(I’ll get through it quickly to make sure this isn't too long)
Lets get started. (but this might be seen as leading you on, so ill explain already)
TL;DR : No, even with or without nukes.
According to Global firepower the US has currently 2,083,100 total service men and women employed in its military, this is split into:
1,281,900Â active service personnel and,
It is important to note that these numbers may not be a true representation of US military strength, but give insight into what is most likely the numbers represented. It is also important to note that the majority of these people are most likely rear echelon units, who are not combat infantry specialised units and whilst some may deploy overseas, many may have never fired a shot outside of the range.
In the US Army (Including reserve and national guard and marine corps), they have around 200,000 ready combat infantry, that's about as many infantrymen as most countries have militaries. (10–15% of each branch is infantry)
Now the US also has the largest fleet of military air craft in the world at 13,362 air craft (including fixed wing and rotary wing, and transport and support craft)
415 total naval assets including 20 aircraft carriers, and 5,884 Tanks. (note, Tanks also include IFV and self propelled guns)
Now moving onto Israel
With 170,000 Active personnel and 445,000 reserves, according to Global Firepower, Israel ranks 16th out of 136 countries for its military. Whilst it is important to note that both nations have large amounts of fit for service man power that they can and most likely will call on (120 million for USA, 3 million for Israel) however I'm only going to touch on what they can already initially field.
With 596 total Aircraft, 2,760 Tanks and 65 Naval assets, Israel may be small in military size compared to the US but it is on par with its neighbours in its own region. Most importantly, it’s not landlocked, having access to the sea means more supplies, more easily.
Assuming this is the US and Israel VS the entire world, I'm going to have to let you down. They wouldn’t last very long.
Ill simplify the US involvement to this. Their most likely course of action would be to pacify Canada and secure their border with Mexico, they would then likely support Israel by moving through lower Europe, maybe even opening a front in Spain like Wellington did against Napoleon. However, they would get bogged down in Europe and eventually pushed out. This is because America is a military of might, it relies heavily on its supply lines and logistics, having to traverse in the regions of Europe which are geographically and seasonally bipolar, the Americans would be fighting a war of attrition and losing with enemies to every side.
Israel's first initiative would be to secure its borders, crush Palestine and push forwards towards the UAE and Saudi Arabia. They would most likely focus their military efforts towards first capturing the Suez canal, pushing the Egyptian military into North Africa and eventually out of Africa. But they wouldn't stay. I can almost guarantee you as soon as the war would start Palestine would fall. This would be Israel's very first initiative, to absolutely crush the nation. Then they would push into the rest of the middle east, quality wise, the Saudi military, and most militaries of the UAE don't stand much a chance against the Israeli military (even though most middle eastern countries have US equipment and supplies) Only on the exception of Turkey and Iran, which both have a large military, but are more a quantity than quality force. This would be the longest campaign for Israel, and rather costly due to the geography of Turkey, but they would likely win. However, Israel would have spent a lot of manpower fighting for control of the middle east, and Russia as it would inevitably do so, would come in and beat down an already battered military. This would mean Israel is playing the defensive, likely from positions established such as below.

They would have captured virtually all of the Arab states, you can see Africa has been left out because it is militarily insignificant, all African militaries are inferior to the Israeli military in all respects, technologically, financially etc etc (not bias, fact)
However, this is a lot of territory for a small nation to hold onto, Russia would most likely organise a ground attack through Iran and potentially an amphibious invasion through Oman or the Yemen, pushing back the smaller Israeli military bit by bit until eventually they would collapse, not because the Russian military is per say better, but because they would be fresh units, well equip with significantly greater support in both logistics and numbers.
Long story short id give this war 1 year at best. If Nukes were used, then the countries that have been bombed would bomb in retaliation causing mass destruction and death.
