Possessing Major Strategic Points is a Biblical Proof of Israelite Descent. 19 August 2025, 25 Av 5785.
The Iisraelites through Abraham were promised control over the Gates of their Enemies (Genesis 22:17) and the Gates of those that hate them (Genesis 60:60). This meant international passageways of vital strategic importance. These were controlled by Britain and the British Empire in the past and today even more so by the USA. Britian and the USA represent the descendants of Joseph and the Lost Ten Tribes. They fulfilled the Prophecies. Today the USA is about to take charge of the Zangezur Corridor between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This will enable America to stabilize the area and also weaken Chinese, Russian, and Iranian attempts to entrench themselves there. This is part of the Prophesied Blessing to Israel.

1. Unconditional Promises Including the Gates of his Enemies.
British Empire
Adam and Eve were the first man and the first woman. The Deluge wiped out all of humanity apart from Noah and his family who were saved.
From the Tower of Babel (in Babylon) the languages were divided and mankind spread outwards.
Shem the son of Noah gave rise to Terah the father of Abram who was later renamed Abraham. Terah left Ur Casdim (Ur of the Chaldees) and went with Abram to Haran intending to continue to Canaan but Terah died in Haran (Genesis 11).
God told Abraham to leave where he was in and go to the Land he would be shown. He would become a great nation and all the families of the earth would be blessed through him (Genesis 12:1-3).
Abraham and his entourage reached the Land of Canaan and all the Land was promised to him (Genesis 13).The Almighty made a pact with Abraham over the carcasses of different animals and birds. Abraham was promised all the area between the Nile and Euphrates and all the area of the Ten Canaanite nations (Genesis 15:18-19).
The Promised Blessings began with Abraham. He was the first Patriarch and to him was it promised to become, "A GREAT NATION, AND IN YOU WILL ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED" (Genesis 12:2-3).
"AND I WILL MAKE MY COVENANT BETWEEN ME AND YOU, AND WILL MULTIPLY YOU EXCEEDINGLY" (Genesis 17:2).
"I WILL MAKE NATIONS OF YOU AND KINGS SHALL COME OUT OF YOU; AND I WILL ESTABLISH MY COVENANT BETWEEN ME AND YOU AND YOUR SEED AFTER YOU IN THEIR GENERATIONS FOR AN EVERLASTING COVENANT, TO BE A GOD UNTO YOU, AND TO YOUR SEED AFTER YOU" (Genesis 17:6-7).
The wife of Abraham was Sarai. She was later renamed "Sarah." She gave her handmaiden Hagar to Abraham who begat Ishmael from her (Genesis 16: 15). The Almighty appeared again to Abraham and confirmed the blessings to him. He also said that these blessings would come to him not through Ishmael but via another son, Isaac, whom he would beget.
via Sarah (Genesis 18). This took place (Genesis 21:1-3). When Isaac had grown the Almighty told Abraham that as far as God was concerned Isaac was his only son. He was told to take Isaac to a place he would be shown and offer him up as a sacrifice. Abraham took Isaac to Mount Moriah, bound him on an altar, and raised the knife in his hand to kill him. An angel stopped him at the last moment and a ram was offered up in place of Isaac.

15 AND THE ANGEL OF THE LORD CALLED UNTO ABRAHAM OUT OF HEAVEN THE SECOND TIME, 16 AND SAID, BY MYSELF HAVE I SWORN, SAITH THE LORD, FOR BECAUSE THOU HAST DONE THIS THING, AND HAST NOT WITHHELD THY SON, THINE ONLY SON: 17 THAT IN BLESSING I WILL BLESS THEE, AND IN MULTIPLYING I WILL MULTIPLY THY SEED AS THE STARS OF THE HEAVEN, AND AS THE SAND WHICH IS UPON THE SEA SHORE; AND THY SEED SHALL POSSESS THE GATE OF HIS ENEMIES; 18 AND IN THY SEED SHALL ALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED; BECAUSE THOU HAST OBEYED MY VOICE.
The Blessings included the promise:
THY SEED SHALL POSSESS THE GATE OF HIS ENEMIES.
Isaac grew up and the servant of Abraham, Eliezer, was sent to Nahor in the north to find him a wife. Rivka (Rebecca) was chosen. and was given farewell by her family.

