Leading lip reading expert claims to have viewed clip more than 20 times
She believes young Queen and sister are responding to instruction to wave
Says pair are asked by Queen Mother and Prince Edward to raise hands

One of Britain's leading lip readers has cast doubt over a video claiming to show the Queen performing a Nazi salute, insisting that the seven-year-old princess was simply waving on the instruction of her father.
Jessica Rees - who has worked with the National Crime Squad, The National Criminal Intelligence Service the Metropolitan Police and the FBI interpreting the spoken word - has insisted that Her Majesty is only raising her right arm to perform a playful royal wave.
Having studied the footage in depth, forensic lip reader Ms Rees - who was born deaf - is adamant that the future Queen and her three-year-old sister, Princess Margaret, throw their arms in the air after being instructed by Prince Edward to 'give a wave' to a passing woman, who can't be seen in the grainy footage, released by The Sun last week.
Speaking to the Sunday Express, Ms Rees said: 'I viewed this footage 23 times, and I am in no doubt about what they are saying to each other.
'This has nothing whatsoever to do with any Nazi salute. Anyone who says the contrary is simply wrong.'
She claims that the 1933 video recording shows both the Queen Mother and Prince Edward encouraging their two children to wave.

Just how many Jews in Israel own a Tanakh, the core text of Judaism comprised of the Torah, Prophets and Writings?
A survey conducted by the Herzog Academic College in Judea's Alon Shvut ahead of its "Opening the Tanakh" conference reveals surprising figures, which were reported Tuesday by Yedioth Aharonoth.
A full 95% of Israelis have a Tanakh in their home, according to the poll conducted for the college by the Yifat Gat Brand institute among 501 adult respondents.
Regarding how frequently they read from the Tanakh, 42% said they only do so at infrequent times, with a small portion saying the last time they studied it was ahead of the high school Tanakh matriculation exams.
Meanwhile, 13% said they read the Tanakh, and particular Psalms, in times of crisis; 15% said they never read Tanakh - among secular Jews that figure was at 30%.
Breaking the results down by region, the poll found that a full 71% of residents in the Jerusalem area frequently read Tanakh, while between 32-40% of the rest of the country reads the text frequently. Only 2% of Jerusalem area residents never read Tanakh, as opposed to 16% in the rest of Israel.
While slightly over half of all Israeli Jews may not frequently read the Tanakh, a full 68% expressed their reverence of it by defining it as a "holy book," while another 16% called it a book that fashions identity. Only 9% said they have no connection to the Tanakh.
Tellingly, the trend to disconnect from the Tanakh was more pronounced among academics, with 20% of them saying they never read the Tanakh and that it doesn't speak to them.

Call it a "family affair." Two Israeli men, Â twin brothers, who married two Israeli womenmen, twin sisters, saw children born to their wives no not more than twenty minutes apart on Wednesday night.
The two couples are the proud parents of girls who, although not twins, clearly have a great deal in common: Their twin mothers were also born 20 minutes apart.
Niv and Ran Cohen, ba'alei-teshuva (newly religious) Israelis married twin sisters Leah and Rivki Fisch after meeting them on a visit to the Galilee community of Yavne'el, where a large community of Breslov hassidim live.
According to Niv Cohen, seeing both him and his brother having their first child on the same day "is the greatest feeling in the world."

The survey data show that about 42% of Israelis, Â almost every other Israeli, is worried about the destruction of the State of Israel. 10% of respondents even admitted that they were 'very worried.'
