1. Were the Danes Teutons?

The Hebrew Kings of Denmark

Shalom Yair, I should report an error in a post I made. The first mention of the Danes was NOT made in Ptolemy's geography. Ptolemy mentions Teutonoari and Teutons, but no mention of the Danes. The origin of the Danes is apparently not known , although I strongly suspect that they descended from the Teutons. Ptolemy mentions Suevi Angili. Ptolemy mentions Viruni and Avarpi [Avarni?] that appear to be Varini who lived near Angili. The Teutons or Teutones disappear from history and the Danes take their place. Likewise Tacitus says "the Anglii, the Varini" while Ptolemy says "the Teutonoari and the Viruni [who are the Varini]". Ptolemy also says "Teutons and Avarpi [Avarni or Varini]" Different groups of Danes are mentioned in old English works like Beowulf "Sea Danes" and "spear Danes". The Nuithones mentioned by Tacitus may be a mistake for Teutons. Likewise, Ptolemy may have doubled "Teutonoari/Viruni" with "Teuton/Avarpi".
2. Angles in Gozan, the god "Thor" in Armenia
TubalCain
There was an ancient town of Angltun not far from the region of Gozan on the Habour River. In old English 'tun' means a town,so Angltun may mean "English town". The pagan diety Thork of the Armenians was worshipped in this area. It was common among the Armenians to prefix their words with a -k,so Thork is "Thor" and "Thor" was the weather diety of the early English and Scandinavians. Thork is the Hittite weather diety Tar, which had an iconography similar to Thor. For example, Tar (sometimes called Tarhu or Tarku) battled a serpent called Ilyankas [if I remember spelling correctly] while the Norse Thor battled a serpent Jormungardr. Tar holds a hammer just like Thor. The Hittite Tar diety also has a helmet with horns, similar to the Norse weather diety Thor. Also,I believe Tar was associated with two goats like Thor. So possibly Dan and Ephraim were deported to Gozan which is not far from Angltun, but I am not certain at all about this. The name of Thor's hammer mjolnir may come from a Russian word for hammer "Mjolna" if I remember correctly. As for the 1290 days there are many prophecies that indicate that the end of the world would not come until the reformation of the state of Israel. Our days may therefore be numbered. Many agents in the world want to hide and censor information about the whereabouts of the lost tribes of Israel. If Ephraim is "true" then you know what that means for them and their agencies. So it is highly important to know the truth if it can be determined,
3. Bergen (Norway) in Media-Elam.

