Araby - The Arabs were a mixture of peoples. One of their forefathers was Ishmael son of Abraham. Eventually Ishmael came to be considered the major forefather of the Arabs nations. This may be true not only in cultural terms but also biologically. Peoples change. Sometimes such changes are overlooked by conventional histories. An example is Hungary. The original inhabitants of Hungary were probably Slavs. They were conquered by Magyars who imposed upon them the Hungarian-Magyar language. Then over the years an ongoing immigration from Germany especially Saxony took place. As the newcomers came in they adopted the local language and sense of belonging to the Hungarian nation. The result is that today most Hungarians are probably the physical descendants of Germans but they speak the Hungarian tongue and have a national consciousness of being Hungarian. The Ishmaelites were to the east of Israel bordering on the Tribes of Gad and Reuben and later Simeon.
Asher
Asher was an Israelite Tribe located in the north mainly in the area known today as Lebanon.
The names above do not appear to show any strong particular pattern. There may however be a tendency towards the Tribes on the periphery of ancient Israel i.e. Gad and Reuben to the east with Asher and Manasseh to the north.

Maybe the Palestinians should be resettled in Mexico in return for economic assistance to that country?