Genesis (KJV) 60:
60 AND THEY BLESSED REBEKAH, AND SAID UNTO HER, THOU ART OUR SISTER, BE THOU THE MOTHER OF THOUSANDS OF MILLIONS, AND LET THY SEED POSSESS THE GATE OF THOSE WHICH HATE THEM (Genesis 60:60). This means control over strategic passageways of internation importance. The English-speaking Peoples are descedned from the Lost Ten trbies. They inherited these promises. They also fulfilled them. First the British through the British Empire gainecd control over most international wayfares. This was followed by the USA which had established an even more pronounced contol over such passageways. The USA is abot to take de facto control over
Here we have a blessing like the previous one:
THY SEED SHALL POSSESS THE GATE OF HIS ENEMIES (Genesis 22:17).
AND LET THY SEED POSSESS THE GATE OF THOSE WHICH HATE THEM (Genesis KJV) 60:60).
The "gates" in question meant valuable strategic points. The Midrash Rabbah gives as an example of one such gate the city of Tadmor (Palmyra) in the Syrian Desert which was built by King Solomon and that controlled the international Caravan Trade with its precious spices.
(In those days they lacked refrigeration and the spices were needed for the preservation of meat).
Abraham was told that his seed would inherit the gate of his enemies [Genesis 22:17].. This blessing was unconditional.
Genesis 22:16 AND SAID, BY MYSELF HAVE I SWORN, SAITH THE LORD, FOR BECAUSE THOU HAST DONE THIS THING, AND HAST NOT WITHHELD THY SON, THINE ONLY SON:
# BY MYSELF HAVE I SWORN #: by Myself. God is eternal and so is the promise. The promise was now made UNCONDITIONAL and IRREVOCABLE. It had to be fulfilled as in part it has been.
Genesis 22:17
THAT IN BLESSING I WILL BLESS THEE, AND IN MULTIPLYING I WILL MULTIPLY THY SEED AS THE STARS OF THE HEAVEN, AND AS THE SAND WHICH IS UPON THE SEA SHORE; AND THY SEED SHALL POSSESS THE GATE OF HIS ENEMIES;

2. More Blessings.
Isaac through Rebecca begat the twins Esau and Jacob.
Jacob took the blessing instead of Esau.
"AND ESAU HATED JACOB BECAUSE OF THE BLESSING WHERE WITH HIS FATHER BLESSED HIM" (Genesis 27:41).
The name of Jacob was changed to Israel (Genesis 32:8, 35:10).
Isaac blessed Jacob, "GOD ALMIGHTY BLESS YOU, AND MAKE YOU FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY YOU, THAT YOU MAY BE A COMMUNITY OF PEOPLES [Hebrew: Kahal Amim]; AND GIVE YOU THE BLESSING OF ABRAHAM, TO YOU AND TO YOUR SEED WITH YOU" (Genesis 28:2-3).
Jacob-Israel begat 12 sons who were the progenitors of the 12 Tribes of Israel.
Each of the Tribes had their own special blessing.
"EVERYONE ACCORDING TO HIS BLESSING HE BLESSED THEM" (Genesis 49:28).
Judah and Joseph were the main tribes.
JUDAH PREVAILED ABOVE HIS BROTHERS, AND OF HIM (COMES) THE CHIEF RULER; BUT THE BIRTHRIGHT WAS JOSEPH'S" (1-Chronicles 5:1-2 cf. Genesis 49:6).
Judah (i.e. the Jews) was to be spiritually predominant whereas Joseph was to be more politically and materially pre-eminent.
The tribes of Israel divided into 2 sections. Judah (and Benjamin) retained its identity whereas the remaining 10 Tribes did not.
They became the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel who were headed by Joseph i.e. Ephraim and Manasseh.
Ephraim gave rise to Great Britain. Manasseh (as indicated in Prophecy) emerged from the British Isles (Ephraim) as well as from other Israelite decendants who had temporarily sojourned in different parts of Europe before going to America.
Ideally Joseph (Ephraim and Manasseh) and Judah should work together and supplement each other as to some degree they sometimes do.
"THE BLESSINGS OF YOUR FATHER HAVE PREVAILED ABOVE THE BLESSINGS OF MY PROGENITORS UNTO THE UTMOST BOUND OF THE EVERLASTING HILLS: THEY SHALL BE ON THE HEAD OF JOSEPH, AND ON THE CROWN OF HIM THAT WAS SEPARATED FROM HIS BRETHREN" (Genesis 49:6).
From the above we see that:
(a) Joseph will receive a blessing greater than that given to the other Tribes altogether (Genesis 49:6).
(b) The blessing of Joseph will extend over all nations of the earth.

3. Ephraim and Manasseh.
Joseph had 2 sons, Ephraim and Manasseh. Each was to become a separate Tribe in its own right.
The Blessings entailed being the most wealthy and powerful nations on earth.
Ephraim was to become great before Manasseh.
We identify Ephraim primarily with the Britain and its daughters, Manasseh is the USA.
In the past Britain and the British Empire directly controlled more than 25% of the area of the earth and 20% of its population. Indirectly its power was much greater.
British policy emphasized gaining control of key strategic areas e.g. The Cape of Good Hope (South Africa), Alexandria (Egypt), Suez Canal, Gibraltar (Mediterranean Sea entrance to Atlantic Ocean), Singapore and ther Straights of Malacca (Malaya), etc. Britain still has 145 bases in 42 countries (This is the 2nd largest base network in the world after USA).
The USA has ca. 750 bases around the world.
4 out of every 10 countries have US bases on them.
The USA has more foreign bases than any country or empire in world history.
This fulfills the Prophecies:
THY SEED SHALL POSSESS THE GATE OF HIS ENEMIES (Genesis 22:15).

4. Examples of "Gates" Today. Qatar.
The USA has bases all over the world. It even has them in places that are basically antagonistic to her.
One of these is Qatar. This is a Muslim Brotherhood entity along with Turkey and "Hamastan" in Gaza, and perhaps also Kuwait.