Yair Davidiy: Hebrew Kings of Norway
Bergen was an old city of Norway. There was a place called Bergan, I think in ancient Susiana, probably in Ptolemy's Geography. The English family name "Ladd" comes from French "de La Ladd" ,where "Ladd" is a reference to a town in Norway where the Normans came from before settling in France and invading England about 1066ce.Thank you for posting!
4. Exiled Israelites in Ecbatana, Media
Who was Deoices, first king of the Medes? If we remove the standard -es Greek suffix we obtain Deoic. The ancient Iranians would convert a c to a k,compare Sacae to Iranian Saka. So Deoic-> Deoik. The ancient Assyrians used the vowels a,i and u [they did not use e or o-probably e would become a or i and o would become u]. Therefore, Deoik might become Dauik. It is important to remember that the Assyrians often ended their words with a -u suffix ,eg., camel was gamalu to the Assyrians. So Dauik would be Daiuku oe Dauiku. Ancient history mentions Daiuku as a chieftain of the Medes who had dealings with the Ancient Assyrians. By following the chronology of the kings of Media given in Herodotus, we find that Deoices built the Median city of Ecbatana around 720s BCE,which corresponds to the date of the deportation of the lost tribes to cities of the Medes. For information on the Cimmerians consult Thomas Cuyler Young[TC Young], an archaeologist.
5. Norse gods and parallel to Middle Eastern Ones and Norse Words Similar to Hebrew Ones.
Shalom Yair, Thank you for mentioning connection between Thor and Thork of Armenia [Tar ,the Hittite weather god]. The war goddess Nane of Armenia may be connected to Nanna, wife of Baldur in Norse myth. Also, Wiglek who killed Amleth [Hamlet] had a wife named Nanna. There was a Mesopotamian diety Nanna or Inanna that may have been "culturally diffused" into Armenia from Mesopotamia. Likewise, Norse Tyr of one lost hand appears to be the Armenian Tir [Tir 'the arrow'] who was also in ancient Persia. The Germans had a god Mannus and Mannus appears to be the Armenian Manawaz[if I have his name correct]. Recently, I saw that Norse Forsite is thought to be Fosite,a diety of the ancient Frisians [Dutch]. Wikipedia says that one scholar claims that Forsite was the Greek God Poseidon brought to northern Europe by Greek amber traders. "you will worship gods your fathers did not know" to the lost tribes. On Hittite monuments,Tar has a hammer or mace in one hand and a three-wavy pronged electrical bolt in the other hand. He has a conical helmet with horns [like a Viking helmet]. Tar fights a serpent [like Thor]. If I am correct Tar is associated with two goats like Thor, but should check on this. Likewise, Norse Yimr or Ymir appears to be Yim or Jamsheed the mythical first king of the Persians. Norse Kvasir may be connected to the Iranian beverage Haoma [Vedic Soma] I have collected a number of old Norse words and I am often very surprised at the number of cognates they have with Hebrew and the similarity of spelling. Example, Mara is an old Norse word which is the origin of Nightmare . Mara is Hebrew or Aramaic and apparently means a vision,if I remember correctly.I have seen this sort of correspondence, specifically with old Norse, of words quite a large number of times and do not regard as mere coincidence. I Daniel alone saw the vision and the men who were with me did not see the vision (Mara,cf. Daniel 10:7,8,16). Old English and Old High German can have cognates with Hebrew, but old Norse always seems to have a sharper agreement in spelling. Kahal in Hebrew means "call" which can be compared to ON Kalla. Hebrew parah "to bear" can be compared to ON bera. Hebrew 'sachaf' which means 'scrape' compares to ON skrapa. Hebrew seata or s'ata 'to stamp' compares to ON stappa . Yelalah or yelal means 'to yell' in Hebrew which is similar to ON gjalla 'yell' Hebrew 'abas' means to feed, fatten, batten which is similar to ON 'batna' [to feed or batten]. Hebrew chitah or hitah 'wheat' compares to ON hveiti. Hebrew zarah 'to strew' compares to ON stra. Hebrew tarad 'to thrust' compares to ON thrysta. in Hebrew Serika or srika means hissing, scorn, piping, whistling which compares with ON skraekja 'shriek'. Hebrew kalaf 'to clap' corresponds to ON klappa. Hebrew 'kef',a cliff, corresponds to ON 'klif'.Hebrew kadach or kadah 'to kindle' corresponds to ON kynda. Hebrew 'kum' , to come forth, compares to ON 'kuma'. Hebrew 'nacha', to knock, compares to ON 'knocka'. Hebrew 'taraf', to tear, compares to ON tar [tear], Hebrew 'shor' ,a steer, corresponds to ON 'stjorr'. Hebrew 's-ch-t', to slaughter compares to ON 'slahtr'. Hebrew 'dumam',silence or dumbness compares to ON 'dumbr'. Some old English cognates are heahfore which is similar to epher 'a calf' in Hebrew [heifer]. Hebrew samat 'to smite' is similar to old English 'smitan'. I have seen some cognate words to the ancient Assyrian ['bull'], Persian,Zend languages [many old Iranian words]. Likewise ,Mazandarian,an old Iranian language spoken near the shores of the south Caspian has many cognates to English that are quite noticable. The German word 'Sorge' [pronounced as sore-gah] which means 'to worry' appears,I believe, in old Persian. The Zend-Avestan word 'stara' corresponds to the English word 'star'. Sanskrit,an ancient language of India, has close connections to Zend-Avestan,compare Sanskrit 'yoga' to Engish 'yoke'. The "Hymn of Man" in the Rig-Veda of India parallels the dismemberment of the Norse god Ymir. Yima and Yama appear in the myths of India. devas or devi were evil spirits in Iran, compare English 'devil' We are told that the lost tribes were settled in the "cities of the Medes",but some translate "mountains of the Medes". Media was not far from Armenia.Much of above corresponds with these few facts. I find the ON old Norse correspondences with Hebrew very interesting. Hebrew sukoth or skuth means a booth or tent.compare Greek "skuth-es" [Scythian-a tent dweller?. There is a constant -es suffix in Greek] Hebrew [Greek? Sakkin] sacah means 'to cut'- compare with Saxon or Sachsen, from Sachs or Sahs [knife]. There was an ancient people on the south Caspian Sea littoral called Gela-e[-e suffix in Greek] or Gaeli, which may refer to Gola 'an exile' in Hebrew. These ranged with the Albanians,Medes and Sacesinians in the Anabasis of Arrian. Herodotus said that the Medes expelled the Scythians and they travelled to the North coasts of the Black Sea [north pontic archaeology].The Bifrost bridge in Norse mythology is often compared with a similar Iranian Chinvat mythical bridge associated with Mount Damavand in the Albruz Mountains of North western Iran-the location of Media and even referred to as Media by Tacitus about 800 years after the lost tribes were deported there. The Norse Bifrost bridge was associated with the Himinbjorg 'heaven mountain or fortress', while Chinvat in Iran was associated with Mount Damavand, one of the highest mountains in the world I believe. Damavand is not too far from Tehran and the location of the ancient Median cities. L.A. Waddell believed that the myths of Saint George of Cappadocia had been corrupted with the pagan mythology of the Hittite weather god Tar [Thor]. Cappadocia was located on the Kizil Irmak River in Turkey [Kizil Irmak means "Red River" in Turkish]. Cappadocia was the heart land of the ancient Hittite Empire [Hatti or Khatt]. Saint George slew the dragon and was the patron saint of England;likewise Tar slew Illyankas,a serpent and Thor slew the serpent Jormungard-r [-r suffix in Scandinavian words]. Saint George was associated with Lydda or Lod in Israel. Take Care.
