinosaur bones and starlight are legacies of these earlier worlds.
# Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan (1934-1983) quotes Rabbi Yitzchaq of Akko (a student of the Ramban - Nachmanides, 1200s CE) who concludes from the Zohar that the first creation was 15.8 billion years ag... It is unclear that this is truly the intent of R' Yitzchaq meiAkko, but that's Rabbi Kaplan's take. #
Rabbi Kaplan was very learned both in Jewish Studies and contemporary science. He had his own opinions and prejudices and his interpretations in some cases are considered misleading.
(5- Rejection of a literal reading of the Torah [making it symbolic rather than literal].
Another commonly cited proof for non-literalness is that the word 'day' precedes the creation of the sun. Therefore, it can't be used, at least in this narrative, to mean our 24-hour period.
Maimonides (Guide to the Perplexed, 1:30-31) takes 'day' to mean a stage in the causal chain, not a reference to time altogether.
(6-The Maharal (Rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel, 1500s (uncertain) - 1609) teaches that creation is so alien to human experience that we don't have a comparison to it. Therefore prophecy, which is transmitted by visions, cannot describe it.
In other words there is no agreement concerning when and how Creation took place. Different opinions exist. Theoretically it might be possible to distinguish between the Creation of Man as opposed to that of Man but no-one appears to have taken such a view.
Despite all this the bottom line is we are commanded to believe in the Bible.
3. All of Mankind descend from Noah
Traditional understanding is that the Flood took place ca. 2105 BCE. All of mankind are descended from Noah who together with his sons survived the Flood whereas no other person did.
GENESIS (NKJV) 10:
1 NOW THIS IS THE GENEALOGY OF THE SONS OF NOAH: SHEM, HAM, AND JAPHETH. AND SONS WERE BORN TO THEM AFTER THE FLOOD.
2 THE SONS OF JAPHETH WERE GOMER, MAGOG, MADAI, JAVAN, TUBAL, MESHECH, AND TIRAS. 3 THE SONS OF GOMER WERE ASHKENAZ, RIPHATH, AND TOGARMAH. 4 THE SONS OF JAVAN WERE ELISHAH, TARSHISH, KITTIM, AND DODANIM. ....
6 THE SONS OF HAM WERE CUSH, MIZRAIM, PUT, AND CANAAN. ...
8 CUSH BEGOT NIMROD.....
21 AND CHILDREN WERE BORN ALSO TO SHEM, THE FATHER OF ALL THE CHILDREN OF EBER, THE BROTHER OF JAPHETH THE ELDER. 22 THE SONS OF SHEM WERE ELAM, ASSHUR, ARPHAXAD, LUD, AND ARAM. ....
32 THESE WERE THE FAMILIES OF THE SONS OF NOAH, ACCORDING TO THEIR GENERATIONS, IN THEIR NATIONS; AND FROM THESE THE NATIONS WERE DIVIDED ON THE EARTH AFTER THE FLOOD.
There should be no problem with accepting the story of Noah and the Flood. The concept of Evolution however will not allow it.
Adherents of Evolution defend their faith as if it was some kind of religion. They aggressively promote it and will not hear anything against it. Belief in Evolution requires the acceptance of mankind having existed for ages and ages in the past and gradually emerging step after step from a primitive existence to a higher one.
Long periods of time seem essential for belief in Evolution.
Proofs for Evolution rely on systems of chronology and dating the past such as radiocarbon that are calculated deliberately to give exorbitantly ancient ages. It they do not respond appropriately then they are tested and re-tested until the right date comes through.
All these methods of dating are controversial and rely on the subjective evaluation of those employing them.
Evolution also determines how DNA findings are interpreted and their relation to history and to ethnic affiliations..
The THEORY of Evolution in its modern form owes much to Charles Darwin.
Wikipedia:
Charles Robert Darwin (1809 - 1882) was an English naturalist, geologist and biologist,[8] best known for his contributions to evolutionary biology.[I] His proposition that all species of life have descended from a common ancestor is now widely accepted and considered a fundamental concept in science.[9] In a joint publication with Alfred Russel Wallace, he introduced his scientific theory that this branching pattern of evolution resulted from a process that he called natural selection, in which the struggle for existence has a similar effect to the artificial selection involved in selective breeding. Darwin has been described as one of the most influential figures in human history, and he was honoured by burial in Westminster Abbey.
One of the proofs of Darwin was that of the Finches.
# Darwin postulated that the finches had all originated in the one parent body whose offspring had changed their beaks according to different sources of food. Darwin considered this a proof of evolution. #
In other words, beaks changed as the birds developed different tastes for fruits, seeds, or insects picked from the ground or cacti. Long, pointed beaks made some of them more fit for picking seeds out of cactus fruits. Shorter, stouter beaks served best for eating seeds found on the ground. Eventually, the immigrants evolved into 14 separate species, each with its own song, food preferences, and beak shapes. Warbler finches, for example, catch insects in beaks that are sharper and more slender than those of cactus eaters.
Darwin would have said birds with certain beaks on islands with food suited to those beaks would thrive whereas those with different beaks would not BUT might do so on islands more suited to themselves.
Initially, they now say, a mutation takes place that has the advantage and then more and more mutations keep taking place until the beak changes altogether.
This however does not happen.
It however has to be believed in since it explains what takes place and until now nothing else did.
Evolution is believed in despite the fact that
most mutations are deleterious not advantageous and no cumulative series of mutations has ever been observed.
Also Darwinism more or less requires either that numerous specimens experience the same mutations or only the ancestors of one does and with this one all the others interbreed so that the acquired changes become the common legacy!
This is not logical and has never been seen!
What then does happen?
5. Genetic Transposition!
See the fish or rather fishes?
The Sea Raven is found in the northwest Atlantic and north Pacific Oceans. Some species of it live in icy waters and possess a gene that gives them anti-freeze capabilities.
The North Atlantic herring now lives in the same regions but formerly was to be found more to the south. At one stage the herring had to change its spawning (breeding) grounds to more colder waters. It lacked the necessary gene for this. A biological message was sent to the sea raven who began to excrete the anti-freeze gene into the sea whence the herring picked it up or in some other way the transfer was made. At all events almost overnight all of the herring acquired it. Later the smelt (a type of sardine) in its turn needed to change its domicile to cooler oceans. It too acquired the necessary gene but this time via the herring.
This evidently is also what really happened to the finches. On different island different genes were needed to produce differing beaks. Those that necessarily had the needed beak type gave the gene to those who did not. They did this either through the air or via a type of virus that carried the gene from one bird to another.
This happens all the time! It happens in nature, in plants, and animals. Anywhere from 10% to 50% (perhaps more) of known genomenes (specific genetic layouts) have been subject to this phenomenon. It also happens in the laboratory on an industrial scale through GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).
This process can explain ALL known genetic changes.
Evolution is superfluous, has never been proven, nor observed, and at present impedes scientific advancement.
6. DNA?
We also feel that Gene Transfer can explain historical phenomenon with DNA haplotypes.
In conventional explanations the Genetical haplotypes in Britain and Ireland during the Later Stone Ages were for the male overwhelmingly YDNA haplotype I2 and G.
Then in about 2200 BCE (we think it was more likely ca. 600 BCE but let them have their way for the time being) Britain and Ireland were INVADED by Beaker Culture people.
These at first were also I2 and G but quickly changed to R1b. They may at first have come from Spain and Portugal but later showed Yamnaya (north of the Black Sea) cultural affinities.
The early Beaker Culture bearers were round-headed and robust in build. THEY were not necessarily that numerous at first.
Without showing much difference in YDNA newcomers came in from Northern France in ca. 1500 BCE (?) and took over half the population. Henceforth the inhabitants of Britain were all longheaded and relatively more gracile in build, and nearly all R1b.
In the Pict area of the North of Scotland the inhabitants do not seem to have changed but their DNA did. It too became R1b. On the other hand in the Orkney Islands it remained, at least in part, 12 and G as previously.
What exactly happened is not certain but an environment factor, rather than an ethnic one, may have occasioned the change in YDNA that took place.
7. Research: The Simplest Answer is Probably the Best One! Replication is Evidence.
At all events,
Darwin is dead.
He died for being super-redundant!
In Research when faced with a problem the simplest most straight-forward solution is given the priority until proven otherwise.
When a solution is observable in nature and can be replicated in the laboratory it is preferable to one that cannot.
Evolution has never been observed and cannot be demonstrated.
Gene Transference can.
Evolution cannot give answers that are satisfactory.
Gene Transfer can.

Thoughts on Darwin's Finches
https://hebrewnations.com/articles/race/animals/finches.html
In simplistic terms,
The Almighty created the world in such a way that everything that is needed is there.
Every creature has what it immediately requires.
In the case of changed circumstance and new need a tool box of extra genetical parts exists. The items involved may be transferred from one creature to another.
The transfer takes place relatively quickly and may affect the whole of a species or a good portion of it.
This may account for nearly all observed changes that occur in Nature.
This is not Evolution.
On the contrary.
It is the negation of the need for Evolution as a working thesis.
