For those who support the 2 state solution and the transfer of the Jews living there, would you have any moral objections if Israel chose to transfer out Arabs living in the disputed territories than annex the land?

They who support the 2 state solution usually advocate the transfer of the Jews living there to the pre-1967 borders or out of the country altogether. They have no moral objections to transferring Jews. If however the Jews were to propose transferring the Arabs experience shows that they would be liable to object on moral lines. They who make such objections do in effect have double standards. Either transference is feasible or it is not. If it is a possibility then it is better that the Arabs be transferred and not the Jews. This is for the good of everyone.
The map above shows the future borders of Israel according to one interpretation of the Bible passages. There should indeed be two states!! One state over the seas should be found for the Arabs to which they may be moved.
The so-called Palestinians should be given their own country. Parts of Germany such as Bavaria might be suitable. Alternately some place in South America might also be found, perhaps a province of Brazil? or Argentina? The Arab Palestinians should be assisted to move and re-locate. Those who had properties etc should be compensated. The evacuated houses in Yehudah and Samaria should be given to Jewish settlers. Therefore there should be a territory or country overseas to which the Palestinians may be transferred. The other state in the area is Israel which shall remain and take over what is theirs by right. Israel should treat Yehudah and Samaria as part of itself in every way. To my mind, formal annexation may be unnecessary and simply bothersome. People and possession are what count not formal declarations!
Your question concerning the morality of such measures is quite pertinent. Nevertheless the transference of Arabs out of the Land is the most moral solution. It removes a potential source of conflict and future suffering. It is what the Bible recommends and even commands. The Bible says that only one people can dwell in the land. The Israelites were told that if they did not expel the native inhabitants then the people in question would expel them or otherwise cause their expulsion!
Numbers (NIV) 33:
55 But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live. 56 And then I will do to you what I plan to do to them.
The Israelites were also told that by expelling the natives their own housing problems would be solved or at least alleviated:
Deuteronomy (NASB) 6:
10 Then it shall come about when the LORD your God brings you into the land which He swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you, great and splendid cities which you did not build, 11 and houses full of all good things which you did not fill, and hewn cisterns which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant, and you eat and are satisfied, 12 then watch yourself, that you do not forget the LORD who brought you from the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. 13 You shall fear only the LORD your God; and you shall worship Him and swear by His name. 14 You shall not follow other gods, any of the gods of the peoples who surround you, 15 for the LORD your God in the midst of you is a jealous God; otherwise the anger of the LORD your God will be kindled against you, and He will wipe you off the face of the earth.
Note the last point. The Jews have no choice. They need to move the Arabs away and be true to the God of Israel! This is how it was from the beginning.

13 I gave you a land on which you had not labored, and cities which you had not built, and you have lived in them; you are eating of vineyards and olive groves which you did not plant.
This comes with a price. We are not free agents but Servants of the Almighty:
