2. Lost Ten Tribes in the Isles of the Sea:

Josephus in his paraphrase of the Prophecy of Balaam (Numbers 24:7), gives the prophecy as saying:

# THE MULTITUDE OF YOUR POSTERITY ALSO SHALL LIVE AS WELL IN THE ISLANDS AS ON THE CONTINENT, AND THAT MORE IN NUMBER THAN ARE THE STARS OF HEAVEN.# Flavius Josephus: Antiquities of the Jews - Book IV ch.4 s.6. The reference to islands would be a reference to the British Isles.

Islands of the Sea (Islands of the West) include the Island of Ireland.

The Bible describes Ephraim as the "Firstborn" and also connects him with "the ISLES": (Jeremiah 31:9-10)

"I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn. Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the ISLES afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock".

3. Ten Tribes in Afriki meaning shores of Western Europe.

In the Talmud (Sanhedrin 94) it says:

# WHERE WERE THEY [THE TEN TRIBES] EXILED TO? MAR ZUTRA SAID, "TO AFRIKI." RABBI HANINA SAID: 'TO THE MOUNTAINS OF SLUG[SNOW].' #
'Mountains of Snow' probably means the Caucasus. The name 'Caucasus' according to Pliny meant "Mountains of Snow." 'Afriki' can mean North Africa, or Iberia (Georgia) in the Caucasus, or even another name for Britain.

The Maharal (d. 1609) of Prague quotes the Talmud as saying that the Lost Ten Tribes were in "Afriki" which he says does not mean places usually associated with that name but another area altogether. The Maharal was in contact with Queen Elizabeth-1 of England through her astronomer, sceintific advisor,  and religious counsellor, John Dee.

4. Israelite Invaders.

5. Dan
Irish Mythology speaks of waves of invaders. The earliest were the Fomorians and the Tuatha De Danaan whose name means 'Descendants of the god (or goddess) Dana.'
After the Tribe of Dana came the Milesians also known as Hiberi, and as Gael to whom the majority of the Irish pertain.
An ancestor of the Gael was Donn whose name in Hebrew is also a form of DAN.
Wikipedia, Donn: In Irish mythology, Donn ... is an ancestor of the Gaels and is believed to have been a god of the dead.  This would have made him the major god.
The term "Dunn" is found all over Ireland and is believed to connote fortress. Bert Otten suggests that "Dunn" derives from Dan and that early settlements and fortresses were named "Dunn" after Dan.
The Tribe of Dan had the practice of naming places after their forefather Dan.

AND THEY CALLED THE NAME OF THE CITY DAN, AFTER THE NAME OF DAN THEIR FATHER, WHO WAS BORN UNTO ISRAEL: HOWBEIT THE NAME OF THE CITY WAS LAISH AT THE FIRST (Judges 18:29).

Joshua (NKJV) 19:
47 AND THE BORDER OF THE CHILDREN OF DAN WENT BEYOND THESE, BECAUSE THE CHILDREN OF DAN WENT UP TO FIGHT AGAINST LESHEM AND TOOK IT; AND THEY STRUCK IT WITH THE EDGE OF THE SWORD, TOOK POSSESSION OF IT, AND DWELT IN IT. THEY CALLED LESHEM, DAN, AFTER THE NAME OF DAN THEIR FATHER.

Judges (NKJV) 18:
12 THEN THEY WENT UP AND ENCAMPED IN KIRJATH JEARIM IN JUDAH. (THEREFORE THEY CALL THAT PLACE MAHANEH DAN TO THIS DAY. THERE IT IS, WEST OF KIRJATH JEARIM.)

Judges 18:
29 AND THEY CALLED THE NAME OF THE CITY DAN, AFTER THE NAME OF DAN THEIR FATHER, WHO WAS BORN TO ISRAEL, BUT ACTUALLY LAISH WAS THE NAME OF THE CITY AT FIRST.

Dan shall be A SERPENT BY THE WAY ... (Genesis 49:17). Just as a snake leaves evidence of its pathway in the dust so do the Danites leave a trail of their namesnake.

