The Coming of Age of the LTTs.
Isaiah (TCB Chabad) 27:
1 ON THAT DAY, THE LORD SHALL VISIT WITH HIS HARD AND GREAT AND STRONG SWORD ON LEVIATHAN THE BARLIKE SERPENT, AND UPON LEVIATHAN THE CROOKED SERPENT, AND HE SHALL SLAY THE DRAGON THAT IS IN THE SEA.
The word translated as "Dragon" is "tanin" which in Modern Hebrew is crocodile.
Leviathan is often assumed to be some type of gigantic sea-serpent. It may be the name of two different creatures or they may be aspects of the one beast. The figure of Leviathan (referred to as "Lothan") is found in Ancient Middle Eastern Mythologies including that of Ugarit in Northern Syria near Turkey. The Lost Ten Tribes before their Exile may have encompassed Ugarit. Leviathan may have had astrological significance. Aramaic Translations of the Bible explain Leviathan to represent a great sea-power, or several sea-powers.
The Japanese when they were defeated by the USA in WW2 may have fulfilled the fall of Leviathan.
Leviathan here represents the powers that were somehow proventing Israelite Heritage from giving expression to itself.

Alternately, Abarbanel (1437-1508) LEVIATHAN THE BARLIKE SERPENT is Edom (the forces of Christendom in his time), whereas LEVIATHAN THE CROOKED SERPENT is Ishmael (the Muslim Powers of his day). Rashi (1040-1105) says three powers are recalled here. The two Leviathans are Edom and Ishmael whereas the Dragon (Hebrew "tanin") is Egypt. Radak (1160 - 1235) seems to say something similar but instead of Egypt he places India.
2 ON THAT DAY, "A VINEYARD PRODUCING WINE," SING TO IT.
The prophet speaks of a vineyard and even may have borrowed phrases from a song used by people working in a vineyard though the Prophet has given it a twist of its own.

4 I HAVE NO WRATH; WOULD THAT I WERE THORNS AND BRIER AGAINST THE [OBJECTS OF MY] WAR! I WOULD TREAD UPON IT AND IGNITE IT TOGETHER.
5 IF THEY WOULD GRASP MY FORTRESS, THEY WOULD MAKE PEACE FOR ME, THEY WOULD MAKE PEACE FOR ME.
6 THOSE WHO CAME, WHOM JACOB CAUSED TO TAKE ROOT, ISRAEL FLOURISHED AND BLOSSOMED AND THEY FILLED THE FACE OF THE WORLD WITH FRUITAGE.

Literally it says: In the future Israel will be settled and flourish and they shall fill all the world with its products. This is what descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes did. The British Empire and after that the USA have provided all of mankind with food and goods. The Dutch and French also are at least partially descended from the Lost Ten Tribes and they too had great Empires of their own. These possession taking account of their time and situation were relatively beneficial towards their inhabitants. They helped bring himanity forward. In recent years we also had the Green Revolution.

In the end no matter what we have suffered those who afflicted us will be afflicted more than we were.

9 THEREFORE, WITH THIS SHALL JACOB'S INIQUITY BE ATONED FOR, AND THIS IS ALL THE FRUIT OF REMOVING HIS SIN; BY MAKING ALL THE ALTAR STONES LIKE CRUSHED CHALKSTONES; ASHERIM AND SUN-IMAGES SHALL NOT RISE.

When Israel destroys his false altars then will his sins be forgiven him.
10 FOR A FORTIFIED CITY IS SOLITARY, A DWELLING IS FORSAKEN AND ABANDONED LIKE A PASTURE; THERE A CALF SHALL GRAZE, AND THERE HE SHALL LIE AND CONSUME ITS BRANCHES.

He speaks here of the city of the enemy that shall be destroyed and a desolation.
11 WHEN ITS BRANCHES DRY OUT, THEY SHALL BE BROKEN; WOMEN SHALL COME AND IGNITE IT, FOR IT IS NOT A PEOPLE OF UNDERSTANDING; THEREFORE, ITS MAKER SHALL NOT HAVE COMPASSION ON IT, AND HE WHO FORMED IT SHALL NOT GRANT IT FAVOR.
11 WHEN ITS BRANCHES DRY OUT, THEY SHALL BE BROKEN; WOMEN SHALL COME AND IGNITE IT, FOR IT IS NOT A PEOPLE OF UNDERSTANDING; THEREFORE, ITS MAKER SHALL NOT HAVE COMPASSION ON IT, AND HE WHO FORMED IT SHALL NOT GRANT IT FAVOR.
“A PEOPLE OF NO UNDERSTANDING” One cannot plead innocence. There are certain things one is obliged to clarify and find out for oneself as far as one is able.
12 AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS ON THAT DAY, THAT THE LORD SHALL GATHER FROM THE FLOOD OF THE RIVER TO THE STREAM OF EGYPT, AND YOU SHALL BE GATHERED ONE BY ONE, O CHILDREN OF ISRAEL.

“THE FLOOD OF THE RIVER i.e. The Euphrates UNTO THE STREAM OF EGYPT”- i.e. the Nile but the phrase means all of the civilised world that will be beaten (suffer calamities) and somehow as a result of this the Israelites amongst them will come forth and gather together into one place. Perhaps the misfortunes that befell Europe and caused refugees of Israelite descent to populate America was one aspect of this prophecy?
AND YOU SHALL BE GATHERED ONE BY ONE, O CHILDREN OF ISRAEL. The LTTs were in Europe. They were concentrated in the West, in the British Isles and accompanying regions but ALSO all over the area. They moved out. they came to the USA and other places. The ones who came WERE OFTEN DIFFERENT FROM THOSE WHO REMAINED BEHIND. This was noticed even by government officals from the departure points. It was a self-selective process.
Isaiah 27: 13 AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS ON THAT DAY,
THAT A GREAT SHOFAR SHALL BE SOUNDED,
AND THOSE LOST IN THE LAND OF ASSYRIA
AND THOSE EXILED IN THE LAND OF EGYPT SHALL COME
AND THEY SHALL PROSTRATE THEMSELVES BEFORE THE
LORD ON THE HOLY MOUNT IN JERUSALEM.
WHICH WERE READY TO PERISH [Hebrew: Ovdim = were lost, or in the process of getting lost, or wandering] IN THE LAND OF ASSYRIA [i.e. the LTTs],
AND THE OUTCASTS [i.e. the descendants of Captive Jews] IN THE LAND OF EGYPT.
The next chapter continues the theme and mentions “Ephraim”
[Isaiah 28:1] WOE TO THE CROWN OF PRIDE, TO THE DRUNKARDS OF EPHRAIM
This is a confirmation of our understanding that the LTTs are being addressed either exclusively or in part alongside Judah.
They will WORSHIP THE LORD IN THE HOLY MOUNT AT JERUSALEM
The Temple will be rebuilt.
