Part II of "The fate of the nations that will attack Israel" (November 2023).
The IDF has completed the encirclement of Gaza Strip and continued successful ground campaign tightened up its siege around Gaza City, as part of its ground operation. They are eliminating terrorists in heavy face-to-face urban battles, while the IAF (Israeli A|ir Force) is attacking Hamas's infrastructure above and underground, as well as militants and senior commanders. Over 4,300 terrorist targets have been struck, including approximately 300 terrorist tunnel shafts. Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip have fired more than 9,500 rockets at Israeli territory since Hamas launched its multi-pronged attack on the Jewish state. The IDF has stated that thousands of terrorists have been killed since the beginning of this war. A total of 62 Israel soldiers have died in fighting according to army tallies. The death toll from Hamas's Oct. 7 attack on the Supernova music festival near Kibbutz Re'eim has been raised from 260 to 350, with officials stressing the number could rise as new information surfaces (11/19/2023). As fighting is intensified, Israel is making every effort to get the civilian population in Gaza out of harm's way and consider the death of civilians as tragic. The IDF has warned civilians of incoming air bombardment and ordered them to move into the safety zone in the south of Gaza Strip. Hamas is actively preventing civilians from evacuating to the south by ordering residents to stay where they are and not to believe 'fake propaganda' and 'psychological war' waged by the 'occupation'. They are also blocking roads and threatening to shoot (in some cases they killed) evacuating citizens in order to keep them inside as human shields. Hamas knows that if civilians leave, it would make them vulnerable to more Israeli strikes and death. It is their favorable practice to hide among the population of Gaza and install its military capabilities next to schools, hospitals, mosques, and in populated public areas. Hamas consistently used the civilian population as human shields to execute attacks against Israeli civilians. Therefore, Hamas is primarily responsible for the death of civilians and must be accountable for.
However, pushed by the mounting international pro-Palestinian pressure and insistence of the Biden Administration for a cease-fire, Israel has agreed to observe a limited daily four-hour 'humanitarian pauses' for Gazan civilians to flee the combat area and receive humanitarian aid, while there will be no cease-fire in its operation against Hamas terrorists. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu clearly responded: 'There will be no cease-fire without a return of our hostages. A cease-fire means Israel's surrender to Hamas terrorists. Israel's offensive would not relent until Hamas is defeated and the 240 hostages are returned.'
Now it is a crucial time for all Jews, Christians, and people of good will everywhere to stand with Israel to defeat Hamas and bring home the hostages.
Will Lebanon's heavily armed Hezbollah militia join the Israel-Hamas war?
This is a question on the minds of every Israelite who is deeply concerned with the evolving situation. People are anxiously watching its northern border for warning signs of a wider regional attack. Israel's northern border with Lebanon and Syria represents a potential flashpoint in the conflict that may erupt at any moment in a full blown war, which could dramatically reshape the Middle East. As Israel is focused in Gaza, Iran is igniting more fires, including ones among Palestinians in the West Bank, Israeli Arabs, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and Houthi in Yemen. Hezbollah is heavily equipped with modern weapons, including an arsenal of hundreds precision-guided missiles, and is a highly skilled military group of 70,000-100,000 battle-hardened fighters, far superior force to that of Hamas. Attacks between Hezbollah and IDF have increasingly gotten more and more intense as the war in Gaza has progressed. Israel's north continues to heat up as Hezbollah has become more and more aggressive.
A war with Hezbollah could make the Gaza ground campaign small in comparison. Israel is particularly worried about Hezbollah's precision-guided missiles, which are believed to be aimed at strategic targets like natural gas rigs, power stations, and especially at the nuclear facility in Dimona. Israel has long seen Hezbollah as the biggest threat at its borders. As with Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Houthi, Hezbollah is created, supported, and trained as a proxy of Iran. The leader of Hezbollah, a Lebanese Shia cleric Hassan Nasrallah declared, 'What happens on the Lebanese front will depend on what happens in Gaza. Hezbollah will not allow Hamas' destruction and won't leave Gaza alone.' In other words, if the IDF is about to destroy Hamas, Hezbollah would not tolerate it and would attack Israel with all its might, effectively opening the second Northern front. From the limited and brief rocket and shelling exchanges on the Northern border, the situation could rapidly transform into a full-scale horrendous war, which could be equally devastating for Hezbollah and Lebanon, exactly as Israel,s leadership repeatedly warned Nasrallah and the Government of Lebanon. Defense Minister Yoav Gallant made it clear to Hezbollah that if it makes a mistake, Israel will turn Beirut into what Gaza City has become, that is, in the words of the Bible prophets, Beirut will become 'a heap of ruins.' "What are you to me, O Tyre and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Are you paying me back for something? If you are paying me back, I will return your payment on your own head swiftly and speedily" (Joel 3:4).
The prophecies of Isaiah 17, seems, have shed some light on the developed military situation. It describes the great Northern war between Hezbollah-Lebanon, Syria, Moab and Ammon of Jordan, Shia Muslim Iraqi militias, on one side, against Israel, on another. The Syrian regime has intensified its rocket attacks all over the territory of the State of Israel, mostly concentrating in the Golan Heights, causing the IDF to warn Assad's government of serious consequences. Israeli airstrikes have been already targeting sites in the Damascus area, southern Syria, and Aleppo. As a result of those foes, massive attack, Israel will suffer substantial losses of soldiers and civilians in the northern part of the country. In the words of the prophet, "And on that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean" (Isaiah 17:4). Nevertheless, the IDF will prevail and retaliate with a devastating counterattack defeating enemies' armies and destroying their cities: "Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap" (verse 1). Moab and Ammon of Jordan will not escape from justified punishment, as they violated the peace treaty with Israel and joined the forces of hatred and evil. "I will sound the battle cry against your city of Rabbah. It will become a desolate heap of ruins, and the neighboring towns will be burned. Moab shall be destroyed as a nation because he magnified himself against the LORD. Then Israel will take back the land you took from her, says the LORD" (Jeremiah 48:42; 49:2). The chief city of the country was Rabbah or Rabbat Ammon, site of the modern city of Ammon, Jordan's capital. Moreover, the prophet Amos not only confirms the destruction of the Rabbah-Ammon the same way as Damaskus, being 'a desolate heap of ruins', but also gives additional information about the king and the royal house of Jordan: 'And their king shall go into captivity, he and his princes together, said the LORD' (Amos 1:14, 15). In the before-mentioned prophecy of (Isaiah 11:14) the prophet provides more detailed picture of Israel's military actions: "They shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them." The people of Gaza will be deported somewhere to the west. This time the Israelites, in order to defend themselves, will ignore world opinion and act according to God's instruction: "And the LORD your God will expel them from before you and drive them out of your sight. So you shall possess their land, as the LORD your God promised you" (Joshua 23:5). After finishing with the Gazans-Philistines, the combined forces of the Israelites turn their attention to the east "and lay their hands upon Edom, Moab, and Ammon" (Isaiah 11:14; Psalm 83: 6, 7).). We identify Edom in this prophecy as the modern Islamic Republic of Turkey, the worst ancient adversary of Israel, "And your mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed..." (Obadiah 1:9). From having been the most reliable ally of Israel in the Middle East Turkey under President Erdogan has become the most antagonistic and is now a sworn enemy of the Jewish people and their State. Edom-Turkey's future is doomed by the Almighty - this nation will be destroyed at the hands of the Israelites for its hatred of God and His people Israel and refusal to repent (Ezekiel 25:14). "They," in Isaiahis prophecy means "the outcasts of Israel" who join together with "the dispersed of Judah", that is, the Ten Tribes of Israel (Ephraim) reunified with the Jewish people (Judah). As Yair Davidiy, the prolific researcher and author of many books on the subject of the Ten Tribes point out, "The USA is the major Lost Ten Tribes of Israel nation in our time. It is dominated by the Tribes of Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, among the others."
In Israel's war against Hamas and the rest of Iran's proxies, America is firmly stand on the side of Israel, providing powerful two US Navy carrier groups in the eastern Mediterranean Sea, and sending clear message to Iran, its proxies, and the countries like Russia and China to stay away from Israel-Hamas war in Gaza and not to escalate this war into a regional or world conflict. The Islamic Republic of Iran together with the other fanatical jihadists countries hate the 'Big Satan'- America and the 'Small Satan'- Israel, their western democratic cultures, respect for the law and love for freedom and human rights and are aiming for their destruction. The world is infected with a satanic hatred of the Jews and Americans. The US troops have been consistently attacked numerous times in Iraq and in Syria by the same Iran-backed forces which attacked Israel -- Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Lebanon's Hezbollah, and Shia Muslim Iraqi militias. In their pursuit for the nuclear bomb and establishing of the Islamic Caliphate to achieve world domination, the Iranian axis of evil would not stop to use the weapon of mass destruction against the USA, Israel, and its allies. We are living in the Biblical 'End Days', in the crucial time of revealing the promised Messiah and the final Redemption. We believe that it is time for the numerous and powerful Israelite Tribes, especially in the USA and Europe, finally to wake up to its Israelite roots, repent, turn to the God of their fathers and unite with the Jewish people to help them in its lonely fight against the corrupt and unjust world. Together they will be active and victorious participants in an already unfolding eschatological drama, whose script has been divinely written.
"No weapon turned against Israel will succeed. And any voice of protest or accusation against Israel will be refuted and silenced in judgment: This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me," (Isaiah 54:15-17).
