Is it true that the Israeli government is paying people to write favorable things about Israel on the Internet?

I saw something about a pilot project whereby University Students would be getting some funds for this. [Others have written that it does not exist.] There are also a few anti-Religious Jewish writers here that may be getting paid by a certain Israeli political party. A few years ago there was a report that the German Government was subsidizing a group of academics in Israel to write things against the Bible. This was apparently with the declared intention of moderating Israeli nationalism.
Anything is possible. Every nation has a Foreign Affairs ministry or its equivalent. Usually one of its tasks is to present a friendly face to the outside world. When I was young I used to write to all the embassies asking for information. As a young boy, interested in the world, I would get a kick out of receiving loads of free books and booklets (sometimes of high quality) in the mail.
Anyway Israel is constantly under attack for things it did and did not do and sometimes never dreamt of doing. The relevant counter material has often been written up and is freely available. It makes sense to pay people to use the information already there and send it out to different forums.
For they who are interested I do not know where to go to sign up for such an assignation.
Personally I often write good things about Israel. In fact I occasionally prepare SUPER-DOOPER propaganda on behalf of the Zionist State. It is not that difficult since Israel has much going for it and the truth is on their side.
Also I could use some extra funds. Perhaps they might pay me for doing what I do for free anyway?
Where do I apply?
