1. Positive Prophecies Always Come to Pass!

There is a Biblical Principle that all Positive predictions will somehow be fulfilled. This applies even if the beneficiary commit sins and would seem to have forfeited the blessing.

The Rabbinical Sage and leading legal authority, Maimonides 1138-1204, based on accepted Torah sources, enacted the following:

Chapter 3:
 BEHOLD, THE DIVINERS AND SORCERERS ALSO PREDICT THE FUTURE. WHAT DIFFERENTIATES BETWEEN THEM AND A PROPHET?

[THOUGH] SOME OF THE PROPHECIES MADE BY DIVINERS, SORCERERS, AND THE LIKE MATERIALIZE, SOME DO NOT [AS IMPLIED BY ISAIAH 47:13]: "LET THE STARGAZERS, THE ASTROLOGERS, AND THE DIVINERS OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE MONTHS, COME AND SAVE YOU FROM WHAT WILL COME UPON YOU." [OUR SAGES NOTE THAT THE VERSE STATES] "FROM WHAT" RATHER THAN "FROM ALL THAT."

ALSO, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT NONE OF THEIR PREDICTIONS WILL COME TRUE AND THEY WILL ERR COMPLETELY, AS [ISAIAH 44:25] STATES: "HE FRUSTRATES THE OMENS OF IMPOSTERS AND DRIVES DIVINERS MAD."

IN CONTRAST, ALL THE WORDS OF A PROPHET COME TRUE, AS [II KINGS 10:10] STATES: "GOD'S WORD WILL NOT FALL TO THE GROUND." SIMILARLY, [JEREMIAH 23:28] STATES: "'THE PROPHET WHO HAS A DREAM MAY RELATE HIS DREAM, BUT HE WHO [RECEIVES] MY WORD SHALL SPEAK WORDS OF TRUTH. WHAT IS THE CHAFF TO THE GRAIN?' DECLARES GOD." THIS IMPLIES THAT THE WORDS OF SORCERERS AND DREAMERS ARE LIKE CHAFF THAT HAS BEEN MIXED WITH SOME GRAIN, WHILE THE WORD OF GOD IS LIKE GRAIN WITHOUT ANY CHAFF AT ALL.

CONCERNING THIS, THE TORAH PROMISES THAT A PROPHET WILL RELATE THE TRUTH ABOUT THOSE MATTERS FOR WHICH THE SOOTHSAYERS AND DIVINERS GIVE FALSE PREDICTIONS TO THE GENTILES, SO THAT [THE JEWS] WILL NOT NEED A SORCERER, A DIVINER, OR THE LIKE, AS [DEUTERONOMY 18:10, 14-15] STATES: "AMONG YOU, THERE SHALL NOT BE FOUND ANYONE WHO PASSES HIS SON THROUGH FIRE, [A SORCERER, A DIVINER...] FOR THESE NATIONS... [LISTEN TO DIVINERS AND SORCERERS, GOD HAS NOT GIVEN YOU THIS LOT. GOD WILL] SET UP A PROPHET FROM YOUR MIDST."

WE SEE FROM THIS THAT A PROPHET WILL ARISE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF TELLING US THE FUTURE EVENTS WHICH WILL TRANSPIRE IN THE WORLD, WHETHER THERE WILL BE PLENTY OR FAMINE, WAR OR PEACE, AND THE LIKE. HE EVEN WILL INFORM A PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL REGARDING HIS NEEDS. HENCE, WHEN SAUL LOST AN OBJECT, HE WENT TO THE PROPHET TO DISCOVER WHERE IT WAS. THESE ARE THE TYPES OF THINGS THAT A PROPHET WILL SAY. HE WILL NOT COME TO FOUND A NEW FAITH OR ADD OR WITHDRAW A MITZVAH.

CHAPTER 4

[THE ABOVE PRINCIPLES DO NOT APPLY TO] PROPHECIES OF RETRIBUTION WHICH A PROPHET WILL UTTER - e.g., "SO AND SO WILL DIE," "THIS OR THAT YEAR WILL BE A YEAR OF FAMINE OR A YEAR OF WAR," AND THE LIKE. IF HIS WORDS DO NOT COME TRUE, THIS DOES NOT NULLIFY THE VALIDITY OF HIS PROPHECY, NOR DO WE SAY [IN CONDEMNATION OF HIM]: "BEHOLD, HE SPOKE AND HIS WORDS WERE NOT FULFILLED."

