1. Blessing to Humanity.
Isaiah 27 has been understood that towards the End Times foreign powers impeding the progress of the Israelite Nations will be incapacitated.
Isaiah (TCB Chabad) 27:
1 ON THAT DAY, THE LORD SHALL VISIT WITH HIS HARD AND GREAT AND STRONG SWORD ON LEVIATHAN THE BARLIKE SERPENT, AND UPON LEVIATHAN THE CROOKED SERPENT, AND HE SHALL SLAY THE DRAGON THAT IS IN THE SEA.
After that, the Israelites will bring a blessing to Humanity.

2, The French and the Dutch Empires.
The French and the Dutch are also partly descended from the Lost Ten Tribes and from Judah and they too gave to Empire of their own.
The French colonized Quebec, Indo-China (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia), major portions of North and and Central Africa, islands in the Pacific, and other places.
The Dutch created what is now Indonesia and (before being replaced by the British) also ruled over colonies in North America, Ceylon, and areas in Latin America.
The import of these empires resulted an upgrading in the quality of life of those occupied.

3. The British Empire

It began with the overseas possessions and trading posts established by England in the late 16th and early 17th centuries, and colonisation attempts by Scotland during the 17th century. At its height in the 19th and early 20th centuries, it was the largest empire in history and, for a century, was the foremost global power. By 1913, the British Empire held sway over 412 million people, 23 percent of the world population at the time, and by 1920, it covered 24 per cent of the Earth's total land area.
The American Revolution resulted in Britain losing some of its oldest and most populous colonies in North America by 1783. These went onto become the USA which through its cultural and economic predominance had an Imperial-type presence of its own.
After the defeat of France in the Napoleonic Wars (1803-1815), Britain emerged as the principal naval and imperial power of the 19th century and expanded its imperial holdings. It pursued trade concessions in China and Japan, and territory in Southeast Asia. The Great Game and Scramble for Africa also ensued. The period of relative peace (1815-1914) during which the British Empire became the global hegemon was later described as Pax Britannica (Latin for "British Peace"). Alongside the formal control that Britain exerted over its colonies, its dominance of much of world trade, and of its oceans, meant that it effectively controlled the economies of, and readily enforced its interests in, many regions, such as Asia and Latin America.
The empire achieved its largest territorial extent immediately after the First World War
In the Second World War, Britain's colonies in East Asia and Southeast Asia were occupied by the Empire of Japan. After the War India became independent in 1947, Palestine became Israel in 1948.
The Suez Crisis of 1956 in which the Allied forces of Britain, France, and Israel were forced by US pressure to retreat. This confirmed the decline of Britain and France as global powers.
In 1977 Hong Kong was returned, against the wishes of its Chinese inhabitants, to China.
Initially Britain had gained control of islands in the West Indies and populated them with African Slaves along with some Irish and other white ones.
This gave rise to the present population of those paces.
Later, British Policy turned against slavery and the traffic in slaves.
During its heyday in the 1860s Britain put an end to the International Slave Trade. More than 2000 British soldiers had been killed in the struggle against slavery.
British Colonization had founded colonies in North America from which emerged Canada, and the USA. The British gave rise to Australia and New Zealand and to a portion of the white population in South Africa.
There were also attempts to settle in other parts of Africa but these eventually failed.
The British had been the major world power butit was repalced by America that it self emerged from Britian.

4. The USA is the Dominant World Power.

6. The Green Revolution.
"The Green Revolution" refers to improvements in agricultural methods and crops
in the 1950s and 1960s that saved millions of people from starvation.
"The Green Revolution" was an American initiative with American money methodology and
expertise. Millions of Asians today are alive because of it.
It is often forgotten but should not be since historically it was very important and to our mind reflects another aspect
of the blessing Joseph has brought to the world.
The GR was instigated and largely funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, along with the Ford Foundation and other major agencies.
The Ford Foundation apparently played a role in bringing "The Green Revolution" about.
In the past Brit-Am has criticized this institution because it funds homosexual propagators of perversion and death
and subsidizes treacherous quislings in Israel.
Nevertheless we must give credit where it is due and it has also done some good.
As part of the GR the Ford Foundation together with the Indian Government India then began its own Green Revolution program of plant breeding, irrigation development, and financing of agrochemicals. By the late 1970s, the Green Revolution raised rice yields in India by 30 percent and bought India the vital time to curb its population growth without suffering a recurrence of the devastating famines of the 1940s. The same pattern was repeated elsewhere in Asia and also in Latin America.

The world population has grown by about four billion since the beginning of the Green Revolution and most believe that, without the Revolution, there would be greater famine and malnutrition than the UN presently documents (approximately 850 million people suffering from chronic malnutrition in 2005). The average person in the developing world consumes about 25% more calories per day now than before the Green Revolution.

18 THEN JUDAH APPROACHED HIM AND SAID, "PLEASE, MY LORD, LET NOW YOUR SERVANT SPEAK SOMETHING INTO MY LORD'S EARS, AND LET NOT YOUR WRATH BE KINDLED AGAINST YOUR SERVANT, FOR YOU ARE LIKE PHARAOH.
The Hebrew word translated above as "Please" is "BI" which can also mean "THROUGH ME." Through Judah can Joseph become a lord! Through Judah can both Judah and Joseph together realize their potential.
The figure of Joseph in the Bible in effect prefigures the destiny of his descendants. Joseph in Egypt was not known to his brothers. Joseph became the effective ruler of Egypt which controlled much of the world at that time. Joseph reformed Gentile society and agrarian practice saving humanity from famine. Joseph also supported his brothers and helped them before being reconciled to them.

God will bring the blessing of Abraham upon his descendants because He knows that they will use the blessing to do justice and judgment. We have an obligation as Israelites to fulfill this task.
