Ezekiel 37 speaks of a Stick representing Judah and the House of Israel his Companions being joined to Joseph the Stick of Ephraim his Companions. Judah represents the Jewish people as we know it today. Joseph and Ephraim and their Companions are the Lost Ten Tribes. They are to be re-united and become one nation. The initiative must begin with us below (as Ezekiel indicates, Ezekiel 37:17) and then it will be confirmed (Ezekiel 37:20) by the LORD God of Israel. See:

Archaeologists generally distinguish houses of Israelites from those of non-Israelites by the lack of swine remains.
(a) Judah
During the first temple Period in Judah there was struggle between the Jewish Hellenists and Jewish Maccabees.
This resulted in Civil War and a victory for the Maccabees. The Feast of Chanuccha derives from this period.
(b) The Ten Tribes
The Bible describes the northern Tribes as committing idolatry, human sacrifice, sexual immorality, theft, and murder.

Eating forbidden foods is not mentioned as far as I know apart from Isaiah 65:1-4.
Isaiah 65:
1 I spread out my hands all the day
to a rebellious people,
who walk in a way that is not good,
following their own devices;
3 a people who provoke me
to my face continually,
sacrificing in gardens
and making offerings on bricks;
4 who sit in tombs,
and spend the night in secret places;
who eat pig's flesh,
and broth of tainted meat is in their vessels.

4. Who are the Righteous of Israel?
Yair, in Daniel Ch 12:3 what does the word righteousness refer to? Are more meanings to this word?
Daniel 12:
3 And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.

You asked concerning the expression "those who turn many to righteousness."
In the Hebrew original text this is "Matsdiki Ha-Rabbim."
The Commentary "Daat Mikra" (by Shmuel Hacohen and Yehudah Kiel) explain the expression to mean:
They who guide many others to follow the pathways of righteousness, cf Isaiah 53:11."
Isaiah 53:
11 Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied;
by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant,
make many to be accounted righteous,
and he shall bear their iniquities.
Commentary of Daat Mikra (Amos Chocham):
# "by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant, make many to be accounted righteous.":
My servant according to his knowledge will teach many to become righteous. ..the people of Israel by acting according to the righteous, i.e. knowledge, wisdom, and understanding meaning the Torah of God ... shall bring many peoples to the realization that the righteous way is the right way. This means the People of Israel will set an example in its behavior to the heathen. These will learn from them the righteous way. Many of the non-Israelites will consequently become righteous themselves. #

The stick was produced by Tom Turner of Edot Products. Tom used a complex expert process as described in his article:

We understood that Tom ceased production of the sticks. He sold the existing stock and rights of production to a third party who did not continue producing.
This is a pity since we would have liked to acquire one of the smaller sticks that were also once available.
It would have been easier to carry a smaller version around when travelling to a meeting, lecture, etc, by public transport.

It would seem from Prophecy that ALL the Lost Israelites will return to the Land of Israel.

On the other hand, the Land of Israel in its Biblical proportions includes much of Turkey, Cyprus, Syria, Jordan, Gaza, Sinai, parts of Egypt and Saudia and of course the present State o f Israel with Judah and Samaria.
There are also traditions that the holiness of the Land of Israel in the End Times will spread to other lands including parts of Western Europe.

The book "Eretz Chemda" by Yichiel Mical Shtern (5769, p.20 quotes Levushei Mordeci Y"D 3:49) says that,
a Great Rabbi, the Chatam Sofer (Rabbi Moses Schrieber, 1762-1839), held that the island of England in the End Times would be considered part of the Land of Israel.
