It seems strange to me to hear that the process of unification will begin with TT people from America considering what a pit of filth and depravity the place has become as the world's leader in infanticide and homosexuality. There's no shortage of gluttony, drug and alcohol addiction, and idolatry of all sorts either.

2. Martin and Sue Lightfoot (from BIWF) Meeting with Brit-Am
Israeli Liberation of Temple Mount Foreseen by Clarkes Bible Commentary about 200 Years Ago!
Martin and Sue Lightfoot met with Yair Davidiy in Jerusalem.
They have been visiting archaeological sites around the country.
Martin is part of the BIWF organization in Britain.
By profession an engineer Martin now lectures on British Israel and Biblical matters.
Martin takes a special interest in DNA findings.
We discussed matters of mutual interest, clarifying where we agree and where we do not.
It was mostly agreement.
The discussion was interesting.
A point of interest that came up involved the Biblical Commentary of Adam Clarke:
# Adam Clarke (1760 or 1762 - 1832)
http://www.studylight.org/commentaries/acc/
was a British Methodist theologian and Biblical scholar. He is chiefly remembered for writing a commentary on the Bible which took him 40 years to complete and which was a primary Methodist theological resource for two centuries. #
Clarke has been criticized for bordering, in his comments, at times on the anti-Jewish. He was a product however of his age and it may be that little more could be expected of him.
Also the anti-Jewish aspects seem to refer to his opinion of Jewish religious opinion in which case the antipathetic sentiments are mutual.
i.e. Our own opinion of what Clarke believed, if we really paid attention, might be less than flattering.Â
This however does not mean he might not have had worthwhile ideas on certain other issues.
If fact he does have some insights of value.
We only very recently became aware of him, and quoted from his work concerning the Enetae of Paphlagonia (northern Turkey) in the Brit-Am Comment to:

#1. K. Joy Sandiford: The Wilderness of Peoples
Martin Lightfoot pointed out that Adam Clark about 200 years ago in effect predicted Liberation of the Temple Mount in 1967 based on Daniel 8:13-14.
Daniel 8:
13 Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one that spoke, 'For how long is this vision concerning the regular burnt-offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled?'
14 And he answered him, 'For two thousand three hundred evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary shall be restored to its rightful state.'
The date actually given by Clarke was actually 1966 but as Martin Lightfoot pointed out one year is missing since there is NO year Zero (0) between 1 BCE and 1 CE. When one adds in the missing year then the date given becomes 1967 when the State of Israel took possession of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount!
Not only that but a quick search of the web shows that Adam Clarke may also have been right, or at least near the mark, on other matters.
Interesting.

Clarke interpreted the 1335 days of Daniel 12:12 as years. He suggested that if the origin of Mohammedanism in A. D. 612 is taken as a beginning point, 1335 years later would bring us to A. D. 1947, "when the fulness of the Gentiles shall be brought in." This is hailed as a remarkable prediction since it was in 1947 that the U. N. partitioned Palestine to create the state of Israel. ...
Clarke's predictions does mention his comments on Daniel 8:13-14. Here again Clarke takes 2300 days as years. Clarke refers to Alexander the Great's invasion of Asia in 334 B. C. and adds 2300 years, arriving at A. D. 1966. Clarke does not specifically indicate what will happen in 1966, presumably the sanctuary will be cleansed. Clarke only said this would bring it near to the time mentioned in Daniel 7:25, which was 2015. The connection is not clear. It is claimed in a recent article, however, that Clarke was off by one year and that 1967 was the very year that the Jews took control of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount.Â

3. Proverbs 23: 10-12 Do Not Push Your Luck Against the Weak!
http://hebrewnations.com/articles/bible/proverbs/proverbs23.html
 Proverbs 23:
10 Do not move back an everlasting boundary
and in the field of orphans do not enter.
The GRA (Elyahu of Vilna) on the second part of this verse points out that one should not trespass on the property of anyone without permission. The way of the world however is [or was] that in certain cases one could go through the land of another as long as the owner did not protest. Orphans, being usually weak and with no one to speak up for them, might not remonstrate even though the occasion warranted it. In other words do not take advantage of others especially those who are vulnerable.
 Proverbs 23:
11 for their Redeemer is strong;
HE will quarrel their quarrel with you.
God will take it out on you, even more than usual, if you transgress in this matter .
 Proverbs 23:
12 Bring your heart to [accept] reproof
And your ear to words of knowledge.
The GRA (Elyahu of Vilna) takes the word heart to connote will, desire.
We should WANT to be reproofed and told what is wrong in order to correct ourselves.
In Hebrew the word for heart is "Lev". Their is also the verb "levav" meaning "to like".
This is where we get the English word "love" from.
This is logical the two words are the same and from the Hebrew we may understand the English, as usual.
Compare this to the gibberish given us by conventional etymology:

love (n.)
Old English lufu "love, affection, friendliness," from Proto-Germanic *lubo (cognates: Old High German liubi "joy," German Liebe "love;" Old Norse, Old Frisian, Dutch lof; German Lob "praise;" Old Saxon liof, Old Frisian liaf, Dutch lief, Old High German liob, German lieb, Gothic liufs "dear, beloved").
The Germanic words are from PIE *leubh- "to care, desire, love" (cognates: Latin lubet, later libet "pleases;" Sanskrit lubhyati "desires;" Old Church Slavonic l'ubu "dear, beloved;" Lithuanian liaupse "song of praise").Â
