3. Is there a Repetition and/or Overlap in your books?
Brit-Am Reply:
At present we now have nine titles available. 5 of these have become available in the last few weeks.
[3 of the 5 were in fact re-written editions of previous works that are now out of print.]
In addition there was a new printing of "The Tribes" and a sale of this important work at a significantly reduced price.
All of these works were written by the same person concerning the same subject.
 In some cases one work would be written while the other was out of print but the author wanted relevant information in the book that was out of print to be made known.
Under these circumstances it is natural that some over-lap of subject matter and repetition took place.
Nevertheless we do not think it is that bad. We were aware of ths possibility and tried to avoid it.
Each work is unique in its own right and deals with its own facet of the overall picture.
We believe every one should be satisfied with their purchase.
If they are not they should let us know.
There are some things we might argue about but customer satisfaction is not one of them.

The "Haftorah" i.e. the selection from the prophets for this week is the book of Obadiah:

[Obadiah 1:20] AND THE CAPTIVITY OF THIS HOST OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL SHALL POSSESS THAT OF THE CANAANITES, EVEN UNTO ZAREPHATH; AND THE CAPTIVITY OF JERUSALEM, WHICH IS IN SEPHARAD, SHALL POSSESS THE CITIES OF THE SOUTH.Â
According to the Commentators, in the above verse 'Canaanites' means Germany, Zarephath means France and Britain, Sepharad means Spain.
According to a composite explanation based on Rabbinical Commentators the above verse may actually be understood to say:
"This first exile [of the Lost Ten Tribes] who reach from the Land of Canaanites [i.e. Germany] to Zeraphath [France and Britain].."
 The Hebrew word ("Chail") translated in the KJ as "host" can also mean "first" and most Jewish Commentators seem to have understood the verse to refer to the first exile which was that of the Lost Ten Tribes. They also tended to understand the place name "Zarephath" (in this case) as referring to France and its area or to France and England together and thus either expressly or by implication to link the Lost Ten Tribes with these western regions.
