Prophecy in the Process of Fulfillment? (31 March 2017, 4 Nisan, 5777)
Are the Following Three Points Indicative of Prophecy in the Process of Fulfillment?
(1) Most Jews not in the Land of Israel OR in Israelite Nations!
(2) In the End Times the Jews are destined to go to the Ten Tribes and Return with them.
(3) The Return of Judah to the Land of Israel is Prophesied to Precede the Return of the Other Tribes.

(1) Most Jews not in the Land of Israel OR in Israelite Nations!
Statistics:
World Jewish Populations and the Ten Tribes.
http://www.britam.org/stats/Jews.html
We see from the above that less than 10% of the Jewish Population today dwells in what we would term non-Israelite countries.
42.5% dwell in the Land of Israel.
39.3% in Manasseh-Joseph (the USA).
6.34% dwell in Ephraim countries (UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand). 12% dwell in Israelite Nations that are not dominated by Joseph (either Ephraim or Manasseh).

(2) In the End Times the Jews are destined to go to the Ten Tribes and Return with them.
Is the presence of so many Jews to day among Israelites, especially those of Joseph, a preparation for this?
# These are the 'Ten Tribes.'...The exiles of Judah and Benyamin [i.e. the present-day 'Jews'] are destined to go unto them and bring them back in order to merit with them the Messianic Era and life in the World-To-Come. This is as it says, 'In those days the house of Judah shall go unto the house of Israel and they shall come together out of the land of the north unto the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers' (Jeremiah 3:18).
-Midrash Yalkut Shimeoni, Song of Solomon 905.

(3) The Return of Judah to the Land of Israel is Prophesied to Precede the Return of the Other Tribes.
Today almost half of Judah is already in the Land of Israel. Most of the Other Half is in Lands in which the Ten Tribes predominate.
Micah 4:8 predicts that in the end times at the beginning of the return "THE FIRST DOMINION" in the final return of Israel shall be "TO THE DAUGHTER OF JERUSALEM" meaning descendants of Judah.
Micah 4:
8 As for you, tower of the flock,
Hill of the daughter of Zion,
To you it will come
Even the former dominion will come,
The kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.
The expressiomn above translated "the former dominion" in Hebrew is "Ha-memshalah ha-rishonah" or literally "the first rulership."
Judah will rule over the land first of all, before the Ten Tribes return!
In addition to Micah 4:8, Hosea 6:11 say that Judah will lead the way for the other Tribes and prepare the path for their return.
Hosea 6:
11 Also, O Judah, there is a harvest appointed for you,
When I restore the fortunes of My people.
Rabbi Yissachar Shlomo Teichtal 1885-1945 ("Eim HaBanim Semeichah"):
# I saw in the book "Drishat Tsion" [by Rabbi Zvi Kalisher] an inquiry concerning the words of Nachmanides ["Ramban"] on Isaiah 56:8:
"The LORD God which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, besides those that are gathered unto him (Isaiah 56:8).
"This verse is explained: In the beginning will be gathered many of the outcasts of Israel but not all of them. After the War of Gog and Magog will the above-quoted expression, "Yet will I gather others to him", be pertinent: Meaning that they will once again be ingathered together with those who were gathered previously. This applies to those who were lost in the Land of Assyria (Isaiah 27:13) from the Lost Ten Tribes. They will be regathered.
"If a great community of those who were lost in the Asyrian Exile would be ingathered first of all, how could they be brought to a wasted and desolate country" Without doubt they will have to be preceded [by their brothers from Judah] in order that the land may bring forth bread. Afterwards all of them will be able to come to country full of God's blessing.
"The wilderness shall be a fruitful field" (cf. Isaiah 32:15), full of fields and vineyards restored by the hand of Israelites.

