1. New Month. Tishrei, New Year, Tribe of Ephraim.
The Hebrew month of Tishrei begins September 11 and September 12, 2026. This is also the Hebrew New Year. In this month we also have Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement)
and the feast of Succot (Tabernacles).
The most accepted opinions (Arizal and HaGra) attribute the month of Tishrei to the tribe of Ephraim.
Other opinions say Manasseh (Midrash Peliah) or Benjamin (Rabad).

2. Rosh HaShanah, the Hebrew New Year.
Next Week (October 3 and October 4, 2016) is Rosh HaShanah or the Hebrew New Year for the year 5786.
This is a time of judgment, repentance, self-reform, and introspection.
Leviticus 23:

Recently we have tried to revive our YouTube presence but have had only moderate success.
