You seem to have conflated two separate phenomena.
In Hebrew the '-ah' suffix may connote the feminine form. For instance one has 'Sar' meaning 'lord, prince' and'Sarah' meaning 'lady, princess.'
There is also the name 'Yah' (or 'Yahu') meaning 'God'. This may be added to the end of names. We thus have the names Yishaiyahu (i.e. Isaiah) meaning'God Saves;' and Nehemiyah (Nehemiah) meaning 'God Comforts.'