6. Hebrew-Hiberi.
The Gael were also known as Milesians and as Hiberi.
Place-names with the root "eber" and "hiber" are found all over the British Isles, inlcuding Ireland, and also Western Europe in  general.
It derives from the BHebrew language word-root "aber, aver," meaning HEBREW!

7. Vikings.
The Vikings from Norway and Denmark (mainly Denmark) settled in Ireland. All the major townships in Ireland were founded by them,
The Vikings were mainly Danes and said their forefather was named Dan.

Samson was a super-hero from the Tribe of Dan. Bert Otten compares Samson to the Irish. Samson had a sense of humor, played practical jokes, used riddles, and had a partisan type one-man army fighting style. Samson was also very brave and very strong. Many Irish are like that. Irish soldiers helped build the British Empire. The Victoria Cross is the highest medal for bravery in the British Army and very many Irishmen in the past have received them. 

Originally Ulster (Uladah) in Northern Ireland was ruled by the Gaelic O'Neills and O'Donnells.  The name O'Donnell probably derives from Dan. So does the name "Donegal" an important province in the northwest of Ireland.

Linguistically it has been shown how the Irish hero Cuchuliann may represent Calcol of Judah and how other terms also reflect a presence of Judah.

8. The Gaelic Milesians, descendants of Niul and the Kenites of Jethro.
In  Irish Tradition:
The Irish hisorian Geoffrey Keating (1600s) using ancient sources relates that Niul (i.e. Neal) an ancestral figure of Irish Royalty (from whom most Irish Kings descend) had been an associate of Caei the Eloquent from Judah (sic.) who was also known as Iar son of Nemha. IAR is an important figure in Gaelic history. Keating terms Iar, "Iar son of Nemha" and he says he was also known as Caei the Eloquent from Judah. Iar is therefore linked by Keating to both Nemha and to Judah. The name "Nemha" (i.e. in "Iar son of Nemha" above) means sanctified and it means the same as the Hebrew name "Paresh" which means separated or sanctified. Paresh in the Bible was part of a group in Gilead of Menasseh with whom Yair in the Bible was associated and identified with! Yair in the Bible was linked with both Manasseh and with Judah. We therefore find the same association in Irish legends between different groups as are indicated by the Bible!
The descendants of Yair were known in the Middle East as the Iari. The Iari descended from Yair. They ruled over areas of Israel and Syria bordering on Mesopotamia. Keating in effect confirms the identification of Iar of Irish tradition with Yair of the Bible.

9. Yair in the Bible was associated with Dan, Manasseh, and Judah.
The "House of Gabbar" as the ruling dynasty of "Yadi". Yadi was a Judaean enclave in northwest Syria ("HAMATH WHICH BELONGED TO JUDAH" 2-Kings 14:28) known as "Yadi" (i.e. "Judah" in Assyrian) and also garrisoned by the "Dananu" from the Tribe of Dan and somehow associated with the neighbouring Tribe of Gad since its other name "Smal" is synonymous with Zephion a clan of Gad. The location of Yadi and Smal adjoins Gilead and Bashan. Yadi evidently was a settlement of the Iaari from Yair.

1-Kings 4:7-27:
AND SOLOMON HAD TWELVE OFFICERS OVER ALL ISRAEL....THE SON OF GEBER, IN RAMOTH GILEAD; TO HIM PERTAINED THE TOWNS OF JAIR THE SON OF MENASSEH, WHICH ARE IN GILEAD; TO HIM ALSO PERTAINED THE REGION OF ARGOB, WHICH IS IN BASHAN, THREESCORE GREAT CITIES WITH WALLS AND BRASEN BARS..... GEBER THE SON OF URI WAS IN THE COUNTRY OF GILEAD, IN THE COUNTRY OF SIHON KING OF THE AMORITES, AND OF OG KING OF BASHAN; AND HE WAS THE ONLY OFFICER WHICH WAS IN THE LAND.

Gabar was also an ethnonym in Ireland and among the so-called "Celts" in general.

We find the IERNE (Iverni, Iberni, Erainn) and Osraighe in southwest Ireland who regarded IAR as their forefather. The Iern were related to the Ulaid and Darini of Ulster in the north. The name is also found in Scotland.
The term "EIRE" meaning "Ireland" also may derive from IAR.

