I guess the Goths, Celts, Iberians and Celtiberians that moved into Spain moved out north across the sea to the British Isles? Those with spaniard blood not related to Israel? I would dare say that Spain would be related to Ephraim since they dominated before the Brits, but the British and all its descendants (mainly the USA) would be Manasses since they come to power slightly after and become an even greater force in the modern world... Whatever the facts are, I guess I should at least be content in being blessed for blessing Israel....

Thank you for the tremendous Energy and Work you put into Educating a Slowly awakening Mass. I would ask you, if there were 600,000 Males at the giving of the Torah, based on average reproduction, have you attempted to Postulate how many people are carrying or could be carrying a DNA marker, linking them to one or more of the Original Tribes?? Recently discovered my Father was 90% Irish/Scott. My mother on the other hand has a considerable amount of Dutch Jew, as a result of her Fathers family, which was Forced to migrate to the U.S. in the early 1800's. His family assimilated by changing their name and religious practice! My Mothers Mother was English (Holmes) all the way and her family had been in the U.S. since it's beginning. Thank you again Yair, Shalom .

Brit-Am Reply:
This is a possibility also hinted at in Scripture. Historically however many peoples were wiped out and lineages disappeared. The fact that there were many in the past does not in itself mean that there have to be many more today BUT it is at least statistically feasible. God bless you Yair

4. Interesting Insight from Norman Willis: Judah to Precede (Chronologically) Ephraim in the Land.
===============================
(a) Yair said that:
We have shown that Scripture indicates that the Jews of Judah were destined to return to the Land before the Ten Tribes.
Amongst other points we noted that:
http://www.britam.org/judah.html#8a
(8. Jewish State to be Named "Israel" : Isaiah predicted that the descendants of Judah would be known as Israel
HEAR YE THIS, O HOUSE OF JACOB, WHICH ARE CALLED BY THE NAME OF ISRAEL, AND ARE COME FORTH OUT OF THE WATERS OF JUDAH [Isaiah 48:1].
(9. Return of Judah Precedes Return of Other Tribes : Micah 4:8 predicts that in the end times at the beginning of the return "THE FIRST DOMINION" in the final return of Israel shall be "TO THE DAUGHTER OF JERUSALEM" meaning descendants of Judah.
In addition Micah 4:8, Hosea 6:11 say that Judah will lead the way for the other Tribes and prepare the path for their return.Â

(b) Norman Willis had an interesting insight and pointed out that:
B'reisheet (Genesis) 49:
8 "Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise; Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; Your father's children shall bow down before you."
..... It is being brought to mind that Elohim restored Judah to the land of Israel first, in fulfillment of the promises given to Caleb.
Bemidbar (Numbers) 14:
24 "But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it."Â
So if [God] gave the land to Judah, and Yapheth/Ephraim is to dwell in the tents of Shem (Genesis 9:27)...

5. West African Politician Pretends to Be a Monarch Representing the Ten Lost Tribes!
(a) King of Togo in Israel, Wants to be Recognized as Jewish

 Extracts:
King Ayi of the West African nation of Togo arrived in Israel on Sunday with an unusual request - he wants the Jewish state to officially recognize his people as a lost tribe of Israel.
The king, who has become well known among the Orthodox Jewish community, met with Religious Affairs Minister David Azulai, who told the African ruler that Israel's Chief Rabbinate will have to investigate his claims to being descended from Israel.
In an interview with the Orthodox Israeli news portal Kikar Hashabbat, King Ayi explained that  'a nation that doesn't recognize God and has no religion is a nation that doesn't know where it is going. 'I can tell you that as a professor of religion, there is no religion as close to my heart as Judaism.'
Asked how he discovered his own Jewish heritage, King Ayi said that 'our teachers in Togo taught us that we are Jews. Before Togo became a republic, it was a kingdom known as 'the Jewish Kingdom of West Africa.' Our founding fathers came from Israel over 2,000 years ago.'
Responding to skepticism concerning the Jewish roots of Togo, King Ayi said that any who doubt need to 'go read the Torah, where it is written that the lost tribes are beyond the River Sambation [the legendary 'Sabbath River' beyond which the 10 Tribes were supposedly exiled]. In the Last Days, all Jews in the world will be discovered, and people from afar will return'.

(b) 'Lost Tribe King' from Togo Embraced by Orthodox Rabbis in Israel

Extracts:
A Togolese man, calling himself a king and descendant of an ancient Lost Tribe, has gained prominent Orthodox allies in Israel and even held a meeting with the Minister of Religious Affairs to request his people be recognized as a Lost Tribe of Israel.
Francois A. Ayi, who describes himself as belonging to 'one of the ancient royal families of West Africa' has seemingly received the backing of prominent Israeli Orthodox figures Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky and Rabbi Daniel Asor.
Ayi has said in several interviews that he is interested in bringing Lost Tribe descendants in Africa to Israel and that as a king he's uniquely position to facilitate this.
Ayi's May 15 meeting with the ministry in Israel comes at a time when what are often called Judaizing movements in Africa, India and the Americas, are growing across the globe. A recent Ministry of Diaspora Affairs committee has even been formed to look into these myriad groups.
'I just want to let you know you are not alone, there are millions of millions of your brothers and sisters on the other side,' Ayi said in a public speech given alongside Asor, referring to various African groups he said he was in touch with. 'They will return home to rebuild the house of Israel.'
Ayi participated in a Passover ceremony held by the Temple Institute, a controversial organization which seeks to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem to hasten the coming of the biblical Messiah. Rabbi Richman, reached by telephone in Israel, declined to comment on Ayi's participation.
Kanievksy, a leading Haredi authority (well known, recently, for blessing a cannabis plant as kosher for Passover), apparently met Ayi months earlier, greeting him with a kingly blessing, a point noted by Asor.
'He prayed for me and blessed me with the most amazing blessing of my life and it stuck in my heart,' Ayi said to Kikar Shabbat.
But is he really a king? Who does he represent?
Controversy has swirled around Ayi for years. In 2000, the Florida newspaper the Sun Sentinel called him 'either a benevolent monarch or a con artist perpetrating an elaborate ruse, depending on whether his defenders or detractors are speaking.'
Ayi previously refuted claims that he was perpetuating any type of fraud or misrepresenting himself, saying that he was the victim of cultural misunderstandings about African lineage and history.
Ayi is 'either a benevolent monarch or a con artist,' a Florida newspaper reported in 2000.
In Israel, Ayi seems to be finding a welcome audience.
A recent Ministry of Diaspora Affairs committee is investigating various self-professed Israelite and Jewish groups, including movements in West Africa. These groups number in the millions, and many have oral traditions of Israelite heritage, but few have gone through halachic conversions.
