The Sultan in perhaps donated 1,000 pounds. It has been claimed that he also sent some five shiploads of food but this has been denied as the equivalent of an urban legend . The Jew Baron Lionel de Rothschild donated 50,000 pounds sterling to help feed the starving Irish. In terms of today, that was more than 20-25 million dollars. Rothschild was also one of the driving forces behind the British Relief Association, then the largest humanitarian effort of the 1800s. They gave more than 500,000 pounds (about 75 million dollars today). all for the Irish!
The generosity of the Muslim Sultan is mentioned quite often.
Rothschild is forgotten. Rothschild was Jewish. When the Jews needed help in the 1930s where were the Irish?
Ireland today is a virulently anti-Jewish polity.

I have a question for you concerning the "kingdom" of Joseph. I have only gathered one source that expressly mentions this but are there any other sources that mention to some degree the 'kingdom/dominion/reign' of Joseph/Ephraim in the last days? Specifically these words employed.

My question concerns the whereabouts of any other text in Judaism that mentions or describes in a similar way, the reign/rule/dominion of MBJ/MBE?

The author of the source you are quoting �Rabbi Isaiah Horowitz,(1565- 1630), was descended from the Exiles of Spain. He himself was born in Prague, moved to the Land of Israel where he served as the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem. After that he moved to Tsfat and then to Tiberias. His descendants included important Rabbis e.g. HaHozeh from Lublin and also well-known secular writers such as Elie Wiesel. Nothing that you quoted from contradicts anything we have written on, or quoted concerning, the matter.
We ourselves have quoted from this work in the past.
Articles on our site concerning Joseph and Judah and the brothers also invovle Messiah son of Joseph (MBJ) and Messiah son of David (MBD).
