#1. Michelle Bowie: Use of the Holy Name
Yair, I myself would like to make a small comment on what Michelle Bowie said in response to me regarding the Tetragrammaton. I never said that using the Tetragrammaton was detrimental. I said that groups who espouse the idea that there is such a thing as a two house concept are themselves dangerous. Upon looking at the therefinersfire.org, I took note of their use of YHWH. In my years of personal experience in working with both Jews and Christians, I have found almost always that people who use the term either are doing it out of ignorance or believe that they are somehow superior to others to who do not use the term. Nobody and I mean NOBODY knows how to pronounce Yud-hey-vav-hey. The Sages tell us that only the Cohen HaGadol knew the Sacred Name and then the only time he used it was during Yom Kippur when he went into the Kadosh HaKodeshim. So indeed, people who use the term tend to be "cultish" in how they act. I did not say people belong to a cult,
only that their behavior is how cults act. But, I will add that there is a group, which is a cult and whose entire belief rests on the name of Jehovah.
Michelle can criticize me all she wants, but I am not going to defer to her. If she thinks that she knows the correct pronunciation, then she is deceived or worse, delusional. I have actually written much on this topic and have presented it at meetings and seminars, both large and small. She says to let the Scriptures speak for themselves. Well, they do. But, they have never told us how to pronounce the Tetragrammaton nor have they told us to invoke that name. I myself refer to the Almighty as HaShem, The Name. In prayer, I use Adonai as well. I have actually wanted to comment on MIchelle regarding other posts of hers, but I have refrained from doing so.To me, it is the height of arrogance to diss me while acting so high and mighty. I am sorry Yair, but she needs to get off her high horse. Shalom v'b'richot, Bill Rasmussen

You couldn't rear pigs on farms in the Scottish Highlands or you would have been looked upon as a disgusting heathen from folk who wandered and got the idea in their heads that they were 'jews'.

3. Proverbs 21:22-24 Secrets of Existence
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/bible/proverbs/proverbs21.html
Proverbs 21:
22Â What is desirable in a person is his kindness,
and it is better to be poor than a liar.
People like you because of what you can do for them or for others.
It radiates outward. Feel and act positively towards the outside and your inner personality changes for the better.
Sometimes in business or in daily affairs the situation arises whereby if we do not tell a mistruth we shall lose money.
Proverbs is telling us what the choice should be.
23 The fear of the Lord gives life;
filled with it one rests secure
  and suffers no harm.
Fear of God will keep us from doing things that harm others and ultimately ourselves.
It also gives us vitality and an increased will to live.
24 The lazy person buries a hand in the dish,
and will not even bring it back to the mouth.
Both in other people and at times in ourselves we may come across instances where the solution to a particular problem is easily achieved but the required small effort is not being undertaken.
