Bert Otten in the article below identifies the Tribe of Simeon with Scotland. We on the otherhand find Simeon scattered throughout the other Tribes, as was prophesied.
Genesis (ESV) 49:
5 SIMEON AND LEVI ARE BROTHERS;

We found significant continegent from Simeon in Ireland, possibly Italy, and also among the Jews.
