1. GERMAN COURT JUSTIFIES SYNAGOGUE ATTACK

A German regional court has ruled that an attempt by three Muslims to burn a synagogue was motivated by 'anti-Israelism', not anti-Semitism. The perpetrators will not be jailed.
The ruling is akin to a "carte blanche for attacks on Jews," and is itself anti-Semitic, according to the European Jewish Congress. The organization reacted with "outrage and disbelief" to the decision.
The German court in the city of Wuppertal [ North Rhine-Westphalia], affirming a lower court decision, ruled that a violent attempt to burn the city's synagogue in 2014 was a justified expression of criticism of Israel's policies in Gaza. The attack took place on the anniversary of Kristallnacht, a Nazi pogrom which left almost a hundred Jews dead and where over 1,000 synagogues, Â including the original synagogue in Wuppertal, were burnnt and destroyed.
"It is unbelievable that attempts to burn a synagogue have been equated with displeasure of Israeli government policies," said Dr. Moshe Kantor, President of the EJC. "This court decision equates to open season on Jews."
The local Wuppertal court panel said in its original 2015 decision that the three Muslims wanted to draw "attention to the Gaza conflict" with Israel. The court deemed the attack not to be motivated by anti-Semitism, and handed down suspended sentences for the three.

The commonly accepted reference definitions of pederasty refer to a sexual relationship, or to copulation, between older and younger males. The OED offers: "Homosexual relations between a man and a boy; homosexual anal intercourse, usually with a boy or younger man as the passive partner."
In 2009 in Tel Aviv an attack on a gay center resulted in the deaths of two people and injuries to at least fifteen others at the Tel Aviv branch of the Israeli LGBT Association, at the "Bar-Noar" (Hebrew: "Youth Bar"), on Nahmani Street in Tel Aviv,
Most of the injured were minors; six were in serious condition.
The center was subsidized by the local Tel Aviv council and other official bodies.
Nobody seems to have bothered asking, "What were the minors doing there?"

Israel's entrant in last week's Eurovision 2016 song contest, the openly homosexual Hovi Star (Chovav Skoltch), and our local TV host for the event, drag queen Talula Bonet (Tal Kallai), made many Israelis proud.
In whichever way one justifies the phenomenon of LGBTQ (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders and queers), there can be little doubt that the biblical law Israel is supposed to uphold explicitly forbids same-gender sexual activity (Leviticus 18: 22, 20:13).
