Does Israel not allow Palestine to export tangible goods?
I do not know. My guess is that Palestine has not much to export apart from agricultural goods and that it could sell these on the Israeli market. The Palestinians authorities might not want to sell their produce via Israel not because of economic considerations but rather political ones. The same principle applies to everything else. The entity known as Palestine is a collection of different power groups imposed by force on a section of the Arab population. It was mainly created by Arab and European governments with the aim of destroying the State of Israel. Everything else is a sham. It is shameful that foreign forces are continually attempting to undermine and weaken the State of Israel. They do this because Israel is a Jewish State. They do not like Jews for racial reasons, or for religious ones, or for dislike of religion in general, or for numerous other reasons. The bottom line is that they do not like Israel mainly because it is Jewish.
