Rabbi Avraham Feld and his brother, Israel, were among the very first supporters of Brit-Am.
Israel was very important. There is also a third brother, Rabbi David Feld, who has also helped us.
In one way or other there has existed a close association between Brit-Am and the Feld Family for close to 40 years!
Rabbi Avraham helped us in public relations, meeting guests, giving speeches.
He wrote Introductions to many of our books.
One of his own books, "Little Sister," was published by us.
Rabbi Feld also supplied us with ideas, inspiration, and insights, and finance.
In the course of time minor differences and variations in approach developed.
Rabbi Avraham teamed up with other groups but we still remained friends, and often cooperate.
Rabbi Feld appears in several of the Video Clips we put out.
Very recently, Rabbi Avraham went to visit his daughter in a settlement south of Hebron, in connection to the Bar Mitsvah of one of his grandsons..
As he was about to enter the settlement an Arab in a car with unlit lights ran him over.
A a result Rabbi Avraham has had to have his shoulder replaced.
He was about to have another operation when the present War broke out and it has been postponed.
We only heard of this a few days ago.
At present Rabbi Avraham is laid up at his home in Jerusalem.
We hope to visit him shortly.
Rabbi Feld is married with children and dependants.
Anyone who wishes to help Rabbi Feld and his family may do so by contributing via PayPal to Brit-Am and sending a note that the money is for Rabbi Avraham.
We will take the money to him when we visit OR send it to his wife through the Israeli Post Office who have a service ("Mezuman BeZman") similar to that of Western Union in the USA.
