End of Hebrew Year Appeal
We have used the writings of Rabbi Yisrael Alter ("Beis Yisroel"), Rabbi of Gur (1895 - 1977), several times in our writings.

The name "Beis Yisroel" by which the Rabbi is often referred to means "House of Israel."
The name dervives from the ttile of his Biblical Commentary.
Yair Davidiy met the Rabbi in 1974.
This was shortly after Yair had arrived in Israel.
We are now in the Hebrew Month of Elul. This is the last month of the Hebrew year 5779.
The near year of 5780 will begin on September 30, 2019.
This present month of Elul should be a tine of repentance, introspection, and spiritual arousal.
Rabbi Yisroel says that in this month the ancestral urges of the Hebrew Forefathers and the 12 Hebrew Tribes come together within us.
In recent months incoming funds have diminished.
We hope that henceforth matters will improve.
Overall the last year was good for Brit-Am.
We spread the message to new audiences and learned how to improve its presentation.
Yair Davidiy had some minor health problems but seems to have gotten over them.
This message is important for the Jewish and Israelite-descended Peoples.
We are spreading and clarifying it.
Help us to keep doing this.

Shortly after beginning my research in serious manner on this subject I almost reached the same conclusion, for similar reasons.
Nevertheless, that is what there is. There is proof that these people are of Israelite descent.
If you want a parallel take the Jews of America without their religion. How long would Jews be recognizable once they stopped believing in Judaism altogether?
The Bible gives very strong evidence that the Lost Ten Tribes are among Western peoples especially the English-speaking ones. Our understanding of the relevant Biblical passages is confirmed by Rabbinical commentary. There is also secular Evidence.
The TTs have been separate from the Jews for ca. 3000 years. They look different to some degree but not unduly so.
There is an underlying stratum of a Hebrew-like tongue in Celtic languages.
There is a certain similarity in accepted values of behavior and thought processes.
The distance between the two entities (Judah and the others) is great but not as much as it could be.

Wishful thinking. The Celts were in Europe before the scattering of the tribes of israel. You are just trying to appropriate other peoples history and knit yourself into a European backdrop. Not only do they speak an Indo European language, eat pork, worship a host of nature gods, they also do no mutilate the genitals of their sons in some obscure blood cult ritual. A few loan words? Is that it? Dream on. Israel is built on make believe and fancy dress, posing as 'religion'.

(a) Concerning the articles on Ruth:
Apparently you are referring to a British-Israel work by Elizabeth Elder.
This tried to claim that Ruth was not a Moabitess but really an Israelite woman.
Numerous others followed in the steps of Elder and wrote things along the same lines.
Usually such essays were sponsored by groups of anti-Jewish Racialist inclination.
It did not have to be that way but that is how it was.

The descendants of Israel will be found in many waters (Numbers 24:7), i.e. abiding by different Seas and Oceans whilst remaining one coherent whole.
Peoples we identify as Israelite nations today are to be found by the Indian and Pacific Oceans (Australia, New Zealand), by the Pacific and
Atlantic Oceans (North America, British Isles), by the Atlantic and Indian Oceans (South Africa), and by the North Sea (Western Europe). No other related group of nations fulfills this criteria, at least not to such a degree.