Addenda: Translations Explained
The above article shows how the Tribes of Judah will be gathered in first of all and precede the gathering in of the Ten Tribes.
We have quoted Biblical verses and commentaries on these verses to show this point.
The problem is that our translations and the way Rabbinical Commentators understand these passages does not absolutely coincide with conventional translations now available.
The following message illustrates this:
From Michael Greenwood:
Shalom,
Yair, I definitely agree with you that Judah has returned to the land first. I was very excited to know that there were scriptures on it. Please review my translations and tell me where yours differs. I am not seeing what you are speaking about. Maybe our translations vary? Thx Mike

Brit-Am Reply:
Below are the Translations you sent in followed by our explanations and commentary explaining why the Hebrew original we based ourselves on may differ somewhat from the one you have.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
(A1) Micah 4:8
Micah 4: 7 And I will make the lame into a remnant, and her who was removed into a strong nation. And [God] shall reign over them in Mount Zion from now on, and to forever.8 And you, tower of the flock, the hill of the daughter of Zion, it shall happen to you. And the dominion of the chief ones shall come, the kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.
4:8 dominion of the chief ones
IN HEBREW
"hamemshalah haRishonah" i.e. "this first rulership" connoting the first in TIME.
The daughter of Jerusalem i.e. Judah shall have the first dominion in chronological time i.e. the Jews shall return first and rule part of the land as they now do.

(A2) Hosea 6:11
Hosea 6:10 I have seen a horrible thing in the house of Israel: the fornication of Ephraim is there; Israel is defiled. 11 Also, O Judah, a harvest is appointed to you, when I return the captivity of My people.
6:11 O Judah, a harvest is appointed to you, when I return the captivity of My people
a harvest is appointed to you.
The Hebrew says: "Gam Yehudah shat Katsir lac" or literally "so too for Judah a harvest has been set for you"
The Hebrew says,
"A harvest is set to you" implying this is something Judah will have to do. The hebrew actually uses the word "shat" which has the same meaning as the English word "set" and is the Hebrew word from which the English word "set" is derived!
This seems to have been understood to be saying that Judah is to prepare a harvest for the rest of the captivity i.e. for the Ten Tribes, i.e. to prepare the way for them.

(A3) Isaiah 56:8
Isaiah 56: 7 even them I will bring to My holy mount and make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on My altar, for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the peoples,8 states Adonai [GOD], who gathers the outcasts of Israel; I will yet gather others beside him to his gathered ones1.9 All beasts of the field come to devour, all beasts in the forest!10 His watchmen are blind; they all do not know; they are all dumb dogs; they cannot bark, dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber;
56: 8 who gathers the outcasts of Israel; I will yet gather others beside him to his gathered ones.
"The Outcasts of Israel" are elsewhere understood to refer to the Ten Tribes. The Ten Tribes were cast out but remained together whereas the Jews were dispersed.
cf.
Isaiah 11:
12 And He will lift up a standard for the nations
And assemble the banished ones of Israel,
And will gather the dispersed of Judah
From the four corners of the earth.
13 Then the jealousy of Ephraim will depart,
And those who harass Judah will be cut off;
Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah,
And Judah will not harass Ephraim.
See:
Isaiah-11:13 Ephraim and Judah
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/bible/isaiah/self.html
Here is Isaiah 56: 8 we have the Ten Tribes ("outcasts of Israel") referred to followed by the Hebrew "Od akabets alav le-niknastav" or literally "I will still gather in him to those who have already been gathered in" understood here to mean He [the Ten Tribes] shall be gathered in to those who had been gathered in previously i.e. to Judah.
Nachmanides explained:
# Meaning that they will once again be ingathered together with those who were gathered previously. This applies to those who were lost in the Land of Assyria (Isaiah 27:13) from the Lost Ten Tribes. They will be regathered. #

(A4) Jeremiah 3:8
Jeremiah 3:
18 In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together from the land of the north to the land that I gave your fathers as an inheritance.
This is quite clear.
Judah will go to the Ten Tribes to bring them back, as explained.
This clear from the simple literal meaning and also from the quote Midrash. Judah will bring the Ten Tribes back.