[THIS IS BECAUSE] THE HOLY ONE, BLESSED BE HE, IS SLOW TO ANGER, ABUNDANT IN KINDNESS, AND FORGIVING OF EVIL. THUS, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY WILL REPENT AND [THEIR SIN] WILL BE FORGIVEN, AS IN THE CASE OF THE PEOPLE OF NINEVEH, OR THAT [RETRIBUTION] WILL BE HELD IN ABEYANCE, AS IN THE CASE OF HZEKIA.
[THIS DOES NOT APPLY REGARDING PROPHECIES FOR THE GOOD.] IF [A PROPHET] PROMISED THAT GOOD WOULD COME AND SUCH AND SUCH WILL OCCUR, AND THE GOOD ABOUT WHICH HE PROPHESIED DID NOT MATERIALIZE, HE IS SURELY A FALSE PROPHET. ANY GOOD WHICH GOD DECREES - EVEN IF [THE DECREE] IS PROVISIONAL - WILL NEVER BE NULLIFIED. {WE FIND [GOD] NULLIFYING A POSITIVE PROPHECY ONLY DURING THE DESTRUCTION OF THE FIRST TEMPLE. HE HAD PROMISED THE RIGHTEOUS THAT THEY WOULD NOT DIE TOGETHER WITH THE WICKED; HOWEVER, HE NULLIFIED THIS PROPHECY, AS EXPLAINED IN THE TRACTATE OF SHABBAT.}

WE CAN CONCLUDE FROM THIS THAT A PROPHET SHOULD BE TESTED ON THE BASIS OF HIS POSITIVE PROPHECIES. THIS WAS WHAT JEREMIAH MEANT BY HIS REPLY TO CHANANIAH BEN AZUR, WHEN HE WAS PROPHESYING DOOM AND CHANANIAH WAS PROMISING A [GLORIOUS FUTURE]. HE TOLD CHANANIAH: "IF MY WORDS ARE NOT FULFILLED, THIS WILL NOT LEAD TO THE CONCLUSION THAT I AM A FALSE PROPHET. IF YOUR PROMISES ARE NOT FULFILLED, HOWEVER, IT WILL BE PROVEN THAT YOU ARE A FALSE PROPHET," AS IMPLIED BY [JEREMIAH 28:7,9]: "HEAR, NOW, THIS WORD... AS FOR THE PROPHET WHO PROPHESIES FOR PEACE, WHEN THE WORD OF THE PROPHET SHALL COME TO PASS, IT WILL BE KNOWN THAT GOD HAS TRULY SENT THIS PROPHET."

2. Iron Ore and Copper Production Predicted.
It had been predicted that the Israelites would benefit from iron and copper resources,  "A LAND WHOSE STONES ARE IRON AND OUT OF WHOSE HILLS YOU CAN DIG COPPER. " (Deuteronomy  8:9).

Deuteronomy (NKJV) 8:
6 THEREFORE YOU SHALL KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD YOUR GOD, TO WALK IN HIS WAYS AND TO FEAR HIM. 7 FOR THE LORD YOUR GOD IS BRINGING YOU INTO A GOOD LAND, A LAND OF BROOKS OF WATER, OF FOUNTAINS AND SPRINGS, THAT FLOW OUT OF VALLEYS AND HILLS; 8 A LAND OF WHEAT AND BARLEY, OF VINES AND FIG TREES AND POMEGRANATES, A LAND OF OLIVE OIL AND HONEY; 9 A LAND IN WHICH YOU WILL EAT BREAD WITHOUT SCARCITY, IN WHICH YOU WILL LACK NOTHING; A LAND WHOSE STONES ARE IRON AND OUT OF WHOSE HILLS YOU CAN DIG COPPER. 10 WHEN YOU HAVE EATEN AND ARE FULL, THEN YOU SHALL BLESS THE LORD YOUR GOD FOR THE GOOD LAND WHICH HE HAS GIVEN YOU.

