Shalom,
Concerning our recent message,
"Special Appeal"
15 January 2018.
The immediate problem has been solved. We received generous and very welcome offerings that helped us over the crisis point and left extra.
Despite everything Brit-Am does reach out to many people. It does spread the message. Many agree (at least to some degree) with what we say and identify with it.
Like every other organization and movement that depends on public support we always need funding.
Sometimes the needs seem to reach beyond us BUT most of the time (in hindsight) we realize that Divine Providence is helping us.
Brit-Am supporters can be proud of Brit-Am and of their fellow Brit-Am supporters.
May the God of Israel bless you all,
Yair Davidiy

#1. What do you think of the BIWF today?
#3. Why Brit-Am Cannot Work with any BIWF Activists
Dear Yair,
I enjoy reading your "Brit-Am Now" and your books as well. This recent email from you is one that I do not agree with, or understand. You are addressing the B.I.W.F. is anti-Jewish, but I believe and know it is not. I am in the leadership of the Victorian Branch in Australia and I have spoken and talked to some of the leadership of the Federation in the UK, I know from my experience they are not anti-Jewish.
May I ask you, what makes you believe this?
God bless.

Brit-Am Reply:
The degree of Judeophobia within the BIWF may vary from place to place and from person to person. I was referring to how the BIWF presents itself. This applies especially to the main branch in England which is responsible for publications, etc.
See the article,
Christian Identity. When and how do the members of the Christian Identity believe that the "modern fake Jews" "supplanted" the "real Jews"?
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/quora/tentribes/ci.html
In the past we met members of the BIWF who visited Israel. We also spoke by telephone on several occasion with Secretaries Matthew Browning and Michael Clark.
Supporters of Brit-Am visiting Britain met up with them on different occasions and were well received. We thought that the possibility of some kind of rapport between us existed.
In hindsight it may be we allowed ourselves to be over-optimistic on this issue.
Perhaps we mislead ourselves, perhaps not.
The BIWF is an umbrella organization. In principle it may not have a clear-cut doctrine BUT for some decades now a very clear message has been coming from them in practice.
The idea that the Lost Ten Tribes being in the west seems to be not so important to them or is of secondary importance.
They see their main mission to be spreading Christian belief. This is their own concern and does not involve us BUT it means that they no longer represent "British Israelite" belief in the Classical sense.
They seem to take it for granted that the Ashkenazi Jews of Europe are not descended from Hebrews.
They see the Ashkenazi Jews as possible descendants of Edom and of negative inclination.
They incline towards the Palestinians and away from the State of Israel. They seem to take these attitudes as self-evident and not something that should cause offence.
Their publications are not always against the Jews or Israel BUT that is a recurring theme emanating from them.
We too have studied these matters. Our researches showed that Edomites and others also settled in the British Isles alongside Israelites from the Ten Tribes.
See our works:
"Esau."
"Germany and Edom"
http://hebrewnations.com/publications/books/
http://www.britam.org/books.html
Since some of the BIWF people seem obsessed with this issue and are against the Jewish people the chances are that they themselves are, in some cases, of Edomite descent.
There is nothing wrong with this in itself. No need to take offence. You are what you are.
The BIWF judging by its own publications is however anti-Jewish. For example consider the latest issue of their official magazine that was released to the public domain
(The Covenant Nations vol. 4Â no.3)
https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http://www.britishisrael.co.uk/covnations/136.pdf
This issue contained an Editorial by the Editor (i.e. Michael Clark?) saying that only some among the Sephardim are true Jews while all other Jews are impostors.
They have an article saying the Balfour Declaration was a mistake, that the Jews should not have been given Palestine, that the present-day Jews are not descended from Israelites.
They have another article praising Luther who was a forerunner of Fraulein Adolph. There is another article about the Bolshevik Revolution quoting a source rhat has an admittedly anti-Jewish agenda.
cf.
Were Jews Communists? Why did the Soviet communists persecute Jews when many, including Hitler and the Nazis, saw Karl Marx and other Jews as the vanguard of Bolshevism and communism?
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/quora/jewhate/communists.html
In past issue this magazine, "The Covenant Nations," also prominently displayed links to rabid anti-Jewish Conspiracy sites.
"Courtesy of the Editors" they wrote in large colored letters above these links..
The preset issue of the magazine has other articles but apart from a few incidental notes I did not see anything concerning the identity of the Lost Ten Tribes.
Now you can say what you like, write what you like, but there is a question of emphasis, of what is considered important, of what message the reader will take away.
I read the magazine and I had the feeling that the people behind it do not like Jews and would prefer their readers not like them either.
In fact this is what they themselves say in a polite mild-mannered sort of way.

5. John Allen: Were the Alani from the Tribe of Simeon?
Greetings,
Thanks for your historical works on the 12 Tribes, I find the history very interesting.
I have a short question, are you familiar with the "Alani", do you think they could be related to the tribe of Simeon?
https://www.britannica.com/topic/Alani
Kind Regards,
John Allen
===============================
Brit-Am Reply:
What led you to link the Alans with Simeon?
In our work 'The Tribes' we traced the Alani to the Eloni from the Tribe of Zebulon.
Simeon however is a possibility.
The Alans before moving westward dwelt in the Caucasus region. They were closely linked with the Khazars and were part of their federation.
The Khazars believed themselves to be a mixture of Israelite Tribes especially of Simeon and Manasseh. A Rabbinical source indicates the Khazars were mainly Simeon with a ruling class from Manasseh.
