"It is stated in very old copies of The Book of Invasions and other ancient documents that it was the Mosaic law that the Milesians brought into Errin [i.e. Ireland] at their coming; that it had been learned and received from Moses in Egypt by Cae Cain Beathach, who was himself an Israelite, who had been sent into Egypt to learn the language of that country by the great master Fenius Farsaith, from whom the Milesian brothers, who conquered Errin, are recorded to have been the twenty second generation in descent; and it is stated in the preface to Seanchas Mord that this was the law of Errin at the time of the coming of St.Patrick".

2. You Were Born as You Agreed to Be!
According to the Talmud (Rosh HaShana 13;a, Hulin 60;a) based on a meaning found in the Hebrew Bible we are as we agreed to become. Each one of us came into this world after agreeing to do so. To some degree we (i.e. our 'souls') each were given the wherewithal to cope with our own situation and make the best of it. [The fact that we often fail to do as well as we should, or could, is another matter!].
A person is born in the situation they would have chosen to be born in, knowing the options that were open to them. We are what we are because our souls agreed to us being that way. We each have a task in life and us being who we are most suits us towards fulfilling that task.
Rosh Hashana 13;a: # Said Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi, Everything that was created, was made according to its own level; according to its own awareness was it created; in accordance to how it would have wanted to become was it made....
Rashi: "according to its own awareness." They were asked if they wished to be created and they answered, Yes.
Rashi: # ".... in accordance to how they would have wanted to become." According to the reasoning of each and every one and in the individual imprinted formation of each one. #
Rashi (Chulin 60;a): According to the form they chose for themselves.
