1. The Name James is a form of Jacob
So of the four mentioned, James is the one where the etymological variant is the most distinct. James > Iacomus > Iacobus.
If you look at this image of James VI you can clearly see at the top right IACOBVS 6 DEI GRATIA REX SCOTORUM

Jacobean age, (from Latin Jacobus, 'James'), period of visual and literary arts during the reign of James I of England (1603-25).

3. Is Israel more technologically advanced than Japan and Germany?

Extracts:
Depends on the filed. In nanotechnology? Yes. In terms of high tech? Yes. In innovation? Yes The Global Competitiveness Report of 2016 to 2017 ranked Israel as having the world's second most innovative economy on the globe. In solar energy? Yes[1]. In cyber? Yes. In medecine? In medical research Israel is by far better than both and it is best in the world per capita[2]. In practical medicine Israel is about the same as Japan and better than Germany.... In male life expectancy ... if you factor out war related deaths and terrorist attacks Israel takes the first place in the world with ease [3]. In air force[4] and intelligence? Yes . ... Israel is more advanced than both in agriculture and farming related science and inventions. Israel is more advanced than both in terms of patents and creative scientific publications per capita. Israel has more academic educated people than both of them per capita. In the modern era Israel has put out more world first-class mathematicians, computer scientists, musicians and chess players than both[6] . Israel has many top class computer scientists and is a superpower in computer science [7]. Israel has won more Turing awards for computer science than both of them combined not even per capita ( per capita Israel is no. 1 in the world). The list goes on and on.... But the fact that these countries are at least ten times Israel's size confuse us and make them in some sense more prominent ... Israel is almost the best in academic publications, inventions and stuff. And Israel has the highest number of scientists and technicians per capita in the whole world, but it is also very very very VERY small which lets other countries catch up with it in absolute numbers.
Now imagine how would Israel have looked like if it was 10 times bigger...

5. Nazi Germany and Ancient Rome
What did Hitler think of the ancient Romans?

Joe Rigodanzo
Extracts:
Hitler explicitly connected the dots between the Third Reich and the Roman Empire. The First Reich was the Holy Roman Empire founded by Charlemagne. Charlemagne was explicitly reviving the Roman Empire, and in Hitler's mind and in reality, Charlemagne was a German.
Hitler also admired early Roman military culture:
The Nazi battle standards (left) were explicitly copied from Roman models (right). The Nazi army was expected to be an all-conquering force, just like it's Roman predecessor.
Paradoxically, he ended up copying many of the Roman mechanisms of state from the Late Roman Empire that he supposedly despised. Germans in the 1930s became bound to their jobs in a way that is eerily similar to laws enacted by Diocletian and Constantine, though some of this can be chalked up to the socialist element of the Nazi party.
Similarly, mass entertainment was emphasized as a way to distract regular people from the growing autocracy, in the mold of Augustus and every subsequent Emperor.

Extracts:
Hitler was a great admirer of Rome, and this was reflected in the mythology of the Nazi Party and a number of aesthetic and ritualistic practices the Nazis adopted. For starters, Hitler described both classical Greece and Rome as perfect examples of Aryan dominion and proof that the Aryan race was superior.
Hitler's admiration of the Roman Empire was especially evident in Nazi military parades, Nazi regalia, and Nazi architecture. For starters, Hitler referred to his regime as the 'Third Reich' ('Third Empire'), the previous two being the Holy Roman Empire and the German Empire that existed under the Hohenzollern royal family (between 1871 and 1918). The city of Nuremberg was also the spiritual center of Nazism because of the important role it played during the Holy Roman Empire period.
In this city, the Nazi Party held annual rallies between 1923 and 1938. The pageantry of these events was very classically-inspired, and consisted of massive formations of troops marching and carrying Nazi banners. These banners looked very much the ones the Roman legions used to carry, having the same red and gold color scheme. The initials on the Nazi banner - NSDAR, which stood for
'Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei' ('National Socialist German Workers' Party') - was also meant to call to mind the letters SPQR on the Roman banner, which stood for 'Senatus Populusque Romanus', ('The Roman Senate and People').
The architecture at the rally grounds was also very Roman, which included a massive parade ground known as the Marzfeld ('Mars Field', named after the Roman god of war), the Congress Hall (which was made to look like the Colosseum), and many other buildings that had columned-facades. Much the same is true of buildings the Nazis erected in Berlin and Munich, a good example of which is the Olympiastadion (Olympic Stadium) Hitler had built for the 1936 Summer Olympics (again, the inspiration was the Roman Colosseum).
There's also the Nazi salute, which was a carbon copy of the Roman salute. When issuing this, the ancient Romans would proclaim 'Ave Caesar!' ('Hail Caesar!'). Copying this, the Nazis would say "Heil Hitler!" (Hail Hitler!), "Heil, mein Fuehrer!" (Hail, my leader!)or "Sieg Heil!" (Hail victory!)

'The Italians are much like us Germans. You have only to examine the facial features of the Roman centurions for confirmation.'
Of Mussolini, a close friend and not just an ally, Hitler gushed 'When I am in his presence I feel I am walking with one of the Caesars.'

Quotation from Hitler:
# Why do we call the whole world's attention to the fact that we have no past? It isn't enough that the Romans were erecting great buildings when our forefathers were still living in mud huts; now Himmler is starting to dig up these villages of mud huts and enthusing over every potsherd and stone axe he finds. All we prove by that is that we were still throwing stone hatchets and crouching around open fires when Greece and Rome had already reached the highest stage of culture. We really should do our best to keep quiet about this past. Instead Himmler makes a great fuss about it all. The present-day Romans must be having a laugh at these relegations.

'we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches' basically was a lie since the UK was nearing insolvency and was the reason for Lend-Lease Act in March 1941, without it UK would of been forced to accept surrendered terms.
Also the Northumbrian ethnic regions of the UK (Ulster Scots in NI, Eastern Lowland Scots, and Northern England) were deeply Pro Nazi especially before the conflict and their was a deep fears of Civil war during the War.

... Ireland basically was the breadbasket for the UK and supplied a very large amount of it's war materials which without would of forced the UK to surrender in 1941
The whole Irish being Allied to the Nazis comes from the Unionist Community which Senior Leaders actually joined the Nazi Party, just Google the Right Club as the entire Orange Movement and Scottish/NI Unionist position was directly involved in Supporting antisemitism especially the Holocaust against Jews and Promoted the Overthrow of the UK government, was also the reason they spent the War in Prison
