1. Foreword:
The Bible says that the Land was promised to the People of Israel for all time.

See Wikipedia article, "Land of Israel."

Extracts:

(Exodus 6:4: "I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, where they resided as foreigners"). According to the Book of Genesis, the land was first promised by God to Abram's descendants; the text is explicit that this is a covenant between God and Abram for his descendants (Gen 15:1821 (NIV): "On that day the LORD made a covenant".

2. Borders of the Land.

See:
What is the land that God promised to Israel? What are the borders of the territory God gave to the Israelites as an inheritance?
https://www.gotquestions.org/Israel-land.html

Extract:

In Genesis 12:7, God promises Abram, who had just arrived in Canaan, To your offspring I will give this land. Later, in Genesis 15:18, God expands on that unconditional promise: To your descendants I have given this land, From the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates (NASB). Then, in Genesis 17:8, God reiterates the promise to Abraham, adding that the land gift is irrevocable: The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you. God later repeats the promise to Abrahams son Isaac (Genesis 26:34) and Isaacs son Jacob (Genesis 28:13), whose name God later changed to Israel.

It may be protested that the promise was made to all the Israelites including the Lost Ten Tribes. In reply the Lost Ten Tribes do not on the whole acknowledge who they are and are not recognized even by themselves. In the future this will CHANGE. Also dwelling in the land is contingent on keeping basic aspects of the Biblical Law.

3. The Land requires Observance of the Law.

"The Land of Israel" by Yehonatan Davidiy

Extract:
Without keeping the commandments we will have no grasp on the Land of Israel. It is as if this land has a different atmosphere from the rest of the world, "The air of the Land of Israel makes wise" (Baba Batra 158;b). The Land does not tolerate that they who rebel against the Almighty should dwell in it. The Land pressures and obligates the People of Israel who dwell within it to draw closer to the Almighty and to fulfill their mission.

YE SHALL THEREFORE KEEP ALL MY STATUTES, AND ALL MY JUDGMENTS, AND DO THEM: THAT THE LAND, WHITHER I BRING YOU TO DWELL THEREIN, SPUE YOU NOT OUT [Leviticus 20:22].

"The Land of Israel is not like the rest of the earth. It does not tolerate transgressors. Take as a parable the allegory of the son of a king who is fed something coarse that he cannot stomach but is forced to vomit it out. Likewise the Land of Israel cannot maintain transgressors. It therefore says, THAT THE LAND SPUE NOT YOU OUT ALSO, WHEN YE DEFILE IT, AS IT SPUED OUT THE NATIONS THAT WERE BEFORE YOU [Leviticus 18:28]" (Midrash, Sifra, Kedoshim, 10).

4. Ezekiel 48: Future Division  of the Land.
Ezekiel ch. 48 describes the future Tribal Apportionments  f the Promised Land of Greater Israel.

The first 7 Trbies are Dan, Asher, Naftali, Manasseh, Ephraim, Reuben, Judah.

Ezekiel (TCT) 48:

1 AND THESE ARE THE NAMES OF THE TRIBES; FROM THE NORTHERN END, BESIDE THE WAY TO HETHLON, TO THE ROAD [LEADING] TO HAMATH, [TO] HAZAR ENAN AT THE BORDER OF DAMASCUS, TO THE NORTH ALONGSIDE HAMATH; AND HE SHALL HAVE FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE SEA, FOR DAN; ONE PORTION.

2 AND ALONGSIDE THE BORDER OF DAN, FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE WESTERN SIDE, FOR ASHER; ONE PORTION.

3 AND ALONGSIDE THE BORDER OF ASHER, FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE WESTERN SIDE, FOR NAFTALI; ONE PORTION.

4 AND ALONGSIDE THE BORDER OF NAFTALI, FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE WESTERN SIDE, FOR MANASSEH; ONE PORTION.

5 AND ALONGSIDE THE BORDER OF MANASSEH, FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE WESTERN SIDE, FOR EPHRAIM; ONE PORTION.

6 AND ALONGSIDE THE BORDER OF EPHRAIM, FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE WESTERN SIDE, FOR REUBEN; ONE PORTION.

7 AND ALONGSIDE THE BORDER OF REUBEN, FROM THE EASTERN SIDE TO THE WESTERN SIDE, FOR JUDAH; ONE PORTION.

The Land of Israel will be divided into 13 sections. The Seventh or Middle Section will in turn be divided between the Prince (Messianic King), the Temple, the Levites, and the City area in general.

After that (Ezekiel 48: 23-29) the rest of the Land is divided among the Tribes of Benjamin, Simeon, Issachar, Zebulon, Gad,

Within the Land itself there are different levels of holiness and varying regions that influence their inhabitants in different ways. For this reason, the Almighty made each of the Tribal Inheritances to be specifically compatible to the Tribal Characteristics of the Tribe that would possess it.
In the future the Lost Ten Tribes will each receive a portion in the Land and dwell in it. This will be in addition to their own lands that will be sanctified and become an extension of the Holy Land.

5. Hatam Sofer: All North Atlantic Areas to become part of Greater Israel.

A very great and renowned Rabbi, the "Hatam Sofer" (Rabbi Moses Schreiber, 1762-1839), said  that the Lands bordering the Atlantic Ocean in the west   will belong to Israel in the End Times are those: This means the British Isles, Western Europe, the British Isles, North America.

# IT SEEMS TO ME, MAY HASHEM EXPAND OUR BORDER QUICKLY IN OUR DAYS, FOR THEN ALL THE ISLES AND ISLANDS THAT ARE IN THE GREAT SEA OPPOSITE THE LAND OF ISRAEL TO THE WESTERN LIMIT OF THE OKEANOS [ATLANTIC OCEAN] ALL OF IT SHALL BELONG TO THE LAND OF ISRAEL, AND STUDY THE SOURCE [IN THE TALMUD], GITTIN 8A, AND IN TOSAFOT WHERE IT BEGINS SAID RABBI YEHUDAH. INDISPUTABLY ALL THIS IS PART OF THE [LANDS GIVEN TO] THE TEN PEOPLES... # Hatam Sofer, Commentary to the Talmud, Baitsa 4b.