3. Conditional Provisions of the Blessings, OR Unconditional?

The Blessing concerning Copper and Iron according to the simple straightforward message in its context contained the following provisions that circumscribed it:

a. The Promised Land.  The Blessing concerning copper and iron was to be fulfilled in the Promised Land that stretched from the Nile to the Euphrates.
This is what we find.

b. Keeping the Commandments. The Blessings in principle were conditional on Keeping the Commandments. Nevertheless with the Exile of the Ten Tribes we find their spiritual obligations suspended. Togther with suspension National Goals were answet in effect that required some aspects of the Blessings to be activated. The Blessing were to be fulfilled at some level in them in order that they might do that they had been charged by Divine Fiat with doing! See: Ten Tribes Destiny.

Even the present-day area of Modern Israel in its small condensed, constrained, area evidently has great (previoulsy unrealisied) mineral potential, see:

Both iron and copper are to be found in the area of Greater Israel. The Jordan Valley area according to Archaeological findings in the bronze and Iron Ages was a major metallurgical center, for both copper-bronze products  and for  iron. Bronze is an alloy mainly composed of copper with some tin (6% to 10% at that time). Tin was rare, with small amounts known from Egypt, Iran, Afghanistan and elsewhere. The larger known reserve of tin for the Ancient World was in Cornwall, England. Even from the beginning at least part of the tin may have come from the British Isles and to have been supplied by the Phoenicians. Some was also available from Spain.

"THESE RESULTS SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFY THE ORIGIN OF TIN METAL FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THEREFORE GIVE RISE TO NEW INSIGHTS AND QUESTIONS FOR ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESEARCH,"...

INTERESTINGLY, THE TIN INGOTS FROM COASTAL CRETE AND TURKEY APPEAR TO HAVE A DIFFERENT SOURCE. #

Iron was found in Anatolia (modern day Turkey) and in the south of Israel and Jordan.
Technically part of Anatolia and most of Jordan were also part of the Promised Land.

# Six metals were commonly used in the Bronze and Iron ages. All of these are mentioned in the story of Israel's war against the Midianites in Numbers. After the Israelites win the war, they take a large amount of booty, including metals, which need to be purified:
....
Numbers 31:22 "Gold and silver, copper, iron, tin, and lead 31:23 any article that can withstand fire, these you shall pass through fire and they shall be clean"

Anatolia, by far, has yielded the greatest amount of textual evidence for early iron smelting.... the earliest datable iron production remains, dated to the 12th century B.C.E., were found in the Neo-Hittite site of Carchemish (Tell Tayinat), originally part of the Hittite Empire.

The problem is that not all iron deposits are useful.

# Only rich iron ores were suitable for smelting [in the process used in the Ancient Times] Bloomery [primitive forged steel-type production] process. Such rich ores, containing up to 80% of pure iron (Fe), were formed in hydrothermal processes and found in faults mainly across the Negev and in the Ajlun in Jordan (biblical Gilead), not far from Amman.
In the Transjordan, burials dated to the early 12th century contain dozens of steel bracelets.[14] As the burials were distributed in the proximity of the rich iron deposit of Mugaret al Warda near Amman, they were probably locally produced, thus providing us with evidence for the initial introduction of this technology in the region.

(b) The Israelite Tribe of Asher, Copper and Iron.
 
Deuteronomy 33:
24 AND OF ASHER HE SAID:
MOST BLESSED OF SONS BE ASHER;
MAY HE BE THE FAVORITE OF HIS BROTHERS,
MAY HE DIP HIS FOOT IN OIL.
25 MAY YOUR DOORBOLTS BE IRON AND COPPER,
AND YOUR SECURITY LAST ALL YOUR DAYS.

