I like your poem it was cute and so I donated. Thank you for sharing the understanding that you've been given.
My Father's name was Jacob...., the son of Meno and Amanda ..... My father grew up in the Amish culture in the midwest of the US. When I see you I see my Amish relatives. They dress like you and wear beards like you. I've sensed in the past that we are of a Jewish background that there is a link somewhere in the not so distant past. It is just so amazing how even the features of my fathers family are a lot like the Jewish people, and even in their community the culture lifestyle of kindness and helping one another, working as a community has remained over hundreds of years, though they have lost site of Gods Sabbath and his truths. They speak a German-Dutch, they have church districts and prayer books. They are intelligent self learned and have maintained an agrarian lifestyle over the centuries. My father's family can be traced back as far back to Switzerland. I believe some were Sabbath keepers. Pretty cool.
My mother's father, James R .... family was from southern Germany close to Northern France. All I have on him is that His father came over sometime in the late 1800's early 1900's from German. My mother's mother was a "Brailler from somewhere around Northern France, into the Bern Switzerland area but I can't find much in the way of my mother's history beyond this.
I've felt for the past few years that God is leading me to come back to Israel though I've never been.
I do believe that God began calling my father, who is now deceased, to understand the Torah and about keeping the Sabbath, that was in the year 1967 and because my Father obeyed what God showed him, I've been taught since I was a child about the Torah and understood that America is Manasseh. It's such amazing truth and insight that God has been so merciful to share because he has made prophecy clearer to understand. So does being born in American/ Manasseh mean that one is from the tribe of Manasseh or could our forefathers have been from Judah and migrated to America in the dispersion?
I have been seeking God on this matter. Do you have insight that you can help me find out more on my background or do you feel that God will directly reveal this to us individually as He is working with us? I just sense that I am being prepared to return to Israel.Â
This is such an exciting and yet sobering time that we are living in, and things are beginning to rapidly pick up pace. Do you have any suggestion on how I should be beseeching God on this matter?

As we have explained previously we feel that North America today contains members of all the 12 Tribes. Manasseh is the most dominant. Ephraim, Judah, and others are also important.
Most Israelites may in fact be the physical descendants of Ephraim. Nevertheless Manasseh rules here.
From your description it sounds like you may well be of Jewish descent.
The practices and attitudes described also sound Jewish.
None of us has as much time to sort thinks out as we like to imagine.
Do what you know you should do, what God wants, without hesitation.

The Bible was the source for belief in One God or rather it tells the story of the Hebrews who received this message and transmitted it. The Bible is the one source of morality and relative humanity exterior to ourselves. The Bible speaks to us. People who learn the Bible come to understand that God is speaking to us through it. We in the west believe that relatively speaking we have more rights and have advanced morally more than others. This is due to the Bible. The impression is that anything good in Western Civilization ultimately derives from the Bible. If we are in trouble today it is because we have abandoned the Bible. The Bible is there to show us the way home.
