  • Is Israel Too Cruel?

Answers to Quora Questions by Yair Davidiy

In what incident (what time and place) did the Israeli state behave most cruelly towards the Palestinians?

I'm writing a short story about a Palestinian youngster, who is angry at the Israelis because they violated the human rights of his family by torturing and/or killing them. I need some real-world example for this.

Answer:

After 1967 when the Jews failed to move the Palestinians out of the country and to settle them in Chile or Peru or Argentina or some place like that.
The Palestinians could have settled in those places and made a success of their lives.
Instead they remained in Israel and have to suffer the Jewish presence which they do not like.
They are also now incited by those bearing their own culture and traditions to engage in hostilities and aggression against Jews. This leads to aggravation and is liable to put some of them in danger and discomfort.
They are now being used by Muslims and Germans and Japanese and a host of heathen people as pawns in a game to hurt Jews because they are Jews.
Many of them would prefer not to be in such a situation.
How cruel can you get?