10. Irish and Jewish Traditions.
          A correspondent, "TubalCain," sent us the following observations that we have slightly edited:
Names sakes in Ireland indicate the present of Kenite settlements in the center and north of Ireland. This was record by Joaquin Lorenzo Villanueva, "Phoenicians Ireland," 1833. Villanueva  was a Royal Bishop in Spain in the reign of Carol (Charles)-3 (r. 1759-1788). The work was translated and illustrated with Notes by Henry O'Brien, London, 1833. Villaneuva based on place and ethnic names found Kenites in Northern Ireland, in Tyrone, Armagh, Donegal, and part of Derry. The Irish sources refer to them as "Kini."

Some of the Irish-Scottish Gaels appear to also be descended from the Kenites. They also went along with Moses just as the Kenites did (Numbers 10:29-32)! In the Irish "Book of Invasions" ("Leabhar Gabala")  The Irish Ancestor, Nel, says to Moses leader of the Hebrews, 'Pharoah will come to us and oppress us in punishment for our friendship towards you, and the welcome we have given you..." Moses said "come with us, with your whole people if you will, and remain permanently with us, and when we reach the land that God hath promised us, you will get a share in it".

Jethro the father-in-law of Moses is described as a Priest of Midian (Exodus 3:1), and a Midianite (Numbers 4:29), and as a Kenite (Judges 1:16). There was a Canaanite people named Kenites  (Genesis 15:19) but Jethro was a Midianite who attached himself to the Hebrews and is destined to return with them.The Midianites were descendants of Abraham. The term 'Keni'  also connotes 'blacksmith' and the  Tribe of Jethro may have been wandering blacksmiths.
Jethro in effect was eventually to convert and become part of the Israelite people together with members of his clan.
In Semitic tongues the root "Ken" was associated with the workers of metal, thus we have "Tubal-kain," "the forger of every sort of tool of copper and iron" (Genesis 4:17-22).
Sayce (in Hastings, Dict. Bib., s.v. Kenites) draws the conclusion that the Cinites [Kenites] were "a wandering guild of smiths."
Balaam spoke of the Kenites (Numbers 24:21-22).
There it says that the Kenites would be exiled with the Lost Ten Tribes and return with them. Here the term 'Kenites' connotes descendants of Jethro.
Numbers 24:22 NEVERTHELESS THE KENITE SHALL BE WASTED, UNTIL ASSHUR SHALL CARRY THEE AWAY CAPTIVE.
Commentary of Rashi (1040-1105 CE, Northern France):
# EVEN IF YOU SHALL BE WIPED AWAY KEIN FOR A PERIOD WHEN ASHUR [ASSYRIA] TAKES YOU CAPTIVE [YOU SHALL RETURN WITH THE TEN TRIBES! # #
The Kenites here are those who were to convert together with Jethro and attach themselves to the Children of Israel. They always remained as a somewhat separate group.
They were exiled by the Assyrians with the Ten Tribes. They are destined to return with them (Rashi). The Rechabites were descendants of jethro a\nd part of the Kenites.In early Jewish sources a tradition existed that the Children of Moses (from the Tribe of Levi) and the Rechabites were together with the Lost Ten Tribes (Midrash Yalkut Shimeoni, Song of Solomon, 905). They were believed to dwell in the "Blessed Isles," i.e. in the "Islands of the Blessed Ones" which were in "the Ocean, the Great Sea", meaning the Atlantic Ocean. The Blessed Isles in Classical Terminology were identified with the British Isles especially Ireland. An early Aramaic document from the Christian Era even bears the title, "The History of the Sons of Jonadab, the Son of Rechab, who are in the Midst of the Ocean, the Great Sea... " (Syriac MS B3). By 'the Ocean, the Great Sea,' the Atlantic Ocean was intended as explained in Rabbinical Commentators (e.g. Aruch HaShalem). This corresponds with Classical Roman Literature. It is consistent with the Ten Tribes being assumed to be somewhere in the British Isles. Roman tradition also identified the Ten Tribes with the followers of Saturn who it was said had taken refuge on one of the Isles of Britain.

Elements from Asher and Gad and Naphtali were also found in Ireland.