They (along with other Muslims) consider the USA to be "Great Satan" and Israel the "Little Satan." First (they imagine to themselves) Islam will deal with Israel then with the USA.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's son, Yair Netanyahu, has accused Qatar of being "one of the biggest sponsors of state terrorism."
"You have another sponsor of terrorism, which is Qatar ...they are the second-largest financiers of terrorism in the world after Iran."
Despite this the USA (and even Israel at some level) has somewhat cordial relations with Qatar.
The USA has an imnportant based on Qatar.

During the 'Iran-Israel War" of 2025, there was a need to blow up underground bunkers containing Nuclear facilities that buried deep inthe ground.
Israel lacked the necessary specialized bombs for this purpose. Only the USA has such bombs and the USA used them, from Qatar!
It may be that Qatar had no say in the matter.
This is an example of possessing "THE GATE OF THOSE WHICH HATE THEM" (Genesis 60:60).
This helps prove that in our time the USA is Joseph.

5. Examples of "Gates" Today. Azerbaijan.
Background information to this item is a little complicated but of interest.
The Azerbaijanis or Azeris are a Turkic-speaking ethnic group described by Wikipedia as "of mixed ethnic origins, primarily the indigenous peoples of eastern Transcaucasia, the Medians, an ancient Iranian people, and the Oghuz Turkic tribes that began migrating to Azerbaijan in the 11th century CE."
They are to be found both in the country named after them ("The State of Azerbaijan"), and in neighboring provinces of Iran. Other sources disagree with Wikipedia and describe them as primarily of Iranian origin. You therefore have Azeris in Azerbaijan and in Iran, Those in Iran also have Georgian mtDNA (female transmitted) admixture from the Caucasus whereas in Azerbaijan they do not. Their numbers in Iran are anywhere from ca. 6 million to 20 million. In the State of Azaerbaijan they number ca. 11 million.
There are therefore Azeris (Azerbaijanis) in Iran and also in Azerbaijan bordering them to the west.
The Azeris in Iran are mostly Shiite Muslims. Many of the Ayatollahs in Iran itself are of Azeri origin. "Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei, as the highest-ranking official in Iran, is an Iranian Azerbaijani."
In the State of Azerbaijan Sunni Muslims are in the majority but the government is making efforts to spread Sunni dominance at the expense of the Shiite minority. In the State of Azaerbaijan they identify more with Turkey than with Iran.
To the south of the State of Azerbaijan is Armenia and south of it is an entity known as Artsakh (or the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh) now considered part of the State of Azerbaijan.
Originally Artsakh had a mixed population with a minority of Azeris and a majority of Armenians.
In 2023 the State of Azerbaijan conquered the region and expelled the Armenians who then nearly all moved to Armenia. Turkey and the State of Azerbaijan then placed Armenia under a blockade.
Armenia is a Christian country with its own language and culture but it is aligned with Iran for the sake of protection.
It is also traditionally anti-Semitic.
There is an Armenian Christian community in Israel especially in Jerusalem. There are also Jews from Armenia and non-Jews with mixed Armenian-Jewish ancestry.
Even though the State of Azerbaijan and Turkey are quite close the State of Azerbaijan has close ties with Israel and is supplied with arms by her.
During the June 2025 conflict between Iran and Israel bombing raids assumedly by Israel came from the direction of the State of Azerbaijan.

6. The Zangezur Corridor is a Gateway!
The area formally belonging to Armenia that separates Artsakh from the State of Azerbaijan encompasses the "Zangezur Corridor."
The Zangezur corridor is a transport corridor promoted by Turkey and Azerbaijan to link Azerbaijan to Artsakh, the area conquered from Armenia in 2020. It passed through a pert of Armenia.
Armenia has already virtually lost Artask and the corridor would seem to make this loss permanent and also threaten additional Armenian territory.
The Trump Administration however has come up with a solution: Let the USA take de facto control of Zangezur!
#... the 2025 U.S.-brokered Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), which grants the U.S. exclusive development rights (for 99 years) to operate the route on commercial terms and is branded as part of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agreement, which also reduces Russian, Iranian, and Chinese influence in the South Caucasus. Iran and Russia have condemned the project as an encroachment.
Neither The Azeris of the State of Azerbaijan nor the Turks of Turkey are really Turkish! Nevertheless they both speak a Turkish-type language and were ruled over the Turkish-type peoples in the past. They have received Turkish culture. They identify as Turkish and would like to establish stronger ties with Turkish-speaking groups in Central Asia.
The Zangezur Corridor might help in this but with a US presence close by the Turkish unification tendencies might be m mitigated and the chance of conflict with Armenia lessened.
This strengthens the USA politically and economically and strategically.
It also weakens the Russian, Chinese, and Iranian ability to influence the area. It takes Armenia out of the Iranian sphere and also provides Armenia with some degree of protection from Azerbaijan abd Turkey. It gives the USA an entrance point tot he Chinese Belt-and-Road project linking China to Europe.
The Zangezur Corridor is a gateway!