The Tribe of Asher was therefore especially blessed with the production of iron and bonze-copper. The territory of Asher was to the northwest and encompassed the "Phoenician" areas on the coast of Lebanon.

c.  Iron and Copper Expected to be Found among Israelites Today. The Blessing was only partially conditional on the Israelites Keeping the Commandments:  "THEREFORE YOU SHALL KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD YOUR GOD", Deuteronomy  8: 6. Nevertheless, as we saw from the quote from Maimonides (above, 1. Positive Prophecies Always Come to Pass!) even today we would expect aspects of the Blessing to have still been among the Israelites even while they were in Exile. We also saw elsewhere at some length that the Ten Tribies had to become like Gentiles to fulfil their national tasks: The promised blessings were at least in part considered a means of fulfilling their national mission. We should therefore expect an especially fulfilment of the Promsies to be evident especially among the Ten Tribes. See: Abraham is the Key. 4. Israelite Nations in our Time.
Descendants of the Ancient Israelites today are to be found among the present day Jewish People and among descendants of the Lost Ten Tribes. These peoples are now the donminant element in countries whose populations contains from 10% to 12% of world population, and possess more than half its mineral (and other) wealth. Nations that contain a significant numbers of Israelite descendants in our time include:
The State of Israel, Ireland, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, and to some degree South Africa.

About 50%.

The Biblcial land of israel from the Nile to  the Euphrates probably contains a great many natural resources that previously were not know about. The relatively small area of the State of Israel is already beginning to reveal the mineral potential of a small part of the Promised Land.
In addition to that most of the Promises were applicable to the Israelites as pertaining to the Lost Ten Tribes.
The Israelite Tribes were divided into two sections:

Kingdom of Judah including the Tribes of:
Judah
Benjamin
Levi
Minority representatives of all the other Tribes.

Kingdom of Northern Israel sometimes referred to as "Israel," "Joseph," "Ephraim," "Samaria."
Thuis contained the 10 Northern Tribes plus a minority representation from the Tribes of the Kingdom of Judah.
Also Rechabites (descended from Jethro, and Children of Moses pertaining to Levi.

Joseph had to intermix with the Gentiles to become like them and elevate himself and the Gentiles with him.
Judah to keep the Law.

Joseph needed the national wealth and power in order to complete his mission.
Judah did not. Judah did not possess his own land but was a wnaderer among other peoples and still to a degree is.
The State of Israel is not in a bad state but it is not as well allocated as most of the other Israelite nations. Nevertheless, the Jews as a people, and as individuals within other peoples usually on average get by at a higher spiritual and material level.
Some Jews are very rich though many are not.
All things considered the average Jew does at least as well as the average Israelites. This was always the case.

Parameters of well-being may include parameters such as longevity, health, intellectual achievement, family stability, communal involvement, - not necessarily in that order.
Jews on the whole generally measure well in all such matters.

Ripley suggests (p. 384) that this longevity was due to the superior sanitary conditions for Kosher meat; Clean meat in the opinion of Ripley reduced the incidence of consumption and pneumonia which were major causes of death at the time.
relative lack of drunkenness; "temperate habits, a frugal diet"

This was the statistical reality in the 1800s. It obvioulsy is not the present situation. Nevertheless the physical health of the Jews in Israel is among the best in the world and that of Religious-Observant among the Jews is markedly better than that of the non-observant.

It is only fair to mention that according tot he statistic of Ripleu (from the 1800s) Jews were more susceptible to nervous and mental disorders (385).
In Italy in the 1800s Insanity (Lombroso) was four times more prevalent amongst Jews than among Gentiles.

4. Joseph and the TTs.

Genesis (NKJV) 49:
22 JOSEPH IS A FRUITFUL BOUGH,
A FRUITFUL BOUGH BY A WELL;
HIS BRANCHES RUN OVER THE WALL.

These blessings to Joseph included: BLESSINGS OF THE DEEP: i.e. water and mineral resources.

[Deuteronomy 33:13]
"AND OF JOSEPH HE SAID, BLESSED OF THE LORD BE HIS LAND, FOR THE PRECIOUS THINGS OF HEAVEN, FOR THE DEW, AND FOR THE DEEP THAT COUCHETH BENEATH,"
 
This says that Joseph was blessed with agricultural prosperity, healthy lands, and mineral resources in plenty.

These blessing were repeated in the Blessing of Moses to Joseph:
