The Nazis at the Wannsee Conference (20 January 1942) revealed plans to exterminate the Jews of Ireland together with those of other heretofore neutral nations.

The implications are that the said countries were also intended to come under German control. Alternately perhaps it was expected that in some cases the neutral nations would simply co-operate and hand the Jews over?