Judges NKJV) 5:
17 GILEAD STAYED BEYOND THE JORDAN, AND WHY DID DAN REMAIN ON SHIPS? ASHER CONTINUED AT THE SEASHORE, AND STAYED BY HIS INLETS.

The Irish are part of the Israelite Nation.
The inhabitants of Ulster are also Israelites and include descendants of Judah and Manasseh.

Overall it may be that dominant Tribe among the Irish is that of Asher along with strong elements of Dan and Simeon.
Other ancestors  of the Irish were Sru, and Isru which names are forms of the name "Israel."

11. Ireland and Israelite Criteria:
Primary Criteria.
Determinate Qualities Indicating Israelite Ancestry.

We use certain characteristics as Criteria to determine which nations have historically been dominated by Israelites and which have not.
The Criteria are:
1. Blessings: Economic and Physical Blessings as promised to Israel in Scripture.
2.  Indications of Scripture.
3. Groundwork: Historical, Archaeological, and Related Proofs showing paths of migration.
4. Judah: Affinity with the Jews.
5. Originality: Innovation and Intellect.
6. A Civilizing Influence.
7. Empathy: The Doing of Social Justice.
8. Israelite Self-Identification.
9. Family Connection.
10. Tribal Affiliation.

(3) The Lost Ten Tribes  Identified as specific nations and groups now present among Western Peoples.

Ireland has fulfilled most of the Criteria:
Ireland has had its ups and downs but, on the whole, it is a blessed isle, it is an island to the west of the Land of Israel, in the Atlantic Ocean, it has a salubrious climate, fertile soil, and is prosperous relatively speaking.
Archaeological Findings include megalithic monuments, dolmens, and other finds consistent with Hebrew origins.
Its people are intelligent and cultured. They have had a civilizing influence on others.
The doing of social justice is a defining aspect of the Irish character.
Their traditions indicate Hebrew origins.
They are related to the British and Scandinavians and Dutch and French and all these also have Israelite ancestors.
We are able to identify different ancestral Tribes in Ireland with Israelite ones.

The only problem we have is with anti-Semitism.
The Irish do not consider themselves anti-Jewish but they are.
This is mitigated by prominent Americans of Irish descent who have helped the State of Israel and the Jews. Examples include, President Ronald Reagan (President 1981-1989) who was the son of an Irish salesman. The Irish faithfully kept oral traditions from father to son. An example is their genealogical family trees.
President Reagan said in effect that the Irish were descended from the Ancient Hebrews and once kept the Torah. Ronald Reagan did many great things. These included helping save the Jews of Ethiopia and bringing them to Israel and assisting the Jews of Russia to leave unhindered. Many of these came to Israel and have helped both themselves and the State of Israel very much. Unfortunately, the Irish in Ireland today are often vehemently against Israel and Zionism. They were also somewhat lacking in sympathy towards the Jews in WW2. Nevertheless, there were exceptions who helped a lot. One of the exceptions was Brendan Breccan the personal assistant of Winston Churchill. Breccan was one of the first to publicize the Nazi extermination policies against the Jews and tried to warn the World as to what was happening.

Nevertheless, Ireland as a nation and in its governmental foreign affairs is often negative towards the State of Israel. This may be due to foreign non-Israelite elements among them and also tendencies towards idolatry of the Ten Tribes themselves.
Idolatry leads to anti-Semitism.

The Palestinians the Media shows us do not want peace. They want to continue their existence as they are.
They could go elsewhere. They could become citizens of other countries as many others of them have done.
Those who remain either do not want to stop being what they are, i.e. breeders of terrorism, OR the
rest of the world has stopped them from  doing it.
Many of them are dependent, wholly or partially, on assistance from outside forces who are antagonistic towards Israel and the Jews.
The world is only interested in the Palestinians as a tool against Israel.
The Irish and others who support the Palestinians do it because they resent Jews and the State of Israel.
The Irish are not the worse of peoples. In some ways they may be among the best. Nevertheless
they are probably the only Western Democracy (i.e. Hebrew orientated) that at present blatantly, in the case of Israel, aligns itself with the anti-Jewish Axis of Evil. The Irish in the past were strongly Roman Catholic. Now many of them have no real belief and no knolwedge of the Bible to fall back on.
