It is impossible to tell BUT much may have continued as before. The people around Hitler were intelligent and capable. So too with the bureaucracy and heads of industry etc. The big money was on the Nazi side. The generals in effect agreed with his ideology and war aims. The racial policies were accepted by most of the German elite groups and by the public in general. This includes the Genocidal intentions towards Jews. On the other hand his immediate entourage hated and despised each other so a transference of authority may have been difficult. They would probably have searched for another dictator in place of Fraulein Adolf. The peculiarities and predilections of the lucky personage would therefore have been of much importance. The preference of the German people appears to have been a wish to keep fighting as long as they were reasonably able. This is what they did. The gonad-lacking Fraulein from Austria had embodied the national will.
