https://youtu.be/GFGYV9ZQbGs
Duration: 18.39 minutes
Isaiah prophesied concerning Israelites in the future.
Many males may be killed and women will want to marry any Israelite man who survives even if she has to share him with numerous other females.
Women are very important in the Bible, See:
Women, Women, Polygamy (Is4), Isaiah chapter 4

#2. Selected New Comments to Video Clips
# C. An Example of Isolated Video Comment Dialogue. Latest Comments to: End Times ( Isaiah 2)
Shalom Yair,
Wow. after reading these comments I am now thoroughly convinced they're putting something in the air that people are breathing that is messing with their minds. Where are they getting this stuff from??? Any of it?
This is on the increase as I am seeing it in so many places. People are writing nonsense and some of it is vulgar and offensive nonsense. I don't know what to think anymore and am saddened by it.
I'll be honest, I don't always agree with all that you present but do agree with a lot, but would never in my wildest thoughts, publicly demean you if we disagree on some points. No one has it all correct, but if we have the spirit of discernment in us, if we allow ourselves to see that others have some precious nuggets to offer up, then we should take what is presented and mull over it.
I fear something is shifting in the world and these comments are proof...... better hold on tightly to the Word and our Almighty God.
Blessings, mb

5. Question on the Jews of Ethiopia and the Tribe of Dan
Shalom!
Â
I hope this message finds you well. If the Falasha are from the Tribe of Dan my assumption is that individual tribes split and went in different directions? What do you think of this?
Thank you.

Brit-Am Reply:
Shalom,
The Falashas (Jews of Ethiopia) did not claim to be descended from Dan. This claim was made in their name by the Radbaz (Rabbi David ben Solomon ibn [Abi] Zimra, ca. 1479-1573) who lived in Egypt and may have been misinformed. In some bad doctored editions of Eldad haDani (ca. 800 CE) there may be references to it. The Falashas themselves seem to have claimed that most of them are the descendants of converts. Look up one of articles in Jewish encyclopedias (e.g. Encyclopedia Judaica) on them. Their origins are uncertain. Perhaps a core element from Dan did contribute to their ethno-genesis though we doubt it and so do they.
At present it seems that a large minority amongst them are not Jewish even by their own criteria. The others are in effect considered as Jewish by the Rabbinate but a renewal of the covenant (the equivalent of de facto conversion) is expected of them as a formality. There are those in Israel who consider the Rabbinate policy as too lenient whereas others think it too strict.
We identify the Tribe of Dan as people in Denmark as well as different groups elsewhere in Scandinavia, in Ireland, and other parts of the British Isles.
The Rabbinical understanding based on Biblical passages is that the Jews were scattered but the Ten Tribes remained more or less together in about three different areas.
We accept rabbinical teachings on these matters as long as it is not contradicted by other evidence in which case we may examine the situation more closely. Rabbinical scholars themselves act in this way. Rabbinical teachings are usually based on Biblical passages as given in the Hebrew Bible.
We identify the Ten Tribes as mainly to be found among western peoples.

 6. A Brit-Am Publication, 'The Tribes.'
http://hebrewnations.com/publications/books/the-tribes.html
http://www.britam.org/the-Tribes.html
THE TRIBES proves that most of the ancient Israelites were exiled and lost their identity. They eventually migrated to Western Europe where they formed distinct nationalities.
The peoples of Ireland, North Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, Switzerland, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Sweden, and Finland all contain significant numbers of Israelite Ten Tribe descendants. On the whole they are not aware of their Hebrew ancestry. The descendants of the Ten Tribes also populated North America, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
In "THE TRIBES" Specific Israelite Tribes and Tribal clans are traced to present-day ethnic groups. Proof is provided from the Bible, Rabbinical Sources, Greek and Roman Accounts; History, Archaeology, Mythology, and Linguistics. National symbols and Ethnic Characteristics are analyzed.
Additional features include: up-to-date international comparative statistics; a detailed list of Biblical Proofs; new information of ground-breaking importance.

7. Proverbs 24: 13-16 The End Result is the Decisive One!
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/bible/proverbs/proverbs24.html
Proverbs 24:
13 Eat, my son, honey for it is good;
And the honey-comb is sweet to the palate.
14 So, if you have found it, is knowledge of wisdom for your soul, there will be a future and your hope will not be cut off.
Learn wise things and good counsel. Internalize it. If you do so there will always be a chance for you even if you make mistakes along the way.
Unlike sweet honey, too much of which may make you sick (Proverbs 25:16), the aftermath of wisdom and good deeds is always beneficial.
Rabbi Abraham Iben Ezra says that the reference to a future (24:14) means your old age and children both of which will be blessed by wise deeds done earlier.
15 Do not lie in ambush O wicked person at the dwelling of the righteous, do not bespoil his resting place.
16 For seven times will the righteous fall, and rise again.
But the wicked fail through evil.
This is a warning to the evil person not to take advantage of the weakness of the righteous.
It is also a caution to all of us as normal people. There is an evil person in all of us. We all have a tendency to want to take advantage of the failings or vulnerabilities of others. This may not be noticeable and only work subconsciously.
The Evolutionary Theory of Darwin is rubbish and discounted. Nevertheless, we have been created with an animalistic element within us that we need for survival.
Wolves hunt in packs. When one of the wolves is sick or wounded the others are liable to turn around and eat him. So too with humans. This is the wicked person inside of us that pushes us to do things we might not otherwise do.
We are being warned against this.
"For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again" (Proverbs 24:16). Better not to make mistakes. Try not to act in such a way that you will regret it later BUT if you do, keep trying. Work your way back to what you once were or should have been.
